Este apartamento contemporáneo, elegante y con aire acondicionado, situado en pleno centro de Lugano, es el alojamiento ideal para quienes vienen a trabajar o a relajarse en esta hermosa ciudad. Situado en la tercera planta (con ascensor) de un edificio de reciente construcción, con suelos de madera clara en todas las estancias, este piso de dos dormitorios tiene capacidad para seis personas. El amplio salón cuenta con un gran ventanal y una puerta acristalada que da a un balcón con vistas a la calle. Hay un gran sofá (que se convierte en cama doble), un Smart TV y una mesa de comedor contemporánea con 6 sillas. La amplia y moderna cocina cuenta con una barra de desayuno junto a la gran puerta acristalada que da a otro pequeño balcón. Está equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar durante su estancia: placa de inducción, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, nevera, congelador y una cafetera Nespresso. Dormitorios Dormitorio 1: El luminoso dormitorio principal cuenta con una cómoda cama doble y un amplio espacio de almacenamiento. Dormitorio 2: Un acogedor dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y un gran armario empotrado. Extra: El sofá del salón se convierte en cama doble. Ubicación En el cantón italoparlante del Tesino, en la frontera entre Suiza e Italia, Lugano se encuentra enclavada entre las montañas y el impresionante lago de Lugano. La ciudad cuenta con un rico patrimonio cultural, del que forma parte el MASI (Museo de Arte de la Suiza Italiana), que acoge regularmente exposiciones de arte contemporáneo. A lo largo del año se celebran numerosos festivales, entre ellos «Luganomusica» cada verano. El apartamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila, pero muy céntrica de Lugano. La orilla del lago, con su famoso paseo, está a solo 5 minutos a pie. Una excursión de un día por el Lago di Lugano, navegando entre Suiza e Italia, es imprescindible, al igual que un aperitivo en la plaza principal de la ciudad, la Piazza della Riforma (a 8 minutos a pie). La plaza está repleta de excelentes cafeterías y restaurantes. Para los huéspedes que deseen cocinar, el mercado de agricultores (los martes y viernes) de Via Carducci (a 5 minutos a pie) es el lugar ideal para adquirir los mejores ingredientes locales. Los aeropuertos internacionales más cercanos se encuentran en Italia: Milán-Malpensa, a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche, o Milán-Linate, a 1 hora y 20 minutos. ¿Llega en tren? La estación de tren de Lugano está a 12 minutos a pie del apartamento.

Lage ist top Viele Restaurants, Bars in kurzer Gehdistanz Ruhig während der Nacht, ab 06:00 nimmt der Strassenlärm zu, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Isolierung ist gut bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Balkone sind sehr klein, 1 Stuhl hätte so knapp Platz. Wir waren 5 Personen zum lernen und Ausflüge machen. Dafür ideal. Genügend Duschtücher und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Pane e Pomodore in der Nähe mit super Tessiner Küche

Great location. Located near a nightclub, so there was lots of noise all night. The apartment was also very hot. I know many properties have centrally controlled heat, but while some radiator units in our apartment could be off, the one in the main bedroom was broken (the temperature control knob was on the floor next to the radiator), and it was very hot. The unit in the other bedroom was turned to zero, but still emitted heat. We had two young children with us, so the late night noise and uncomfortable temperature was tough. The apartment was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Lugano, which was the best part of our stay.
