Situado cerca de la playa de Vela, este apartamento vacacional de dos dormitorios, con capacidad para hasta cuatro personas, promete unas vacaciones cómodas, agradables y sin preocupaciones. El apartamento ofrece acceso a una zona exterior animada y bañada por el sol, que cuenta con una gran piscina sin climatizar con tumbonas y un jardín compartido para holgazanear y disfrutar de momentos de pura relajación. El apartamento se encuentra en la primera planta y también cuenta con un balcón privado con vistas a la montaña, donde podrás disfrutar de una copa del famoso vino blanco croata o simplemente sentarte y relajarte con un buen libro.
En el interior, este nuevo refugio ha sido diseñado con mucho estilo por un reconocido arquitecto croata, y eso se nota en cada detalle del apartamento. Desde una elegante zona de salón y descanso con un enorme televisor Smart TV hasta grandes ventanales de cristal que aportan una sensación general de frescura, este apartamento con aire acondicionado es el espacio perfecto para relajarse. Para reforzar esta idea, el moderno apartamento también cuenta con una cocina abierta y totalmente equipada con zona de comedor, que incluye lavavajillas, horno, nevera, cafetera Dolcegusto y placa de cocción.

Ubicación
Este apartamento vacacional con vistas al mar se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Vela, de 2 km de longitud, donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares, además de las aguas cristalinas del mar. También hay un supermercado muy cerca, a solo 3 minutos a pie, lo que facilita una estancia sin preocupaciones en la que poder cocinar por cuenta propia.
Baška, un popular destino turístico, cuenta con casi 30 playas, por lo que los huéspedes pueden elegir y disfrutar de la playa que más les guste en la isla de Krk. A solo 3 minutos en coche de aquí se encuentra también un mirador de visita obligada (ideal también para hacer senderismo), desde donde los huéspedes pueden contemplar el magnífico e impresionante panorama de la tierra, las montañas y el mar de la isla de Krk.
Vrbnik, conocida por su encanto auténtico, y la ciudad principal de la isla, Krk, se encuentran a menos de 25 minutos en coche de aquí. Por su parte, el puente de la isla de Krk está a media hora. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano está en Rijeka, a unos 40 minutos en coche de este apartamento vacacional en Baška.
Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas en este alojamiento.

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 9 Tage hier und hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool war einfach nur herrlich. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe und der Strand ebenso. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt tatsächlich nichts zu kritisieren und würden daher diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Ein sehr schönes neues Appartement, es war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer, perfekt für uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern. Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Pool konnten wir meist alleine nutzen.

It’s a very nice, brand new and modern appartement with a great style. You have everything you need on a great location of a wonderful part of the island. Two bed- and bathrooms, everything nice and clean. The pool area is fantastic. You won’t regret your choice if you choose for this appartement, on walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended!

Our host was incredible friendly and accommodation. He was at all times reachable and obliged us in terms of the check in time. The appartement was wonderful!!! Very clean, bright and had a beautiful interior! The pool and the outdoor facilities were in great condition and we had a really nice view from the balcony. Wonderful to start the day with a breakfast on the balcony! When we needed help (for example a suggestion for a restaurant) we always got good instructions and recommendations! All in all we were totally happy with this place and will definitely come back! :))

Sehr schöne Lage. Das Apartment liegt etwas zurückversetzt vom Strand und von der Promenade, beides ist aber in ca. 10 min gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine im Keller.
