Un espacioso apartamento con jardín en una elegante residencia, a sólo 5 minutos del mar. En la planta baja de una residencia exclusiva y tranquila, este apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas. La residencia está construida en un atractivo estilo mediterráneo, con vistas al jardín y a la piscina comunitaria. La cocina contemporánea en el salón / comedor está bien equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador y cafetera mokka, por lo que la cocina es una brisa. El salón tiene una mesa para 4 personas, un cómodo sofá, TV de pantalla plana y grandes ventanales que dan a una terraza privada con sombra y vistas a los jardines. La terraza tiene otra mesa de comedor y asientos para 4 personas y tumbonas para relajarse al sol. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Un amplio dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, mesillas de noche, un gran armario y ventanas francesas que dan a una terraza privada y acceso directo al jardín. Dormitorio 2: Un luminoso dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y elegantes armarios azules. Baños Cuarto de baño 1: Un gran cuarto de baño alicatado y totalmente equipado con ducha independiente, bidé, lavabo, WC y lavadora. Cuarto de baño 2: Un cuarto de baño nuevo y elegante con ducha, lavabo y WC. La playa del pueblo es perfecta, larga y de arena blanca. Es especialmente popular entre las familias, ya que sus aguas cristalinas y poco profundas son muy seguras para el baño y buenas para bucear. También se pueden alquilar tumbonas y sombrillas, así como motos acuáticas y tablas de windsurf si se siente aventurero. Los numerosos senderos costeros ofrecen vistas espectaculares de la famosa isla de Tavolara. La isla de Tavolara presume de ser el reino más pequeño del mundo y bien merece una excursión de un día para practicar senderismo, nadar y comer en el famoso restaurante Da Tonino, regentado por el actual rey de la isla. Para comer más cerca de casa, Pittulongu tiene muchos buenos restaurantes con especialidades locales sardas, marisco y cocina italiana clásica. Si quiere experimentar usted mismo con los productos locales, Olbia acoge mercados de agricultores 3 días a la semana, siendo el mejor el mercado de los sábados en Via Sangallo. Hay muchos servicios en Pittulongu - tiendas y farmacias, sin embargo, se recomienda traer su propio coche cuando se aloje en la propiedad. El aeropuerto de Olbia está a sólo 15 minutos en coche del apartamento. Si tiene previsto llegar en ferry desde Livorno o Civitavecchia, la terminal de ferry de Olbia está a sólo 10 minutos en coche. La propiedad no es adecuada para personas mayores.
