Ce studio pour deux personnes, récemment rénové, présente des intérieurs chaleureux et un balcon ensoleillé avec repas en plein air et vue sur les montagnes, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie à l'extérieur. L'appartement est également équipé pour vous accueillir confortablement pendant vos vacances et propose des équipements tels qu'une télévision à écran plat, une table à manger et une kitchenette pratique avec une plaque de cuisson à induction, un micro-ondes, une cafetière et un réfrigérateur, entre autres, pour faciliter les repas et le séjour. Un enfant seul est le bienvenu avec ses parents. Couchage Il y a un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Cet appartement constitue également un point de départ idéal pour des vacances au ski, car le téléphérique de Bellevue et le téléphérique du Brévent se trouvent à 15 minutes de marche, de même que le téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi, qui permet de rejoindre les pistes hors-piste de la Vallée Blanche. Outre sa réputation mondiale de station de ski, Chamonix devient en été une destination de choix pour la randonnée, l'alpinisme, l'escalade, l'équitation, les parcs d'aventure, le parapente et même les sports nautiques et le golf. De plus, le pittoresque village de montagne des Houches (12 minutes en voiture) et les thermes de Saint-Gervais (29 minutes en voiture) sont également facilement accessibles depuis Chamonix. Le centre de vacances se trouve à environ 70 minutes de route de l'aéroport international de Genève. Les places de parking sont attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi, et leur disponibilité n'est pas garantie.

The room was dated but completely ok and worth the price. Contained everything needed and there is an awesome view to Mont Blanc from the balcony. The only clear minus was the awful sofa bed, but I was warned before booking by other reviewers so it did not come as a surprise.

The view from the balcony to Mont Blanc was amazing. Although dated, the room was very clean and contained everything needed. It's a great place to stay especially for solo travellers. For two people with a lot of luggage it might be a bit small.

Un bon séjour. L'appartement est petit, mais cosy, pour une personne ou un couple. Une très bonne localisation: tout est accessible à pied, centre ville, téléphériques , arrêts de train ou bus. L'appart donne sur un cour, mais les restos ne sont pas loin (en hiver pourrait donner plus de bruit, mais en juin c'était calme). La vue est magnifique, donne 180° sur la chaîne coté Aiguille de Midi. Comme l'appart est petit, le coin de cuisine est aussi petit effectivement (juste prendre en considération pour ceux qui aime cuisiner ). L'appart est bien entretenu (mais il faudrait changer le rideau de douche plus souvent, comme l'indique un des commentaires précédents). Communication avec le personnel de l'agence est au top, ils sont proactifs, amicales et disponibles (agence se trouve à coté)

If you are looking for a cheap rental in the middle of Chamonix, then this is the apartment for you. A thing that was a minus for us was that the sleeping couch was not god to sleep in at all. We ended up putting the matress on the floor and then you end up with not having so much space left in the living room for anything else. Besides that a good place to stay for a shorter period. Duran and the team answers you fast!

Logement petit mais bien situé .La cuisine n est pas très fonctionnel manque de prises on sait pas où poser et brancher la cafetière mis a part sur la table ????.Dans la salle de bain attention fermer les volets pour prendre une douche ou aller aux toilettes (manque d intimité )un brise vue sur la fenêtre se situant au milieu de la douche serait bien utile .La pomme de douche est rudimentaire et a du mal à tenir en douchette ??? le rideau douche était loin d être propre ???Pour le reste l appartement est bien situé,la terrasse est un plus et la vue magnifique .J ai eu beaucoup à faire au personnel du bureau de garde qui ont été très a l écoute , réactif et sympathique .

The view from the balcony to Mont Blanc was amazing. Although dated, the room was very clean and contained everything needed. It's a great place to stay especially for solo travellers. For two people with a lot of luggage it might be a bit small.

Un bon séjour. L'appartement est petit, mais cosy, pour une personne ou un couple. Une très bonne localisation: tout est accessible à pied, centre ville, téléphériques , arrêts de train ou bus. L'appart donne sur un cour, mais les restos ne sont pas loin (en hiver pourrait donner plus de bruit, mais en juin c'était calme). La vue est magnifique, donne 180° sur la chaîne coté Aiguille de Midi. Comme l'appart est petit, le coin de cuisine est aussi petit effectivement (juste prendre en considération pour ceux qui aime cuisiner ). L'appart est bien entretenu (mais il faudrait changer le rideau de douche plus souvent, comme l'indique un des commentaires précédents). Communication avec le personnel de l'agence est au top, ils sont proactifs, amicales et disponibles (agence se trouve à coté)

Enkelt å finne frem. Bussterminalen, resturantene og butikkene var rett i nærheten. En ypperlig leilighet for to personer for et kort opphold.

Muy bien situado. Centro de la ciudad y estación de bus al lado . Balcon con vistas increíbles.Supermercado justo enfrente. Varios bares y restaurantes a unos metros.

Séjour à proximité du centre ville Quartier plutôt très bruyant le soir et la nuit (pub Irlandais et restaurants donnant sur la place) difficile de se reposer malgré le point de vue Literie canapé à changer

If you are looking for a cheap rental in the middle of Chamonix, then this is the apartment for you. A thing that was a minus for us was that the sleeping couch was not god to sleep in at all. We ended up putting the matress on the floor and then you end up with not having so much space left in the living room for anything else. Besides that a good place to stay for a shorter period. Duran and the team answers you fast!

The location was in the center of Chamonix. The kitchen had all the basics.

Logement petit mais bien situé .La cuisine n est pas très fonctionnel manque de prises on sait pas où poser et brancher la cafetière mis a part sur la table ????.Dans la salle de bain attention fermer les volets pour prendre une douche ou aller aux toilettes (manque d intimité )un brise vue sur la fenêtre se situant au milieu de la douche serait bien utile .La pomme de douche est rudimentaire et a du mal à tenir en douchette ??? le rideau douche était loin d être propre ???Pour le reste l appartement est bien situé,la terrasse est un plus et la vue magnifique .J ai eu beaucoup à faire au personnel du bureau de garde qui ont été très a l écoute , réactif et sympathique .

No breakfast included, location was great and staff at nearby ski hire store "Sports 200" were extremley friendly and helpfull.
