We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in an apartment that fully met our expectations. The apartment was located in a house on a gated community, which provided a sense of security and peace. An additional advantage was the very close location of the beach, which was accessible only to residents of the community. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and well-equipped. The interiors were modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare meals without any problems. In addition, the apartment had a large balcony overlooking the sea, where you could relax with your morning coffee or evening drink. The parking lot made it easy to park your car. Very good contact with the owner, who provided all the necessary information before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. In summary, this apartment was the perfect place for a vacation. Everything was great. Very friendly landlords and neighbors. The highlight of this accommodation is definitely the location. It is right on the beach, 200m to the beach, as in the description, is even an exaggeration.

The place was lovely, located in a quiet small village right near the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and experience there! Gianluca went above and beyond to meet us late, left clear instructions and made every effort so we could feel at home! When we lacked utensils (a knife and chopping board), he brought it to us almost in an instant. Definitely enjoyable example of Italian hospitality, will gladly come back again!

First directions given to location could helpfully mention red metal gates at entrance to village and arrangements to open them.

The location is exceptional, it's just like 100 metres from the sea and you can also get a lovely view off the balcony to both Etna and the sea. The host is very nice although they don't speak English (at least those who are round all the time). Every room has an AC which is great!

Super Lage am Strand, auch wenn die erste Suche sehr mühsam verlief (Eingangstor + keine Hausnummern). Leider fehlten Kleinigkeiten in der Küche und beim Checkout wird man sehr gestresst.

A beautiful apartment in a new building, basically right on the beach. The balcony offers a view of Mount Etna. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, and practical. The courtyard also offers a great opportunity to barbecue and use the hot tub. There is also a shower in front of the house for after visiting the beach. A nice place close to the airport. The apartment is decent, with A/C in both the bedroom and living area, and it’s well-equipped, though some kitchen items, like the pots, could use updating. The space was clean overall, but there were stains on the bed sheet, and the dish rack was rusted. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, welcoming us with a bottle of wine and water, and Gianluca responded to all our queries promptly. The apartment is part of a 'private village,' which we expected to be a charming, secluded area. However, the surroundings were less appealing, feeling more like an unfinished development, with run-down buildings, large potholes, and a pile of trash, including old mattresses, outside the village gate. This detracted from our overall vacation experience. If you don't have a car, or don't plan to drive every day, even to a supermarket, this is not a place for you. The village is quiet, althogh there was a loud karaoke party one evening at the yard across the street, but they finished at midnight.
