A solo 2 km de las orillas del lago de Garda, en la pequeña aldea de Gazzane, dentro del Parque del Alto Garda, esta villa para 4 personas es un acogedor punto de partida para quienes deseen explorar a fondo esta hermosa zona de Italia.
La casa es una vivienda unifamiliar, completamente renovada en noviembre de 2025, situada en una zona muy tranquila y soleada, lo que permite a los huéspedes sumergirse en la naturaleza en esta encantadora villa. En el interior, el alojamiento cuenta con una cocina, un cuarto de baño, un dormitorio y un sofá cama, ideal para parejas, familias o grupos pequeños.
La cocina está equipada con cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, horno, tostadora, placa de cocina y frigorífico con congelador.
La propiedad cuenta con un amplio jardín y un porche, perfectos para comer al aire libre y relajarse.

Dormitorio doble. Armario en el pasillo. Sofá cama en el salón.

El cuarto de baño, alicatado, está equipado con ducha, bañera, lavabo, bidé e inodoro.

Ubicación
A pocos pasos de la propiedad hay numerosos senderos por el bosque, ideales para practicar senderismo y ciclismo de montaña, que ofrecen vistas panorámicas del Parque del Alto Garda.
La aldea de Gazzane se encuentra a solo 2 km de Salò, un encantador centro histórico y cultural situado en la costa occidental del lago de Garda. Salò, junto con otros siete municipios de la costa occidental, forma la Riviera dei Limoni (Riviera de los Limones). Salò no solo es una localidad maravillosa para explorar y disfrutar, sino que también cuenta con varias playas a orillas del lago y es una parada de ferry, lo que permite a los huéspedes explorar fácilmente el resto del lago de Garda. La zona también ofrece la posibilidad de practicar vela, windsurf, piragüismo, equitación y golf.
Salò cuenta con supermercados y pequeñas tiendas, así como con un mercado semanal (los sábados por la mañana), que es un lugar excelente para pasar un rato degustando los mejores productos locales.
Los amantes del arte y la historia pueden visitar el famoso «Vittoriale degli Italiani», la residencia de Gabriele D’Annunzio en Gardone Riviera (a 2 km), y el nuevo museo «MUSA» en Salò (a 500 metros).
Los aeropuertos más cercanos son el de Verona-Villafranca (a 1 hora en coche) y el de Milán-Bérgamo (a 1 hora y 5 minutos en coche).
Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas en este alojamiento.

De plaatselijke ondersteuning van Chiara was erg goed. Na aankomst konden we de gaskraan niet vinden. Zelfs 's avonds was zij bereid om te helpen. Compleet met een videocall en een uitgebreide instructie wat te doen / hoe het te doen. Zoiets geeft vertrouwen. Bij aankomst stond er een lekkere fles wijn op ons te wachten. En verder was alles compleet voor een week prima vakantie. O ja, de boekenkast van de eigenaar was indrukwekkend. Allemaal hoogstaande werken van grote schrijvers. Geeft het gevoel alsof je thuis bent!

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings hätte ich mir im Haus 2 bequeme Sesselchen gewünscht. Aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und die Abende auf der schönen Terrasse sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles rustikales Häuschen abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem dicht genug, um den Gardasee zu erreichen. Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Auch nach Salo kommt man mit einem Spaziergang auf kleinen Wegen. Der Rückweg hat allerdings teilweise steile Abschnitte. Im Dorf ist durch den großen Supermarkt die Versorgung gesichert.

Bardzo fajny domek, na uboczu co jest atutem i minusem. Przestronny, z dużą łazienką i ładnym ogrodem. Spędziliśmy tam fajny wakacyjny czas.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Häuschen ist ruhig gelegen, man kann super Wandern und spazieren gehen. Trotz Regen konnte man jederzeit draußen sitzen wegen der überdachten Veranda.

The property is in a peaceful location with a private garden, which was perfect for our dog. The house is lovingly decorated. There's also a basement room, but without access. The village, including a supermarket, is within walking distance. However, there's no air conditioning, making it quite warm in summer, and with many mosquitoes or other insects its hard to ventilate without letting bugs in. Misquito protection is essential. The bathroom is small and we had to clean some hair out of the shower drain. Waste disposal rules were a bit confusing, requiring special bags and not completely clear instructions, with a fine about 300 euros for mistakes. There's a nice hike to Sanctuario Madonna del Rio nearby, but few other activities are accesible by foot. Overall it's a good spot for a quiet stay with a dog, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich! Leider hat vieles nicht funktioniert oder war schon etwas heruntergekommen. Auch ein paar zusätzliche Ausstattungselemente wären schön gewesen, wie z.B. Kissen für den Außenbereich, mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Abtrockenhandtuch oder mehr Klopapier. Es hat in die Wohnung reingeregnet und einige Glühbirnen haben nicht funktioniert. Das Müllmanagement war sehr kompliziert beschrieben.
