Situé à proximité de la plage de Vela, cet appartement de vacances de 2 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes vous promet des vacances confortables, agréables et sans souci. L'appartement donne accès à un espace extérieur animé et baigné de soleil, qui comprend une grande piscine non chauffée avec des chaises longues et un jardin commun pour se prélasser et passer des moments de pure détente. L'appartement se trouve au premier étage et dispose d'un balcon privé avec vue sur les montagnes, où vous pourrez déguster un verre du célèbre vin blanc croate ou vous détendre avec un bon livre. À l'intérieur, ce nouveau refuge a été conçu par un architecte croate bien connu et cela se voit dans tous les aspects de l'appartement. L'appartement climatisé est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, qu'il s'agisse de la salle de séjour élégante, de l'immense télévision intelligente ou des grandes baies vitrées qui donnent une impression de fraîcheur. Pour renforcer cette idée, l'appartement moderne dispose également d'une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec un coin repas, un lave-vaisselle, un four, un réfrigérateur, une machine à café Dolcegusto et une plaque de cuisson. Couchage Chambre à coucher 1 : Une chambre à coucher de style contemporain, bien éclairée et de bonne taille, avec un lit double, de grandes fenêtres et une armoire. Chambre 2 : Une chambre moderne et confortable avec 2 lits simples et une armoire. Supplémentaire : Il y a un canapé-lit double dans le salon qui peut être utilisé pour dormir. Autres salles de bains - Parking privé dédié - Wi-Fi gratuit - Blanchisserie Emplacement L'appartement de vacances avec vue sur la mer est situé à 10 minutes de marche de la plage de Vela, longue de 2 km, où les clients peuvent profiter d'une multitude de restaurants, de cafés et de bars, ainsi que des eaux cristallines de la mer. Un supermarché se trouve également à proximité, à seulement 3 minutes de marche, et permet de passer un séjour autonome sans souci. La destination touristique populaire de Baška abrite près de 30 plages, ce qui permet aux clients de l'hôtel de choisir la plage qu'ils préfèrent sur l'île de Krk. À 3 minutes en voiture de l'hôtel se trouve un pont d'observation incontournable (idéal pour une randonnée), d'où l'on peut apercevoir un panorama magnifique et à couper le souffle sur la terre, les montagnes et la mer de l'île de Krk. Vrbnik, connue pour son charme authentique, et la ville principale de l'île, Krk, se trouvent à 25 minutes en voiture. Le pont de l'île de Krk est quant à lui à une demi-heure de route. L'aéroport international le plus proche se trouve à Rijeka, à environ 40 minutes de route de cet appartement de vacances à Baška.

Die Unterkunft lag zentral aber ruhig, was uns auch gut gefallen hat, war natürlich der hauseigene Pool. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 9 Tage hier und hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool war einfach nur herrlich. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe und der Strand ebenso. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt tatsächlich nichts zu kritisieren und würden daher diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und wirklich toller Pool, den wir auch oft alleine genießen konnte . Nach Baška und zum Strand sind es gerade mal 8-10 min. Zu Fuß. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein sehr schönes neues Appartement, es war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer, perfekt für uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern. Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Den Pool konnten wir meist alleine nutzen.

It’s a very nice, brand new and modern appartement with a great style. You have everything you need on a great location of a wonderful part of the island. Two bed- and bathrooms, everything nice and clean. The pool area is fantastic. You won’t regret your choice if you choose for this appartement, on walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended!

Our host was incredible friendly and accommodation. He was at all times reachable and obliged us in terms of the check in time. The appartement was wonderful!!! Very clean, bright and had a beautiful interior! The pool and the outdoor facilities were in great condition and we had a really nice view from the balcony. Wonderful to start the day with a breakfast on the balcony! When we needed help (for example a suggestion for a restaurant) we always got good instructions and recommendations! All in all we were totally happy with this place and will definitely come back! :))

Sehr schöne Lage. Das Apartment liegt etwas zurückversetzt vom Strand und von der Promenade, beides ist aber in ca. 10 min gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine im Keller.
