A soli 2 km dalle rive del Lago di Garda, nella piccola frazione di Gazzane, all'interno del Parco Alto Garda, si trova questa villetta per 4 persone è una base accogliente per chi vuole conoscere davvero questa bellissima parte d'Italia. La casa è una proprietà indipendente, in una posizione molto tranquilla e soleggiata, gli ospiti possono immergersi nella natura in questa graziosa villa. All’interno, l’alloggio dispone di una sala cucina, un bagno, una camera da letto e un divano letto, perfetto per coppie, famiglie o piccoli gruppi. La cucina è dotata di macchina da caffè, bollitore elettrico, forno, tostapane, piano cottura e frigorifero con freezer. La proprietà offre un ampio giardino e un portico, perfetti per mangiare all’aperto e trascorrere momenti di tranquillità. Dormire camera matrimoniale. Armadio nel corridoio. La frazione di Gazzane si trova a soli 2 km da Salò, incantevole centro storico e culturale a ovest del Lago di Garda che, insieme ad altri sette comuni della costa occidentale, forma la Riviera dei Limoni. Salò non è solo una città meravigliosa da esplorare e godere, ma offre anche diverse spiagge per la balneazione sul lago ed è una fermata del traghetto che permette agli ospiti di esplorare facilmente il resto del Lago di Garda. La zona offre anche vela, windsurf, canoa, equitazione e golf. A Salò si trovano supermercati e piccoli negozi, oltre al mercato settimanale (il sabato mattina) che è un luogo eccellente per trascorrere un po' di tempo provando i migliori prodotti locali. Gli amanti dell'arte e della storia possono visitare il famoso "Vittoriale degli Italiani", casa di Gabriele D'Annunzio a Gardone Riviera (2 km) e il nuovo museo di Salò (500 metri) chiamato "MUSA". Gli aeroporti più vicini sono Verona Villafranca (1 ora di auto) e Milano Bergamo (1 ora e 5 minuti di auto).

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings hätte ich mir im Haus 2 bequeme Sesselchen gewünscht. Aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und die Abende auf der schönen Terrasse sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles rustikales Häuschen abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem dicht genug, um den Gardasee zu erreichen. Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Auch nach Salo kommt man mit einem Spaziergang auf kleinen Wegen. Der Rückweg hat allerdings teilweise steile Abschnitte. Im Dorf ist durch den großen Supermarkt die Versorgung gesichert.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Häuschen ist ruhig gelegen, man kann super Wandern und spazieren gehen. Trotz Regen konnte man jederzeit draußen sitzen wegen der überdachten Veranda.

The property is in a peaceful location with a private garden, which was perfect for our dog. The house is lovingly decorated. There's also a basement room, but without access. The village, including a supermarket, is within walking distance. However, there's no air conditioning, making it quite warm in summer, and with many mosquitoes or other insects its hard to ventilate without letting bugs in. Misquito protection is essential. The bathroom is small and we had to clean some hair out of the shower drain. Waste disposal rules were a bit confusing, requiring special bags and not completely clear instructions, with a fine about 300 euros for mistakes. There's a nice hike to Sanctuario Madonna del Rio nearby, but few other activities are accesible by foot. Overall it's a good spot for a quiet stay with a dog, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich! Leider hat vieles nicht funktioniert oder war schon etwas heruntergekommen. Auch ein paar zusätzliche Ausstattungselemente wären schön gewesen, wie z.B. Kissen für den Außenbereich, mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Abtrockenhandtuch oder mehr Klopapier. Es hat in die Wohnung reingeregnet und einige Glühbirnen haben nicht funktioniert. Das Müllmanagement war sehr kompliziert beschrieben.

non conforme aux descriptions :Four inutilisable : aucun recipient pour mettre dedans ,Plaque de cuisson même pas une casserole ; frigidaire minuscule ( frigidaire d'hôtel,) Douche: aucun bac de douche ni parois,entretien lamentable ,ménage inexistant (toiles d'araignée partout ) place de parking dans la rue, etc...
