Venite a soggiornare in questo incantevole appartamento duplex nel pittoresco villaggio di Mougins per una vacanza all’insegna del relax e del divertimento.
Questo splendido appartamento gode di un’ottima esposizione al sole e offre una vista spettacolare sulle montagne circostanti. Dispone di una piscina privata riparata, di una terrazza e di un’area barbecue dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi e distendersi godendo del clima piacevole che caratterizza la zona durante tutto l’anno.
È presente una zona pranzo sia all’esterno che all’interno dell’appartamento. La zona pranzo interna gode inoltre di accesso diretto alla terrazza. Adiacente alla zona pranzo si trova il soggiorno, caratterizzato da interni molto curati. È completo di due divani, una TV a schermo piatto, mensole decorate e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Questa cucina a vista è dotata di macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, piano cottura a induzione, tostapane, bollitore elettrico e frigorifero con congelatore. Una scala a chiocciola conduce al soppalco, arredato con un salottino.

Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto principale si trova sul soppalco e si affaccia sulle colline. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e un bagno privato.
Camera da letto 2: La seconda camera da letto dispone di due letti singoli unibili, un armadio e un bagno annesso.
Culla disponibile su richiesta (per evitare rischi di soffocamento non forniamo lenzuola né cuscini per la culla).

Bagno 1: Il moderno bagno annesso alla camera da letto principale è dotato di vasca con doccia, bidet e WC.
Bagno 2: Il secondo bagno è dotato di doccia, bidet e WC.

Posizione
L’appartamento con vista sulle montagne, situato sul fianco della collina, occupa una posizione ambita a Mougins, a soli 20 minuti da Cannes. Nel raggio di 200 metri dalla casa si trovano un ristorante, un negozio, un supermercato, un take-away e una farmacia. Mougins è una famosa destinazione turistica nota per aver ospitato numerosi artisti nel corso della storia. È circondata da tanto verde e, pertanto, non è raro imbattersi in uliveti e cipressi lungo uno dei sentieri da percorrere a piedi. L’importanza storica del paese è immensa, come si può intuire dai suoi vari monumenti, edifici storici quali chiese, fontane e musei che ospitano reperti risalenti a diversi secoli fa. Vale la pena scoprire anche la gastronomia locale.
Si possono esplorare anche le destinazioni imperdibili della Costa Azzurra, tra cui Cannes, Nizza (35 minuti), Eze (45 minuti), Villefranche-sur-Mer (50 minuti), Antibes (28 minuti) e altre ancora.
L’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è l’Aeroporto Internazionale di Nizza Costa Azzurra, che dista solo 26 chilometri.

We had a super stay and would not hesitate to return for another holiday there. The property was exactly as described and, actually, even better than described. The villa is well laid out over w floors with a small patio and own pool. The patio and pool are south facing so get the sun all day. The air conditioning is excellent and the villa has been very well designed so that the living room /kitchen and bedrooms can be kept very cool despite the southerly aspect. Great restaurants nearby and Mougin old village is just up the hill. Highly recommend this property.

We love Mougin Village and we also need regular provisions so Villa Laurie was in a convenient spot to drive to both the restaurants and the supermarket etc.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement magnifique et atypique ! Le place de parking est un véritable plus ! Possibilité d’y garer 1 ou 2 petits véhicules. C’est un soucis en moins à penser surtout à Mougins. Il n’y a plus qu’à profiter de la vue et de la lumière spectaculaire, nous recommandons et reviendrons !

Lost for words- simply stunning. We didn’t want to leave! We have regularly holidayed in Provence most summers for many years in private villas. This was by far the best. The location is great for day trips to Cannes, Monte Carlo, Valbonne and Cotignac. Old Mougins is lovely too but a steep walk up a hill! The villa has everything one needs. The pool and the beautiful views are highlights. Thank you for a very memorable holiday. No one will be disappointed staying here.

La Villa Laurie est un bel endroit, nous étions en famille (3 personnes) et nous avons adoré le duplex. Le garage est très pratique, la piscine est très agréable et les restaurants alentours sont tops (mention spéciale pour Rita). L’hôte a été très attentionnée ! Seul bémol, Les poubelles ne sont pas très accessibles.

This is one of the properties that is better than the photos. It felt much bigger. A really stunning apartment. Bed very comfortable. Air con and pool were a godsend. Piece of advice, do not get a large hire car. The garage space was shared when we stayed and it took a LOT of manoeuvring to get the car in. Out of three if us I was the only one who had the nack to unlock the door. More than 1 key would have been useful. Having said all this I would definitely stay again. 4 nights was not enough.

Unbelievable picture postcard floor to ceiling window views. A little tlc required in parts, but the layout and views more than made up for it in clearly a very cherished family home. Just a 15 uphill but pleasant walk to the stunning old village. Would recommend
