Ven a disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas y divertidas en este precioso dúplex situado en el pintoresco pueblo de Mougins.
Este bonito apartamento goza de mucha luz natural y ofrece unas vistas espectaculares de las montañas de los alrededores. Cuenta con una piscina privada protegida, una terraza y una barbacoa, donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse y desconectar disfrutando del agradable clima durante todo el año.
Hay una zona de comedor tanto en el exterior como en el interior del apartamento. La zona de comedor interior también tiene acceso directo a la terraza. Junto a la zona de comedor se encuentra el salón, que cuenta con una decoración muy bonita. Está equipado con dos sofás, un televisor de pantalla plana, estanterías decoradas y una cocina totalmente equipada. Esta cocina abierta cuenta con una cafetera, un lavavajillas, un horno, un microondas, una placa de inducción, una tostadora, un hervidor eléctrico y una nevera con congelador. Una escalera de caracol conduce al entresuelo, amueblado con una zona de descanso.
Dormitorios
Dormitorio 1: El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el entresuelo y tiene vistas a las colinas. Cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, un armario y un cuarto de baño en suite.
Dormitorio 2: El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales que se pueden unir, un armario y un cuarto de baño contiguo.
Cuna disponible bajo petición (para evitar riesgos de asfixia, no proporcionamos sábanas ni almohadas para la cuna).
Baños
Baño 1: El moderno baño adjunto al dormitorio principal cuenta con bañera con ducha, bidé y aseo.
Cuarto de baño 2: El segundo cuarto de baño cuenta con ducha, bidé e inodoro.

Ubicación
El apartamento con vistas a la montaña, situado en la ladera, ocupa una ubicación muy codiciada en Mougins, a apenas 20 minutos de Cannes. A menos de 200 metros de la casa hay un restaurante, una tienda, un supermercado, un local de comida para llevar y una farmacia. Mougins es un famoso destino turístico conocido por haber acogido a numerosos artistas a lo largo de la historia. Está rodeado de mucha vegetación y, por lo tanto, no es raro encontrarse con olivares y cipreses en cualquiera de sus rutas de senderismo. La importancia histórica del pueblo es inmensa, y esto se puede apreciar en sus diversos monumentos y edificios históricos, como iglesias, fuentes y museos que albergan objetos que se remontan a varios siglos atrás. También merece la pena descubrir la gastronomía local.
Además, se pueden visitar los destinos imprescindibles de la Costa Azul, como Cannes, Niza (a 35 minutos), Éze (a 45 minutos), Villefranche-sur-Mer (a 50 minutos), Antibes (a 28 minutos) y muchos más.
El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el Aeropuerto Internacional de Niza Costa Azul, situado a solo 26 kilómetros.

We had a super stay and would not hesitate to return for another holiday there. The property was exactly as described and, actually, even better than described. The villa is well laid out over w floors with a small patio and own pool. The patio and pool are south facing so get the sun all day. The air conditioning is excellent and the villa has been very well designed so that the living room /kitchen and bedrooms can be kept very cool despite the southerly aspect. Great restaurants nearby and Mougin old village is just up the hill. Highly recommend this property.

We love Mougin Village and we also need regular provisions so Villa Laurie was in a convenient spot to drive to both the restaurants and the supermarket etc.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement magnifique et atypique ! Le place de parking est un véritable plus ! Possibilité d’y garer 1 ou 2 petits véhicules. C’est un soucis en moins à penser surtout à Mougins. Il n’y a plus qu’à profiter de la vue et de la lumière spectaculaire, nous recommandons et reviendrons !

Lost for words- simply stunning. We didn’t want to leave! We have regularly holidayed in Provence most summers for many years in private villas. This was by far the best. The location is great for day trips to Cannes, Monte Carlo, Valbonne and Cotignac. Old Mougins is lovely too but a steep walk up a hill! The villa has everything one needs. The pool and the beautiful views are highlights. Thank you for a very memorable holiday. No one will be disappointed staying here.

La Villa Laurie est un bel endroit, nous étions en famille (3 personnes) et nous avons adoré le duplex. Le garage est très pratique, la piscine est très agréable et les restaurants alentours sont tops (mention spéciale pour Rita). L’hôte a été très attentionnée ! Seul bémol, Les poubelles ne sont pas très accessibles.

This is one of the properties that is better than the photos. It felt much bigger. A really stunning apartment. Bed very comfortable. Air con and pool were a godsend. Piece of advice, do not get a large hire car. The garage space was shared when we stayed and it took a LOT of manoeuvring to get the car in. Out of three if us I was the only one who had the nack to unlock the door. More than 1 key would have been useful. Having said all this I would definitely stay again. 4 nights was not enough.

Unbelievable picture postcard floor to ceiling window views. A little tlc required in parts, but the layout and views more than made up for it in clearly a very cherished family home. Just a 15 uphill but pleasant walk to the stunning old village. Would recommend
