Op slechts 200 meter van een prachtig strand is dit appartement op de eerste verdieping een idyllische optie voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden aan de prachtige kust van Sardinië. Het appartement, dat een eigen ingang heeft, ligt in een klein, charmant resort van huizen in traditionele stijl met pannendaken en houten balkenplafonds binnen. Het is geschikt voor 4 personen in alle comfort. De open woon/eetkamer heeft brede glazen deuren die uitkomen op een schaduwrijk balkon met uitzicht op zee. Het balkon is een luchtig verlengstuk van de woonkamer en is ingericht met een eettafel en stoelen om ontspannen buiten te eten. Terug binnen is er een bank, flatscreen tv en fel beschilderde houten meubels, waaronder een eettafel en stoelen, een dressoir en een nieuwe kitchenette. De kitchenette is uitgerust met een kookplaat, een gecombineerde magnetron, een vaatwasser en een koelkast met vriesvak. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De ouderslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een ladekast en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: Deze lichte hoekslaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden die kunnen worden samengevoegd, een ladekast en een kledingkast. Badkamer Een klassiek betegelde badkamer met een douche, bidet, wastafel en toilet. Het eiland Tavolara is zeker een dagtocht waard om te wandelen, te zwemmen en te lunchen in het beroemde restaurant Da Tonino, dat wordt gerund door de huidige koning van het eiland. De luchthaven van Olbia ligt op slechts 25 minuten rijden.

We really enjoyed our stay at casa pitti. It is the perfect place to relax on the beautiful terrace and watch the sea. Marco is a super nice host who had many good tips for us. the flat is very well equipped and you can reach a beautiful beach in 2 minutes walk. there is also 1 restaurant that you can reach within 5 minutes. we also rented a boat at the small harbour next to the beach and visited isola tavolara and molara. the supermarket is also a 10 minutes walk away. the place is a paradise especially for families. we would come again. grazie mille Marco :)

The location of the apartment is perfect, the beach is very close. Restaurants in walking distance. If you want to take trips to other beaches they are in reach within 10 to 15 mins by car. Everything was clean and the equipment was very complete. Not only has the kitchen everything you could possibly think of, but also a sun umbrella to take to the beach. An iron to smoothen evening wardrobe as well as a cupboard for shoes. A dish washer and washing machine make the holiday perfect. Communication with the administrating rental company was excellent. We got videos beforehand as to which parking spot to use which was in front of the apartment and included in the price, as well as how to access the key. We had one incident with the dish washer leaking water and we got an answer to our email immediately, even though it was 21h. A fix of the problem was provided the next day without us having to compromise on our plans. There are only two details we did not like very much. One was that we were asked to pay 54 EUR extra for air conditioning beforehand, even though this was not mentioned as extra cost on ebookers. We visited the place in October and despite 27°C outside we never needed to turn the air conditioning on. The second thing was that the matresses of all the beds were extremely hard, so after a week we looked forward to our own beds quite a lot! Apart from that we can fully recommend the place.

Good house, with great views over the sea. Beautiful area as well. Don't expect to find any personal touches around the house, as the house is managed by an external entity (not the owner). Also don't forget to bring your own toilet paper...
