Perfecto para estancias flexibles durante todo el año, este estudio en Argentière cuenta con una piscina climatizada al aire libre, un jardín compartido y la proximidad a las pistas de esquí y la escuela de esquí. En el interior, el estudio tiene capacidad para 3 personas y ofrece un ambiente pintoresco. Con paredes revestidas de pinos y vistas panorámicas del Mont Blanc, la sala de estar de planta abierta es ideal para relajarse y entretenerse. Un televisor de pantalla plana y conexión WiFi gratuita acompañan al cómodo sofá cama doble y a un sofá cama individual adicional. La moderna cocina-comedor cuenta con cafetera de goteo, hervidor eléctrico, microondas, tostadora, frigorífico y placa de inducción. Un cuarto de baño familiar con bañera y ducha completa la distribución interior. El relajado atractivo de este refugio vacacional también se extiende al exterior, con una soleada terraza privada amueblada con un juego de comedor bistro y un par de sillas. El apartamento se encuentra en la planta baja de una residencia familiar de 4 plantas con aparcamiento gratuito para residentes y piscina comunitaria climatizada (compartida por 20 apartamentos y abierta del 1 de junio al 30 de septiembre). Los huéspedes se encuentran a sólo 250 metros del remonte de Les Grands Montets y del club infantil Panda Club. Para dormir- Salón: Un sofá cama doble y un sofá cama individual en el amplio salón. Su ubicación permite a los huéspedes acceder a pie al remonte de Grands Montets, a una selección de restaurantes y a las conexiones de tren y servicios disponibles en el encantador pueblo de la estación. Debido a la topografía única, la ubicación y las condiciones climáticas en el valle del Mont Blanc, la conectividad a Internet puede ser poco fiable.

L'emplacement et la vue sur le mont blanc. Le studio est très bien équipé et totalement conforme à nos attentes. Je conseille les yeux fermés.

Place was as expected, dogs welcome. Great if you have a dog. Place doesn't have an oven so staying for almost a fortnight was a bit tricky but I was aware of this. The bed is a sofa bed but good as far as sofa beds go. Parking was great, but after about a week a barrier trapped me in the car park (it had been upright until then) and I had to disturb a neighbour to let me out. I then couldn't get back in after my evening out - which caused issues. The next day this was resolved by having to visit the office (down the road) to collect the remote control to operate the barrier. Be aware of this if you take a car. I was also accidentally locked in the apartment on my last day, I believe by the cleaner. But because there was a back door, I was able to exit that way (but this isn't lockable from the outside. I think this happened at exactly 10am (check-out time). I would stay again, because I love Argentiere, the place felt real chill and is quiet, and perfect for dogs.

les serviettes de toilette,le papier hygiénique,le savon en place dans le studio. Vue très agréable du balcon; Les poubelles,les couloirs communs sont bien entretenus.

3 stars mainly based on the location as it's absolutely stunning to be within the mountains. Having fabulous hikes on the doorstep is unbeatable. The shared pool was also a bonus as well as the bottle of wine on arrival. The apartment is very dated, the sofa bed not very comfortable and spots of mould and peeling plaster present. It really needs some TLC and updating. After booking, I contacted the host and asked a few questions, my questions were ignored and asked that all further correspondences were through "Happy Rentals" instead. I wouldn't have minded, had they been pleasant and easy to contact (open at 9:30, close at 6:30) WiFi available but no password given so have to contact the rental company to obtain - this can be frustrating if it's outside of office hours. Can't possibly understand how they warrant charging an additional £100+ cleaning fee when they make you do most of it yourself. Wouldn't stay with Mara again but very much enjoyed the town it was situated in.
