Ubicación El apartamento está situado en el centro de Lugano, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la orilla del lago y del mercado central de Lugano, donde se pueden comprar los mejores productos locales. Está situado encima de un restaurante, por lo que puede ser ocasionalmente ruidoso. Justo en la frontera entre Suiza e Italia, la ciudad de Lugano es conocida por su perfecta mezcla de las tradiciones de ambos países. Esto se refleja en la cocina y los vinos locales. La ciudad posee un rico patrimonio cultural y acoge festivales gastronómicos y musicales durante todo el año. Lugano alberga una gran variedad de museos, entre ellos el Museo de Arte de la Suiza Italiana (MASI), a sólo 5 minutos a pie. No se pierda un crucero por el Lago di Lugano. Hay mucho que hacer antes de relajarse en uno de los muchos y excelentes restaurantes y cafés de la ciudad. Para los viajeros más activos, de abril a octubre de cada año se celebran carreras de montaña organizadas por la Ticino Mountain Running Cup. La estación de tren de Lugano está a 12 minutos a pie del apartamento.

La posizione, centralissima. Tutte le mete più interessanti di Lugano perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, tuttavia i cuscini sono troppo bassi. Fortunatamente ne abbiamo trovati altri da appoggiare ai precedenti, così da ottenere il comfort ideale per il collo. Eravamo in 4, quindi i nostri figli hanno dormito sul divano letto che non è esattamente comodissimo, per fortuna è stato un soggiorno breve, si sono adattati bene. Il parcheggio in zona è difficile da trovare, ma poco distante è possibile riporre il proprio mezzo in un autosilo a pagamento che, come tutta Lugano, anche in questo caso non è una soluzione economica, ma almeno si è tranquilli e comodi. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, devo dire che il suo stile moderno e chic mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

C’était super, l’emplacement est vraiment top, le système de boîtier pour la clé est pratique, l’appart est fonctionnel et bien pensé. En général, l’équipement était bien mais il manquait cependant un peu d’équipement: pas d’aspirateur, ni balai, ni balayette et ramassoire, il manquait aussi des services (fourchettes et cuillères) et nous n’avons eu que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette (il en a manqué 1).

I was there with my girlfriend for a few days. It was a very comfortable, nice looking place to stay. It‘s super close to the city where everything is. Everything was clean. The communication was easy and you get all the infos. Check-in & out was super easy for us. I would recommend everyone to stay in this apartment.

Siamo stati a Lugano un weekend per fare una sorpresa a mio fratello, che studia in Svizzera. Il locale è nuovo e pulito. La posizione è perfetta, si trova in pieno centro. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un omaggio di benvenuto con bottiglia di bollicine sul tavolo. La struttura omaggia inoltre un discreto assortimento di capsule per la macchinetta del caffè. Ottima anche la disponibilità dello staff. Avevamo richiesto l’aggiunta di una culla (a pagamento), ma al nostro arrivo non c’era. Nonostante avessimo indicato come orario di arrivo le 20, siamo arrivati alle 22, ma il referente ivan ha risposto alla chiamata e ci ha portato subito la culla, scusandosi…

The place facilities are great, like the pictures. Location is perfect, walking distance for all Lugano main places. However, the check-in was extremely confused. We were instructed to check-in at 16h, but the room was not ready yet. After waiting extra 30 min, we were told the room was finally ready. After arriving at the building, the room was being cleaned by 3 cleaner staff, which were very polite to tell us that they didn't know we were coming.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, sehr nahe vom See, dem Ciani-Park & der Altstadt. Sie ist relativ ringhörig, man hört Lärm von der Strasse, dem Treppenhaus, der Bar im EG. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut eingerichtet, es sind jedoch keine Basics wie Salz, Öl etc vorhanden, auch keine Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine. Es gibt nur Leintücher&Bettüberwürfe, keine Duvets, da die Wohnung aber sehr warm geheizt ist hat dies gut gereicht.

Very cosy and comfortable, and well located near lots of restaurants and the lake. Quite noisy on Saturday night due to the bar underneath, but overall we were happy with our stay and it was easy to get in touch with Happy Rentals to help with any queries we had.

The location could not have been better — a perfect 5 min walk to the city center and the water. The apartment was spacious and had nice amenities. While there is no AC, the apartment had a few fans. I wish there was a balcony, but overall was a pleasant stay.

First night the bar downstairs was so loud that the floor was shaking in the apartment and we could'n sleep. Contacted the office about the noise, they did not reply. Following nights were not so bad. There was NO welcoming bottle of Prosecco as promised, not even one coffee capsule for the coffeemachine, we did NOT get Ticino card which would have saved us a lot of money. The apartment as such was nicely decorated and conveniently located.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, für Personen mit Geschäftsterminen am nächsten Tag ungeeignet, da sich direkt unter der Wohnung eine Bar befindet mit lauter Musik bis fast Mitternacht. Ansonsten sehr zentrale Lage, somit viele Lokalitäten in der Nähe.

La posizione, centralissima. Tutte le mete più interessanti di Lugano perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, tuttavia i cuscini sono troppo bassi. Fortunatamente ne abbiamo trovati altri da appoggiare ai precedenti, così da ottenere il comfort ideale per il collo. Eravamo in 4, quindi i nostri figli hanno dormito sul divano letto che non è esattamente comodissimo, per fortuna è stato un soggiorno breve, si sono adattati bene. Il parcheggio in zona è difficile da trovare, ma poco distante è possibile riporre il proprio mezzo in un autosilo a pagamento che, come tutta Lugano, anche in questo caso non è una soluzione economica, ma almeno si è tranquilli e comodi. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, devo dire che il suo stile moderno e chic mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

C’était super, l’emplacement est vraiment top, le système de boîtier pour la clé est pratique, l’appart est fonctionnel et bien pensé. En général, l’équipement était bien mais il manquait cependant un peu d’équipement: pas d’aspirateur, ni balai, ni balayette et ramassoire, il manquait aussi des services (fourchettes et cuillères) et nous n’avons eu que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette (il en a manqué 1).

Hosts were great at communicating, provided clear check-in instructions. Location is quick walk to grocery store and lakefront. Easily walkable to train station. Appreciated use of the washer/dryer, and the welcome bottle of Prosecco left by the hosts!

I was there with my girlfriend for a few days. It was a very comfortable, nice looking place to stay. It‘s super close to the city where everything is. Everything was clean. The communication was easy and you get all the infos. Check-in & out was super easy for us. I would recommend everyone to stay in this apartment.

Super easy check-in and check out. The Airbnb is located in an amazing spot, close to the beach and the main center of the city. We were provided a complimentary bottle of champagne and amenities for our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend staying here

Siamo stati a Lugano un weekend per fare una sorpresa a mio fratello, che studia in Svizzera. Il locale è nuovo e pulito. La posizione è perfetta, si trova in pieno centro. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un omaggio di benvenuto con bottiglia di bollicine sul tavolo. La struttura omaggia inoltre un discreto assortimento di capsule per la macchinetta del caffè. Ottima anche la disponibilità dello staff. Avevamo richiesto l’aggiunta di una culla (a pagamento), ma al nostro arrivo non c’era. Nonostante avessimo indicato come orario di arrivo le 20, siamo arrivati alle 22, ma il referente ivan ha risposto alla chiamata e ci ha portato subito la culla, scusandosi…

The place facilities are great, like the pictures. Location is perfect, walking distance for all Lugano main places. However, the check-in was extremely confused. We were instructed to check-in at 16h, but the room was not ready yet. After waiting extra 30 min, we were told the room was finally ready. After arriving at the building, the room was being cleaned by 3 cleaner staff, which were very polite to tell us that they didn't know we were coming.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, sehr nahe vom See, dem Ciani-Park & der Altstadt. Sie ist relativ ringhörig, man hört Lärm von der Strasse, dem Treppenhaus, der Bar im EG. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut eingerichtet, es sind jedoch keine Basics wie Salz, Öl etc vorhanden, auch keine Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine. Es gibt nur Leintücher&Bettüberwürfe, keine Duvets, da die Wohnung aber sehr warm geheizt ist hat dies gut gereicht.

Very cosy and comfortable, and well located near lots of restaurants and the lake. Quite noisy on Saturday night due to the bar underneath, but overall we were happy with our stay and it was easy to get in touch with Happy Rentals to help with any queries we had.

The location could not have been better — a perfect 5 min walk to the city center and the water. The apartment was spacious and had nice amenities. While there is no AC, the apartment had a few fans. I wish there was a balcony, but overall was a pleasant stay.

First night the bar downstairs was so loud that the floor was shaking in the apartment and we could'n sleep. Contacted the office about the noise, they did not reply. Following nights were not so bad. There was NO welcoming bottle of Prosecco as promised, not even one coffee capsule for the coffeemachine, we did NOT get Ticino card which would have saved us a lot of money. The apartment as such was nicely decorated and conveniently located.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, für Personen mit Geschäftsterminen am nächsten Tag ungeeignet, da sich direkt unter der Wohnung eine Bar befindet mit lauter Musik bis fast Mitternacht. Ansonsten sehr zentrale Lage, somit viele Lokalitäten in der Nähe.
