Sehr schöne Wohnung und Toplage. Einzig, ein paar Ameisen haben diese auch so toll gefunden wie wir. Das kann jedoch überall sein und hat nichts mit der top Sauberkeit zu tun, welche wir angetroffen haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen 🤗.

Our stay at Casa Basilica was great. It was in the perfect location for our purposes. Inside the apartment was very quiet and actually had more room than I had gathered it had from the photos online. As another reviewer said, the parking in the garage was a challenge. A small car is highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for weary travelers who want a good, modern and clean place to regroup and relax

Belle location. On a retrouvé avec plaisir la ville de Lugano grâce à cette location. Agence réactive , instructions précises et claires, on a grandement apprécié notre séjour. Le temps (météo) n’était pas fabuleux mais notre séjour a été merveilleux Merci encore : bureau, cuisine, salon, chambre, sdb : tout a été très bien. Recommendations pour les voyageurs ayant des problèmes pour monter les escaliers : attention, il y a des petites marches pour accéder à la chambre.

This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und sauber das muss ich Kompliment sagen. Die Einrichtungen sind hoch modern. Leider die Beschreibung mit blick auf See hat mir gefehlt. Schade, dass es kein Balkon gibt. Garage? Pass für grosse Auto schwierig rein. Sonst o. k.

We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating.

Very happy with the property. It had everything we needed. Very well kept and very accesible by bus(two stops across the street). Very nice area, very clean and a wonderful view.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und sauber das muss ich Kompliment sagen. Die Einrichtungen sind hoch modern. Leider die Beschreibung mit blick auf See hat mir gefehlt. Schade, dass es kein Balkon gibt. Garage? Pass für grosse Auto schwierig rein. Sonst o. k.

Zur Klarstellung: Das Zimmer verfügt über keinen Balkon, und dies wird auch in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben. Bezüglich der Garage – leider wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht nach den Maßen gefragt, sonst hätten wir diese selbstverständlich gerne mitgeteilt. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns.
