Una proprietà idilliaca affacciata sullo spettacolare panorama del lago e delle montagne, su uno dei laghi italiani più mozzafiato: questo appartamento al piano terra offre una vita di lusso in un esclusivo residence collinare.
La proprietà dispone di un incantevole soggiorno open space che offre uno spazio molto confortevole ed elegante dove rilassarsi e distendersi, con una TV a schermo piatto per l’intrattenimento degli ospiti. Una cucina moderna di recente allestimento offre tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per una vacanza in piena autonomia, tra cui piano cottura a gas e forno, tostapane, microonde, macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie e lavatrice per la comodità degli ospiti. Dal soggiorno open space, le porte a vetri si aprono su un meraviglioso giardino privato soleggiato con una terrazza per pranzare all’aperto, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne di Isola Comacina!
La camera da letto principale è spaziosa ed è stata arredata con gusto, con un elegante letto matrimoniale e altri splendidi arredi per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole e rilassante possibile. Un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno può essere utilizzato per ospitare due ospiti aggiuntivi, se e quando necessario.
La proprietà dispone inoltre di un bagno moderno e di recente allestimento, dotato di doccia multigetto. La struttura è inoltre provvista di un comodo citofono e di un parcheggio riservato per la comodità degli ospiti. Non è consentito fumare.

L’esclusivo complesso del Residence Eden offre molto più della posizione soleggiata e delle viste mozzafiato sul lago, poiché mette a disposizione dei residenti anche una meravigliosa piscina all’aperto, ideale per lo svago e il relax a bordo vasca, con panorami mozzafiato di cui godere!
Dal residence collinare, gli ospiti possono raggiungere il centro di Argegno, in riva al lago, in soli 5 minuti di auto. Questa rinomata località turistica offre numerosi scorci pittoreschi: dal fiume di montagna che scorre impetuoso agli antichi ponti, fino alle vivaci piazze con caffè, bar e ristoranti, che conducono a vicoli medievali più tranquilli e affascinanti e a zone della città che aspettano solo di essere esplorate! Argegno offre una vasta gamma di servizi locali e vanta alcuni ottimi ristoranti, tra cui “La Piazzetta”.
Dal paese, gli ospiti possono anche usufruire facilmente del servizio di traghetti e autobus oppure spostarsi in auto per esplorare le località vicine e godersi altre meravigliose esperienze culinarie presso “Il Crotto Platani” e “Gatto Nero”. Soggiornare ad Argegno, lungo l’ambita sponda occidentale del Lago di Como, significa anche trovarsi a breve distanza dalle attrazioni cosmopolite della città di Como, tra cui il famoso Duomo, le sue piazze animate, l’ampia varietà di viali dedicati allo shopping, tra negozi di alta moda e catene di marca, e Villa Olmo, che ogni anno ospita nelle sue splendide sale e nei suoi giardini numerosi eventi e festival artistici e musicali. Fijne locatie voor als je goed te been bent. Ongeveer 10min lopen de stijle berg af/op naar het centrumpje (alleen een heel klein buurtwinkeltje). Onze 2 jarige dochter vond het een avontuur om lekker zelf te lopen. Pitoresk dorpje, super mooi apartementen complex, mooi zwembad with a view en goede communicatie. Lekker boeken ;)

Wat een fijne plek bij het Comomeer. Argegno is een leuke plaats met een klein strandje. Er zijn niet veel strandjes bij het Comomeer. Ook fijn dat er een zwembad is bij dit appartement! Supermarkt is 20 minuten rijden met de auto. Het schoonmaken en de bedden in het appartement kunnen beter. Contact met de verhuurder is goed. We hadden geen goede pannen, waterkoker en de verlichting deed het buiten niet. Dit is dezelfde dag nog opgelost!

Le logement est agréable avec sa terrasse, son petit jardin, l’accès à la piscine. Le confort du couchage laisse en revanche à désirer. L’accès au village était rapide à pied et très agréable en passant par de jolies petites rues. On y trouve d’excellents restaurants, glaciers et des petits commerces. La localisation d’Argegno permet ensuite de partir facilement en voiture ou en bateau visiter le magnifique lac de Côme et ses villages. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour durant ces 10 jours.

Thomas and I have really enjoyed our week on Lake Como - it is truly beautiful and is unlike anywhere in Italy we've been before! The lake views from our residence were just breathtaking and our communal pool provided us with the perfect excuse to relax and unwind! Our holiday apartment, Azalea 2 was beautifully presented with many contemporary features and home comforts for us to enjoy. Its location on the hillside above Argegno allowed for plenty of all day sun and also peace and quiet! The pretty village was within easy reach by car to the central lake attractions, activities and also the lake capital. We enjoyed many meals out along the central western shore and we can easily recommend this place for Italian foodies, romantics and lovers of nature! Thank you Happy Holiday Homes!

Thank you HHH for a really super stay! Doug and I were very happy in Eden Azalea 2. It was fully-equipped and offered us a very contemporary and luxurious self-catering getaway. The charming village of Argegno also offered us a great base from which to reach the Isola Comacina, the villa attractions and the resort towns of the central lake. The village was also within easy driving distance of Como city - so what a great mix of fun we both had!

Wow thank you for an unbeatable vacation! Argegno was SO pretty! Our holiday rental was located just above the town and had some incredible views of the central lake and Comacina island. We were very comfortable and happy here during our stay and the outdoor pool was a great bonus. We would recommend dining at La Piazzetta in Argegno, La Locanda Trilindana in Sala Comacina and the Agroturismo named La Fagurida up on the hills above Tremezzo. There was also a great wine bar in Tremezzo called La Cantina Follie. Lake Como was so beautiful and the villas were like nothing we'd ever seen! Paradise!

We spent a wonderfull Holiday in Argegno. Super Appartment, cosy town, nice people, good support from you, Happy Holiday with good help to find good restaurants as well as other advice and helping us out when we damaged our car!! All in all a fantastic week at Lake Como....and Italy is still our favourite place to stay in the Mediterranean countries because of the frindly atmosphere!
