A solo 200 metros de una impresionante playa, este apartamento situado en la primera planta es una opción idílica para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos en la hermosa costa de Cerdeña. El apartamento, que cuenta con entrada independiente, se encuentra en un pequeño y encantador complejo de casas de estilo tradicional con tejados de tejas y techos con vigas de madera. Tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente a 4 personas. La zona de salón-comedor de planta abierta cuenta con amplias puertas acristaladas que dan a un balcón a la sombra con vistas al mar. El balcón es una amplia extensión del salón, ya que está amueblado con una mesa de comedor y sillas para disfrutar de relajadas comidas al aire libre. En el interior, hay un sofá, un televisor de pantalla plana y muebles de madera pintados en colores vivos, entre los que se incluyen una mesa de comedor y sillas, una cómoda y una cocina americana nueva. La cocina americana está equipada con una placa de cocción, un horno microondas combinado, lavavajillas y nevera-congelador. Dormitorios Dormitorio 1: El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, una cómoda y un armario. Dormitorio 2: Este dormitorio en esquina, muy luminoso, cuenta con dos camas individuales, que se pueden unir, una cómoda y un armario. Cuarto de baño Un cuarto de baño con azulejos clásicos, con ducha, bidé, lavabo y WC. Cerca del centro de la localidad de Golfo Aranci, la propiedad ofrece a los huéspedes todas las comodidades de este encantador complejo turístico, desde el mercado semanal (los lunes) en el centro de la ciudad hasta supermercados y excelentes restaurantes. Merece la pena hacer una excursión de un día a la isla de Tavolara para practicar senderismo, bañarse y almorzar en el famoso restaurante Da Tonino, regentado por el actual rey de la isla. El aeropuerto de Olbia está a solo 25 minutos en coche.

We really enjoyed our stay at casa pitti. It is the perfect place to relax on the beautiful terrace and watch the sea. Marco is a super nice host who had many good tips for us. the flat is very well equipped and you can reach a beautiful beach in 2 minutes walk. there is also 1 restaurant that you can reach within 5 minutes. we also rented a boat at the small harbour next to the beach and visited isola tavolara and molara. the supermarket is also a 10 minutes walk away. the place is a paradise especially for families. we would come again. grazie mille Marco :)

The location of the apartment is perfect, the beach is very close. Restaurants in walking distance. If you want to take trips to other beaches they are in reach within 10 to 15 mins by car. Everything was clean and the equipment was very complete. Not only has the kitchen everything you could possibly think of, but also a sun umbrella to take to the beach. An iron to smoothen evening wardrobe as well as a cupboard for shoes. A dish washer and washing machine make the holiday perfect. Communication with the administrating rental company was excellent. We got videos beforehand as to which parking spot to use which was in front of the apartment and included in the price, as well as how to access the key. We had one incident with the dish washer leaking water and we got an answer to our email immediately, even though it was 21h. A fix of the problem was provided the next day without us having to compromise on our plans. There are only two details we did not like very much. One was that we were asked to pay 54 EUR extra for air conditioning beforehand, even though this was not mentioned as extra cost on ebookers. We visited the place in October and despite 27°C outside we never needed to turn the air conditioning on. The second thing was that the matresses of all the beds were extremely hard, so after a week we looked forward to our own beds quite a lot! Apart from that we can fully recommend the place.

Good house, with great views over the sea. Beautiful area as well. Don't expect to find any personal touches around the house, as the house is managed by an external entity (not the owner). Also don't forget to bring your own toilet paper...
