Recommended ! When I made the booking there were not many reviews so I all I really had to go by were the photos and the description. Closer to my checkin date I saw some reviews a bit negative so didn’t know what to expect. However, I thought the apartment was great and the photos and description faithfull to the apartment. The location is excellent: 5 minute walk (flat) to the train station and even closer to the bus stop which can talk you to all the nearby towns. Several Supermarkets are close by and the beach is 1 minute walk. The apartment is spacious, bed is good and aircon worked well. The kitchen has all the necessary items for preparing meals. It’s true not much toilet paper and kitchen cleaning products were provided but the value for money of the apartment more than makes up for the 5 euros to buy these things. Recommended.

tutto pulito e perfetto come in foto. Asciugamani e kit di cortesia a volontà. Posizione perfetta, anche a meno di 100 metri dal mare. Casa tranquilla e silenziosa.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti a Casa Angerin 2 Posizione fantastica proprio a due passi dal mare. La casa era in ordine e pulita e disponeva di tutti i servizi descritti. La terrò in considerazione in caso di soggiorni brevi e rilassanti al mare!

Great location, easy to get to. Check in was easy and flexible , and when our lock broke (on the first day), they fixed it straight away. Maintenance was there like in 5 mins! Negatives: There was no new bin bags, toilet was dirty and smelly, pillow cover dirty (we asked for new one but didn’t get). Only 1 toilet roll and drop of shower gel, which would be ok for one night, but we needed to buy all since we stayed longer. It was listed to have this amenities so it wasn’t right we needed to buy them. Also in bathroom there is a terrible smell and water on floor occasionally. Trash needs to be taken to town and there is a key chip for it in keys but there was no instructions for that! It would have been helpful, but we figured it out ourselves after couple of days. All together : price and location makes this place worth staying!

Der Check-In lief problemlos und wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Das war super! Im Nachhinein muss man sagen, dass es für das Geld auch nettere Wohnungen in Alassio gibt. Es ist halt ne Kellerwohnung! Wir hatten kaum genug Geschirr für 4 Personen und da wir jeden Tag gekocht haben, war das echt lästig. Für jeden einen Teller und einen Bestecksatz. Kleine Löffel gab es nur 3. Gläser waren auch nur in geringer Auswahl vorhanden... Also es war etwas eingeschränkt. Einen Besen, um mal durchzukehren, haben wir vergeblich gesucht. So mussten wir den Schrubber umfunktionieren. Es liegt zwar auch dicht am Strand, circa 3 Gehminuten, aber das ist auch die teuerste Stelle für die Sonnenliegen und den Schirm (60 € pro Tag 2 Liegen mit Schirm). Läuft man etwas weiter, dann kostet es nur noch 30.-€ . Die Lage zur Fußgängerzone ist natürlich super. Parkplatz ist Horror und das Parkhaus ist Teuer! Wir haben ausgeladen und außerhalb geparkt. Dann ist man natürlich nicht mehr so flexibel, aber der Bus kostet 1,50€ und der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit! Ticket nach Genua hat für 4 Personen nur 35.-€ gekostet!!!! W-Lan hat man natürlich auch keines in der Wohnung, was meine Teenager nicht so Klasse fanden. Generell ist WiFi in dieser Gegend nicht weit verbreitet. Die Wohnung ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, an den Wänden sieht man die Spuren von einigen Mückenjagten, der Klodeckel funktionierte nicht ordentlich, der Badschrank hing bei den Türen krumm und schief...

Great location, but had mold in shower which was unfortunate but I did see that in other reviews after I had already booked it. But like I said an amazing location. My biggest complaint was actually about only having one key which made it impossible to split up your group because you could not lock the apartment without the key from the inside which made it feel a little unsafe to be behind 3 sets of locked doors that you couldn’t open without the key if there was an emergency.

Soggiorno discreto, con alcuni punti critici da migliorare. Pro: la posizione è top, a due passi dal mare, dal centro città e dal minimarket. Alloggio funzionale e ristrutturato, ben arredato. Anthony è gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito le istruzioni per provare ad anticipare il check-in. Punti deboli: -Scale ripide senza scorrimano, non adatta a persone con scarsa mobilità - Odore di umidità in bagno e in alcuni mobili - Cucina abitabile poco attrezzata. Presente solo un mini kit con un botticcino di contagocce di detersivo per piatti , mini spugnetta, “straccetto”. No sacchi immondizia. No scottex. Nessun altro prodotto di pulizia o alimentare essenziale. - Pulizia da rivedere per: la polvere, il pavimento sporco. (Inoltre i letti della seconda camera non erano stati fatti) L’alloggio ha del potenziale, nel complesso direi sufficiente come punto d’appoggio data la posizione.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Die kühlende Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die Freundlichkeit und Zuständigkeit von Antony Leo und Deborah Toniut die auch persönlich in einem Notfall erreichbar waren.
