Este apartamento es también un punto de partida ideal para unas vacaciones de esquí, ya que los teleféricos de Bellevue y Brévent se encuentran a menos de 15 minutos a pie, junto con el teleférico de la Aiguille du Midi, para acceder a las pistas fuera de pista de la Vallée Blanche. The room was dated but completely ok and worth the price. Contained everything needed and there is an awesome view to Mont Blanc from the balcony. The only clear minus was the awful sofa bed, but I was warned before booking by other reviewers so it did not come as a surprise.

its well equipped, superb location and ideal for a solo traveller. However i would suggest to leave a cloth in the kitchen to dry dishes and cuttlery and broom and dustpan set..its necessary :)

The view from the balcony to Mont Blanc was amazing. Although dated, the room was very clean and contained everything needed. It's a great place to stay especially for solo travellers. For two people with a lot of luggage it might be a bit small.

Un bon séjour. L'appartement est petit, mais cosy, pour une personne ou un couple. Une très bonne localisation: tout est accessible à pied, centre ville, téléphériques , arrêts de train ou bus. L'appart donne sur un cour, mais les restos ne sont pas loin (en hiver pourrait donner plus de bruit, mais en juin c'était calme). La vue est magnifique, donne 180° sur la chaîne coté Aiguille de Midi. Comme l'appart est petit, le coin de cuisine est aussi petit effectivement (juste prendre en considération pour ceux qui aime cuisiner ). L'appart est bien entretenu (mais il faudrait changer le rideau de douche plus souvent, comme l'indique un des commentaires précédents). Communication avec le personnel de l'agence est au top, ils sont proactifs, amicales et disponibles (agence se trouve à coté)

This apartment is convenient for a short stay however quite small and not very well stocked in the kitchen, no way to make coffee. It was also very loud at night being right above a bar. It’s unfortunate it does not have internet. It’s a convenient location in Cham Sud and it was a lovely touch that they had left a bottle of wine for my stay!

If you are looking for a cheap rental in the middle of Chamonix, then this is the apartment for you. A thing that was a minus for us was that the sleeping couch was not god to sleep in at all. We ended up putting the matress on the floor and then you end up with not having so much space left in the living room for anything else. Besides that a good place to stay for a shorter period. Duran and the team answers you fast!

Logement petit mais bien situé .La cuisine n est pas très fonctionnel manque de prises on sait pas où poser et brancher la cafetière mis a part sur la table ????.Dans la salle de bain attention fermer les volets pour prendre une douche ou aller aux toilettes (manque d intimité )un brise vue sur la fenêtre se situant au milieu de la douche serait bien utile .La pomme de douche est rudimentaire et a du mal à tenir en douchette ??? le rideau douche était loin d être propre ???Pour le reste l appartement est bien situé,la terrasse est un plus et la vue magnifique .J ai eu beaucoup à faire au personnel du bureau de garde qui ont été très a l écoute , réactif et sympathique .

It is close to the main street which has supermarkets, clothes shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, pubs, ski hire, bus stops, also within walking distance of ski lifts. Right next door to the Irish pub, friendly and inexpensive place for a drink - no food served. The heating was efficient. It's a very small bed sit but suited us as we only slept and showered there.

its well equipped, superb location and ideal for a solo traveller. However i would suggest to leave a cloth in the kitchen to dry dishes and cuttlery and broom and dustpan set..its necessary :)

The view from the balcony to Mont Blanc was amazing. Although dated, the room was very clean and contained everything needed. It's a great place to stay especially for solo travellers. For two people with a lot of luggage it might be a bit small.

Un bon séjour. L'appartement est petit, mais cosy, pour une personne ou un couple. Une très bonne localisation: tout est accessible à pied, centre ville, téléphériques , arrêts de train ou bus. L'appart donne sur un cour, mais les restos ne sont pas loin (en hiver pourrait donner plus de bruit, mais en juin c'était calme). La vue est magnifique, donne 180° sur la chaîne coté Aiguille de Midi. Comme l'appart est petit, le coin de cuisine est aussi petit effectivement (juste prendre en considération pour ceux qui aime cuisiner ). L'appart est bien entretenu (mais il faudrait changer le rideau de douche plus souvent, comme l'indique un des commentaires précédents). Communication avec le personnel de l'agence est au top, ils sont proactifs, amicales et disponibles (agence se trouve à coté)

This apartment is convenient for a short stay however quite small and not very well stocked in the kitchen, no way to make coffee. It was also very loud at night being right above a bar. It’s unfortunate it does not have internet. It’s a convenient location in Cham Sud and it was a lovely touch that they had left a bottle of wine for my stay!

If you are looking for a cheap rental in the middle of Chamonix, then this is the apartment for you. A thing that was a minus for us was that the sleeping couch was not god to sleep in at all. We ended up putting the matress on the floor and then you end up with not having so much space left in the living room for anything else. Besides that a good place to stay for a shorter period. Duran and the team answers you fast!

Logement petit mais bien situé .La cuisine n est pas très fonctionnel manque de prises on sait pas où poser et brancher la cafetière mis a part sur la table ????.Dans la salle de bain attention fermer les volets pour prendre une douche ou aller aux toilettes (manque d intimité )un brise vue sur la fenêtre se situant au milieu de la douche serait bien utile .La pomme de douche est rudimentaire et a du mal à tenir en douchette ??? le rideau douche était loin d être propre ???Pour le reste l appartement est bien situé,la terrasse est un plus et la vue magnifique .J ai eu beaucoup à faire au personnel du bureau de garde qui ont été très a l écoute , réactif et sympathique .

It is close to the main street which has supermarkets, clothes shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, pubs, ski hire, bus stops, also within walking distance of ski lifts. Right next door to the Irish pub, friendly and inexpensive place for a drink - no food served. The heating was efficient. It's a very small bed sit but suited us as we only slept and showered there.
