De accommodatie ligt aan de noordelijke punt van het Gardameer, op 15 minuten lopen van het historische centrum van Riva del Garda, waar gasten kunnen rondkijken in de schilderachtige boetiekjes en historische bezienswaardigheden kunnen vinden, waaronder de Apponale-toren en het MAG-Museo Alto Garda, een middeleeuws kasteel met archeologische tentoonstellingen en schilderijen (op 20 minuten lopen). Zonliefhebbers kunnen terecht bij Spiaggia Riva del Garda en Spiaggia Sabbioni (beide op 5 minuten rijden/20 minuten lopen).
Avonturiers kunnen de 2 uur durende Monte Brione-route door de olijfboomgaarden volgen, fietsroutes langs het meer verkennen of genieten van mogelijkheden om te paddleboarden, zwemmen en varen op het meer. Er zijn ook wandelgebieden zoals Sentiero del Ponale en Tagliata del Ponale, beide op 5 minuten rijden van het appartement. Golfliefhebbers vinden Altogarda Golf op 3 minuten rijden. Voor bergbeklimmers liggen de beroemde klimhoofdstad van Italië, Arco, en het middeleeuwse kasteel op 8 minuten rijden. Iets verder weg kunnen gasten een bezoek brengen aan Trento (40 minuten rijden), de thuisbasis van Trentodoc, een van de beste mousserende wijnen van Italië.
Er is een restaurant en een supermarkt op 1 minuut lopen. Voor de beste lokale producten vindt de wekelijkse boerenmarkt van de stad elke vrijdagochtend plaats op de Viale Roma (15 minuten lopen / 5 minuten rijden) van 8.00 tot 13.30 uur.
De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is Valerio Catullo, Verona (VRN), op 1 uur rijden.

Apartment was clean, a good size and easy walking distance to town centre and lake. Free on street parking. Met all our needs. It was really hot while we were at lake Garda and it was too much for the 2 air conditioning units located in main living area and main bedroom to cool. Had to move mattresses into these rooms to sleep comfortably so the 3 bedroom apartment became 1 bedroom. No kettle. No sharp knives. Kitchen too small and too hot to be bothered to cook - it was a very hot period when we were there though Little space to unpack. Cupboards full of previous owners stuff. Large rise and recline chair took up lot of space in main bedroom. Had a feeling of a place where someone had recently died or recently moved to a care home.

The host was communicative and responsive, and the apartment was spacious and generally adequate. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay, and the apartment became extremely hot, to the point that we had difficulty sleeping. We raised the issue multiple times during the stay. We were initially told that we would receive a refund due to the AC issue, but after checkout, the compensation offered was significantly less than what we had expected based on our previous communication. Overall, the AC issue had a significant impact on our comfort during the stay.
