Our stay at Casa Basilica was great. It was in the perfect location for our purposes. Inside the apartment was very quiet and actually had more room than I had gathered it had from the photos online. As another reviewer said, the parking in the garage was a challenge. A small car is highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for weary travelers who want a good, modern and clean place to regroup and relax

Belle location. On a retrouvé avec plaisir la ville de Lugano grâce à cette location. Agence réactive , instructions précises et claires, on a grandement apprécié notre séjour. Le temps (météo) n’était pas fabuleux mais notre séjour a été merveilleux Merci encore : bureau, cuisine, salon, chambre, sdb : tout a été très bien. Recommendations pour les voyageurs ayant des problèmes pour monter les escaliers : attention, il y a des petites marches pour accéder à la chambre.

This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating.

C’est notre deuxième séjour. Nous avions été si ravies de notre séjour en mai que nous y sommes revenues 3 mois après. Tout est toujours aussi parfait. Communication avec l’hôte, le bien, la propreté, le calme, le confort. Merci encore à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt.

Our stay at Casa Basilica was great. It was in the perfect location for our purposes. Inside the apartment was very quiet and actually had more room than I had gathered it had from the photos online. As another reviewer said, the parking in the garage was a challenge. A small car is highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for weary travelers who want a good, modern and clean place to regroup and relax

Great place, the place is bigger than what the photos show. Great bathroom closet combo. Downtown, lake, and outlets are 5-10 min walk

Belle location. On a retrouvé avec plaisir la ville de Lugano grâce à cette location. Agence réactive , instructions précises et claires, on a grandement apprécié notre séjour. Le temps (météo) n’était pas fabuleux mais notre séjour a été merveilleux Merci encore : bureau, cuisine, salon, chambre, sdb : tout a été très bien. Recommendations pour les voyageurs ayant des problèmes pour monter les escaliers : attention, il y a des petites marches pour accéder à la chambre.

This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating.

Gute Lage, hell mit grossem Fenster und Blick auf San Salvatore und See. Nahe vom See und Bahnhof. Sehr guter Zustand der Wohnung. Viel Stauraum.

Very happy with the property. It had everything we needed. Very well kept and very accesible by bus(two stops across the street). Very nice area, very clean and a wonderful view.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und sauber das muss ich Kompliment sagen. Die Einrichtungen sind hoch modern. Leider die Beschreibung mit blick auf See hat mir gefehlt. Schade, dass es kein Balkon gibt. Garage? Pass für grosse Auto schwierig rein. Sonst o. k.
