Cet appartement contemporain, élégant et climatisé, situé en plein cœur de Lugano, constitue le point de départ idéal pour les personnes souhaitant travailler ou se détendre dans cette belle ville. Situé au troisième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble récent, cet appartement de deux chambres à coucher peut accueillir six personnes. Le salon aéré est doté d'une grande fenêtre et d'une porte vitrée donnant sur un balcon qui surplombe la rue. Il y a un grand canapé (qui se transforme en lit double), une Smart TV et une table à manger contemporaine avec 6 chaises. La cuisine spacieuse et moderne dispose d'un bar à petit-déjeuner à côté de la grande porte vitrée qui donne sur un autre petit balcon. Elle est équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour : une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur et une machine Nespresso. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale, très lumineuse, dispose d'un lit double confortable et d'un grand espace de rangement. Chambre 2 : Une chambre confortable avec 2 lits simples et un grand placard. Supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en lit double. Salle de bains La belle salle de bains, carrelée de pierres, située dans le hall d'entrée, est équipée d'une douche moderne en verre, d'un bidet, d'un grand lavabo et d'un WC. Situation Dans le canton italophone du Tessin, aux frontières de la Suisse et de l'Italie, Lugano est nichée entre les montagnes et le magnifique lac de Lugano. La ville possède un riche patrimoine culturel, dont le MASI (musée d'art de la Suisse italienne) qui accueille régulièrement des expositions d'art contemporain. De nombreux festivals sont organisés tout au long de l'année, notamment "Luganomusica" chaque été. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier calme mais très central de Lugano. Le bord du lac, avec sa célèbre promenade, n'est qu'à 5 minutes de marche. Une excursion d'une journée sur le Lago di Lugano, qui navigue entre la Suisse et l'Italie, s'impose, tout comme un aperitivo sur la place principale de la ville, la Piazza della Riforma (8 minutes de marche). La piazza est bordée de nombreux cafés et restaurants excellents. Pour les personnes qui souhaitent se restaurer elles-mêmes, le marché fermier (mardi et vendredi) de la Via Carducci (à 5 minutes de marche) est l'endroit idéal pour se procurer les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Les aéroports internationaux les plus proches se trouvent en Italie : Milan Malpensa, à 1 heure et 10 minutes en voiture, ou Milan Linate, à 1 heure et 20 minutes. Vous arrivez en train ? La gare de Lugano se trouve à 12 minutes de marche de l'appartement.

Lage ist top Viele Restaurants, Bars in kurzer Gehdistanz Ruhig während der Nacht, ab 06:00 nimmt der Strassenlärm zu, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Isolierung ist gut bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Balkone sind sehr klein, 1 Stuhl hätte so knapp Platz. Wir waren 5 Personen zum lernen und Ausflüge machen. Dafür ideal. Genügend Duschtücher und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Pane e Pomodore in der Nähe mit super Tessiner Küche

The apartment was very nice. It is close to the lake, and the old town. Fairly easy to get to the train. Vlise to restaurants and shopping.

Great location. Located near a nightclub, so there was lots of noise all night. The apartment was also very hot. I know many properties have centrally controlled heat, but while some radiator units in our apartment could be off, the one in the main bedroom was broken (the temperature control knob was on the floor next to the radiator), and it was very hot. The unit in the other bedroom was turned to zero, but still emitted heat. We had two young children with us, so the late night noise and uncomfortable temperature was tough. The apartment was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Lugano, which was the best part of our stay.
