Una idílica vivienda con vistas al espectacular paisaje del lago y las montañas, situada en uno de los lagos italianos más impresionantes. Esta vivienda, situada en planta baja, ofrece una vida de lujo en una exclusiva residencia en la ladera de una colina.
La vivienda cuenta con un precioso salón diáfano que proporciona un espacio muy cómodo y elegante para relajarse y descansar, con un televisor de pantalla plana para el entretenimiento de los huéspedes. La cocina contemporánea, recién equipada, cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para unas vacaciones independientes sin complicaciones, incluyendo una placa de gas y un horno, tostadora, microondas, cafetera, lavavajillas y lavadora para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes. Desde el salón diáfano, unas puertas correderas de cristal dan acceso a un maravilloso jardín privado y soleado con una terraza para comer al aire libre, ¡desde donde se disfruta de unas vistas al lago y a las montañas de Isola Comacina!
El dormitorio principal es espacioso y está magníficamente amueblado con una elegante cama de matrimonio y otros muebles encantadores para que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda y relajante posible. El sofá cama doble de la zona de estar también puede utilizarse para alojar a dos huéspedes adicionales en caso de que sea necesario.
La propiedad cuenta además con un cuarto de baño moderno y recién reformado, equipado con una ducha de alta presión. La propiedad dispone también de un cómodo sistema de portero automático y de un aparcamiento para residentes, para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes. No está permitido fumar.

Los exclusivos terrenos de la Residencia Eden ofrecen algo más que una ubicación soleada y unas impresionantes vistas al lago, ya que también ponen a disposición de los residentes una maravillosa piscina al aire libre, ideal para el ocio y el descanso junto al agua, ¡con unas vistas impresionantes de las que también se puede disfrutar!
Desde la residencia, situada en la ladera, los huéspedes pueden llegar al centro de Argegno, a orillas del lago, en tan solo 5 minutos en coche. Esta popular localidad turística ofrece numerosas vistas pintorescas, desde el caudaloso río de montaña y los antiguos puentes hasta las animadas plazas con cafeterías, bares y restaurantes, que conducen a tranquilos y encantadores callejones medievales y zonas de la ciudad que están esperando a ser exploradas. Argegno ofrece una amplia gama de servicios locales y cuenta con algunos restaurantes excelentes, entre los que destaca La Piazzetta.
Desde la localidad, los huéspedes también pueden utilizar fácilmente el servicio de ferry y autobús, o desplazarse en coche para explorar los pueblos cercanos y disfrutar de otras maravillosas experiencias gastronómicas en Il Crotto Platani y Gatto Nero. Alojarse en Argegno, en la codiciada orilla occidental del lago de Como, también significa que los huéspedes se encuentran a poca distancia de los encantos cosmopolitas de la ciudad de Como, entre los que se incluyen la famosa catedral del Duomo, sus animadas plazas, la amplia variedad de calles comerciales con tiendas de diseñadores y de marcas populares, y Villa Olmo, que acoge cada año en sus espléndidas salas y jardines numerosos eventos y festivales artísticos y musicales. Fijne locatie voor als je goed te been bent. Ongeveer 10min lopen de stijle berg af/op naar het centrumpje (alleen een heel klein buurtwinkeltje). Onze 2 jarige dochter vond het een avontuur om lekker zelf te lopen. Pitoresk dorpje, super mooi apartementen complex, mooi zwembad with a view en goede communicatie. Lekker boeken ;)

Wat een fijne plek bij het Comomeer. Argegno is een leuke plaats met een klein strandje. Er zijn niet veel strandjes bij het Comomeer. Ook fijn dat er een zwembad is bij dit appartement! Supermarkt is 20 minuten rijden met de auto. Het schoonmaken en de bedden in het appartement kunnen beter. Contact met de verhuurder is goed. We hadden geen goede pannen, waterkoker en de verlichting deed het buiten niet. Dit is dezelfde dag nog opgelost!

Le logement est agréable avec sa terrasse, son petit jardin, l’accès à la piscine. Le confort du couchage laisse en revanche à désirer. L’accès au village était rapide à pied et très agréable en passant par de jolies petites rues. On y trouve d’excellents restaurants, glaciers et des petits commerces. La localisation d’Argegno permet ensuite de partir facilement en voiture ou en bateau visiter le magnifique lac de Côme et ses villages. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour durant ces 10 jours.

Thomas and I have really enjoyed our week on Lake Como - it is truly beautiful and is unlike anywhere in Italy we've been before! The lake views from our residence were just breathtaking and our communal pool provided us with the perfect excuse to relax and unwind! Our holiday apartment, Azalea 2 was beautifully presented with many contemporary features and home comforts for us to enjoy. Its location on the hillside above Argegno allowed for plenty of all day sun and also peace and quiet! The pretty village was within easy reach by car to the central lake attractions, activities and also the lake capital. We enjoyed many meals out along the central western shore and we can easily recommend this place for Italian foodies, romantics and lovers of nature! Thank you Happy Holiday Homes!

Thank you HHH for a really super stay! Doug and I were very happy in Eden Azalea 2. It was fully-equipped and offered us a very contemporary and luxurious self-catering getaway. The charming village of Argegno also offered us a great base from which to reach the Isola Comacina, the villa attractions and the resort towns of the central lake. The village was also within easy driving distance of Como city - so what a great mix of fun we both had!

Wow thank you for an unbeatable vacation! Argegno was SO pretty! Our holiday rental was located just above the town and had some incredible views of the central lake and Comacina island. We were very comfortable and happy here during our stay and the outdoor pool was a great bonus. We would recommend dining at La Piazzetta in Argegno, La Locanda Trilindana in Sala Comacina and the Agroturismo named La Fagurida up on the hills above Tremezzo. There was also a great wine bar in Tremezzo called La Cantina Follie. Lake Como was so beautiful and the villas were like nothing we'd ever seen! Paradise!

We spent a wonderfull Holiday in Argegno. Super Appartment, cosy town, nice people, good support from you, Happy Holiday with good help to find good restaurants as well as other advice and helping us out when we damaged our car!! All in all a fantastic week at Lake Como....and Italy is still our favourite place to stay in the Mediterranean countries because of the frindly atmosphere!
