La propiedad se encuentra sobre un bistró, en la primera planta de un moderno edificio de dos plantas, y cuenta con un agradable balcón donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un café por la mañana o de un aperitivo por la tarde.
En el interior, el apartamento cuenta con un salón luminoso y espacioso donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse tras un día de turismo. Ubicación:
La propiedad se encuentra en el extremo norte del lago de Garda, a 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico de Riva del Garda, donde los huéspedes pueden curiosear por las pintorescas boutiques y descubrir lugares de interés histórico, como la Torre Apponale y el MAG-Museo Alto Garda, un castillo medieval con exposiciones arqueológicas y pinturas (a 20 minutos a pie). Los amantes del sol pueden dirigirse a la Spiaggia Riva del Garda y a la Spiaggia Sabbioni (ambas a 5 minutos en coche o a 20 minutos a pie).

También hay zonas de senderismo como el Sentiero del Ponale y la Tagliata del Ponale, ambas a 5 minutos en coche del apartamento. Los amantes del golf encontrarán el Altogarda Golf a 3 minutos en coche. Para los escaladores, la famosa capital italiana de la escalada, Arco, y su castillo medieval se encuentran a 8 minutos en coche. Un poco más lejos, los huéspedes pueden visitar Trento (a 40 minutos en coche), cuna del Trentodoc, uno de los mejores vinos espumosos de Italia.
Hay un restaurante y un supermercado a 1 minuto a pie. Para adquirir los mejores productos locales, el mercado semanal de agricultores de la ciudad tiene lugar todos los viernes por la mañana en Viale Roma (a 15 minutos a pie / 5 minutos en coche) de 8:00 a 13:30.
El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el Valerio Catullo de Verona (VRN), a 1 hora en coche.

Apartment was clean, a good size and easy walking distance to town centre and lake. Free on street parking. Met all our needs. It was really hot while we were at lake Garda and it was too much for the 2 air conditioning units located in main living area and main bedroom to cool. Had to move mattresses into these rooms to sleep comfortably so the 3 bedroom apartment became 1 bedroom. No kettle. No sharp knives. Kitchen too small and too hot to be bothered to cook - it was a very hot period when we were there though Little space to unpack. Cupboards full of previous owners stuff. Large rise and recline chair took up lot of space in main bedroom. Had a feeling of a place where someone had recently died or recently moved to a care home.

The host was communicative and responsive, and the apartment was spacious and generally adequate. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay, and the apartment became extremely hot, to the point that we had difficulty sleeping. We raised the issue multiple times during the stay. We were initially told that we would receive a refund due to the AC issue, but after checkout, the compensation offered was significantly less than what we had expected based on our previous communication. Overall, the AC issue had a significant impact on our comfort during the stay.
