Ubicado en una encantadora y soleada casa frente al mar en Augusta, este moderno y luminoso refugio está a sólo unos pasos de las increíbles aguas del Mar Jónico. El apartamento de vacaciones cuenta con un dormitorio, un cuarto de baño completo con bañera, un salón con cocina-comedor y un gran balcón con asientos al aire libre para relajarse con su bebida favorita. Gracias a su ubicación íntima y a sus interiores modernos y minimalistas, el apartamento es perfecto para parejas jóvenes. El apartamento de vacaciones se encuentra en la primera planta y está totalmente climatizado para proporcionar una estancia cómoda. El salón cuenta con un sofá cama doble, una Smart TV y una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia despreocupada y sin preocupaciones. Una placa de inducción, un horno y una nevera con congelador están a disposición de los huéspedes. Desde el salón también se puede acceder al balcón con vistas a la típica y vibrante flora mediterránea de la región. Para mayor relajación, el apartamento ofrece acceso a un precioso jardín compartido con tumbonas y una barbacoa. Los huéspedes también pueden probar su mano en el windsurf en el sitio (por una tarifa). Ubicación Desde la excelente ubicación del apartamento, las aguas del mar Jónico están a pocos pasos. Y la playa más cercana, la de Agnone Bagni, está a 15 minutos en coche. Los restos de una civilización histórica se pueden explorar a media hora en coche, en Megara Hyblaea, que es una de las colonias griegas sicilianas más importantes de la antigüedad. Otro trozo de historia que merece la pena visitar es el castillo de Hohenstaufen, de mediados del siglo XII. La gran cantidad de iglesias de Augusta, como la de Santa del Purgatorio, la de Cristo Re y la de Santa Lucía, completan las vacaciones. De hecho, Augusta atrae mucho turismo porque es la combinación perfecta de hermosas playas y joyas históricas. Sobre todo en verano, las ineludibles Fiestas de San Domenico y de San Nicola proporcionan una experiencia muy especial con una serie de actividades, espectáculos y cosas que hacer, y los turistas participan y disfrutan de ellas con igual entusiasmo. La fiesta de San Domenico se celebra a finales de mayo en Augusta, mientras que la fiesta de San Nicola tiene lugar en otro destino turístico muy solicitado, Brucoli, situado a media hora en coche. Palermo está a unas 2 horas y 20 minutos en coche, y la encantadora ciudad de Catania está a sólo media hora de este alquiler de vacaciones en Sicilia. El aeropuerto de Catania es el aeropuerto internacional más cercano, aproximadamente a una hora y media en coche de este apartamento de vacaciones en Augusta.

Mielismy przyjemność spędzić wakacje w apartamencie który w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Apartament znajdował się w domu na zamkniętym osiedlu, co zapewniało poczucie bezpieczeństwa i spokoju. Dodatkowym atutem była bardzo blisko położona plaża, do której dostęp mieli tylko mieszkańcy osiedla. Mieszkanie było czyste, bardzo przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Wnętrza były nowoczesne i gustownie urządzone. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, co pozwalało na przygotowywanie posiłków bez żadnych problemów. Dodatkowo, apartament posiadał duży balkon z widokiem na morze, gdzie można było relaksować się przy porannej kawie lub wieczornym drinku. Parking umożliwiał bezproblemowe zaparkowanie auta. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który przed przyjazdem przekazał wszystkie niezbędne informacje umożliwiające bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. Podsumowując, apartament ten był idealnym miejscem na wakacyjny wypoczynek. Polecam go każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, prywatności i bliskości morza.

Everything was great. Very friendly landlords and neighbors. The highlight of this accommodation is definitely the location. It is right on the beach, 200m to the beach, as in the description, is even an exaggeration.

The place was lovely, located in a quiet small village right near the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and experience there! Gianluca went above and beyond to meet us late, left clear instructions and made every effort so we could feel at home! When we lacked utensils (a knife and chopping board), he brought it to us almost in an instant. Definitely enjoyable example of Italian hospitality, will gladly come back again!

The location is exceptional, it's just like 100 metres from the sea and you can also get a lovely view off the balcony to both Etna and the sea. The host is very nice although they don't speak English (at least those who are round all the time). Every room has an AC which is great!

Super Lage am Strand, auch wenn die erste Suche sehr mühsam verlief (Eingangstor + keine Hausnummern). Leider fehlten Kleinigkeiten in der Küche und beim Checkout wird man sehr gestresst.

Krasny byt v novem dome v podstate primo na plazi. Z balkonu je vyhled na Etnu. Byt byl plne vybaveny, cisty a prakticky. Ve dvore je i super moznost grilovani a vyuziti virivky. Sprcha po navsteve plaze je taktez pred domem. Fajn misto blizko u letiste. Obrovska siroka a dlouha plaz, vecer se na ni hraji ruzne hry. K nalezeni je spousta muslicek.

The apartment is decent, with A/C in both the bedroom and living area, and it’s well-equipped, though some kitchen items, like the pots, could use updating. The space was clean overall, but there were stains on the bed sheet, and the dish rack was rusted. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, welcoming us with a bottle of wine and water, and Gianluca responded to all our queries promptly. The apartment is part of a 'private village,' which we expected to be a charming, secluded area. However, the surroundings were less appealing, feeling more like an unfinished development, with run-down buildings, large potholes, and a pile of trash, including old mattresses, outside the village gate. This detracted from our overall vacation experience. If you don't have a car, or don't plan to drive every day, even to a supermarket, this is not a place for you. The village is quiet, althogh there was a loud karaoke party one evening at the yard across the street, but they finished at midnight.
