Die Lage ist toll. Mitten im Geschehen, allerdings amWochenende seeeehr laut, da das Casino und ein Club gleich gegenüber ist und alle Besucher sehr laut durch die Straßen grölen. Die Motoren der Autos und Motorräder heulen laut auf, man muss anscheinend zeigen, wieviel PS man hat. Unter der Woche ist es aber ok.

Praktisch am See ist diese kleine, super eingerichtete 2-Zimmerwohnung mit je einem Schlafzimmer und dazu gehörendem Badezimmer. Esszimmer und Polstergruppe mit Fernseher wunderbar nach einem Altstadt Tag.. Nur in kurzer Zeit sind in der Nähe gute Restaurants erreichbar. Bei Anfrage wegen Detail (am Sonntag!) persönliche und sofortige Antwort. Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Joana mit Tochter und Grosstochter

Die Wohnung, mit allem drum und dran ist ein echtes Highlight. Durch die Klimaanlage, können die Zimmer im Sommer sehr angenehm temperiert werden. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit komplett allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Sehr moderne Küche. Sehr modernes Badezimmer mit WC. Eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist genial. Nur wenige Schritte von der Innenstadt und dem See entfernt. 100% empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und befindet sich direkt in Zentrum von Lugano. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und zahlreiche Geschäfte. Für einen Besuch von Restaurants braucht man kein Auto. Alles erreicht man zu Fuß. Die Schlüsseluebergaben sind unpersönlich geregelt, ist zwar ein bisschen kompliziert, aber hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung kann ich nun weiter empfehlen.

The property was extremely well appointed with everything you would need for a long or short stay. It is extremely comfortable with large rooms and every comfort. All furniture is new and in great condition. The balconies off the lounge and bedroom were wonderful for having morning coffee on as well as an afternoon refreshment. The location of the property, right in the centre of town was unbeatable. I loved being so close to the shops, the restaurant, the casino and the ferry. Small points but the pillow in the main bedroom need replace be as they are tired and falling apart. The windows do not keep noise out. Lugano is very busy at the weekend. I got very little sleep one night due to cars zooming up and down tip 4 am. Take ear plugs! Most nights were ok, it was just on the Saturday night. The check in instructions were unclear. However, I appreciated Happy Rentals staff. They helped out quickly and made sure I got in and let me check in an hour early too which was much appreciated. I also appreciated the welcome pack of prosecco and cleaning materials, including dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, scouter and cloth. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and would happily return.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect location near the park, lake, and a wide variety of restaurants and stores. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the park and neighborhood were a real treat. Washer and dryer worked well. Some reviews have commented on street noise, and we did not find that to be an issue. A couple of helpful suggestions: turn the lock knob to the right, not the left when unlocking the door; Wi-Fi name and password can be found by pressing the "on" button twice on the device. Overall, we loved the apartment and would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Star of Lugano. It is a great location - very accessible to shopping, lake, sights..etc The apartment interior was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The Happy Rentals staff went above and beyond to help us out and answer questions. They were always available Just two little things to note.... The entry door "knob" was unique and therefore very challenging to both open and to lock the apartment. Better directions would help the visitors. There is a washer and dryer, but the dryer was broken. Not a big issue but should be addressed Also - the apartment is behind the Lugano casino - so it's possible that it could be noisy during warmer months when windows are open. We loved it though and would definitely come back to Lugano and stay there again!

Cleanliness and spaces were wonderful. Lugano is amazing and we were within walking distance of tons of great spots to eat and hang out. Make sure you completely understand how and where to pick up the keys and park ahead of time because that was the most difficult step. Getting from the parking lot to the room first time was a mystery too - in spite of their photographic instructions ahead of time. Also we had no Wifi service bcs the router had no connection to the internet and there were no written instructions handy. Despite the small challenges we LOVED our stay. I would suggest to the property manager that they guide guests into the apartment on the initial visit. They were readily available by phone but for newcomers it was still a bit challenging.

Very nice place to stay in central Lugano! It is situated within the chic shopping/business district just a stone’s throw to the lake. The apt is as described and includes all the basic necessities. The garage parking was definitely a bonus.

This was a great location for exploring Lugano and the surrounding area. Close to the park, old city and the promenade. A caution if you are staying on the weekend. The clubs are open until very late and the noise prevents sleep. Apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

If you like a very close place to night life and city center in Lugano its your spaceaus place up for 4 people. all very good, bring your earplugs at the weekends because bar and clubs are at the same street, for us it was a big plus. staff in lugano is very helpfull. got late check out till 12.00 am for free.

Appartamento accogliente e ben arredato. La zona è centralissima e il posto auto è fondamentale per il centro. Praticamente parcheggi l’auto è visita la città completamente a piedi grazie alla posizione. Nella zona molti ristoranti, bar e servizi vari. Inoltre il parco e il lungo lago a pochi passi.

Die zentrale Lage und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, hell und voll ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet und es hat alles was man braucht: man muss nix mitbringen :-)

Super Lage, Altstadt, See und Park in Fussnähe. Leider teilweise viel Lärm bis morgens um 5 Uhr vom Casino gleich nebenan (aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert). Sehr schöne Wohnung mit drei kleinen Balkonen. Gute Betten. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war freundlich, auch eine Reparatur wurde zügig ausgeführt, aber die Zuständigkeit ist unklar. Ich bat mehrfach um ein früheres Check-in wegen einer betagten Person, erhielt aber am Anreisetag dann doch trotz Nachfrage keine Rückmeldung. Unbedingt den Taxidienst, der in den Unterlagen vor Ort angegeben ist, meiden! Das erste Mal tauchte der Fahrer zwanzig Minuten verspätet auf, das zweite Mal gar nicht. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung in einer sehr schönen Wohnung! Danke.

Great location with all the amenities you need for a family. It has a washing machine and dryer which makes a longer stay easy. The apartment was very clean, with two rooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a family. It is also in the heart of Lugano, only a street back from the lake.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Check-in-Teams von Happy Rentals waren ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Luganersee entfernt, ebenso wie von zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Anreise vom Bahnhof Lugano und der Check-in verliefen reibungslos, da ich bereits einige Tage vorher detaillierte Anleitungen mit Bildern erhalten hatte.

Great bed, excellent location, great appliances. Broken chesterfield, no hand soap washroom or kitchen, disgusting cutting board, dangerous floor tiles with no shower mat, difficult wifi connection, main washroom had no responsive thermostat and no towel heating bars, no paper towels. Only one dishwashing capsule and one for washing. No window curtains to respect privacy from neighbours, only shutters for this which close the window to light.

The apartment is nice but it would be nice to have someone bringing the keys there rather than having to pick them up and drop them at a different address. Nice location but very noisy on Saturdays due to the casino. The apartment did not have curtains that means you have to keep the shutters close at all times. A few more tools in the kitchen and not having to bring out the bin too would have made our experience better.
