Está situado en un complejo amplio y tranquilo, con acceso a una maravillosa piscina comunitaria con tumbonas y jardines muy bien cuidados, perfectos para relajarse o echarse una siesta por la tarde.
El apartamento está situado en la tercera planta y cuenta con ascensor y acceso para sillas de ruedas para llegar a él cómodamente. En el interior, el salón presenta una distribución amplia y diáfana, con espacios muy luminosos que dan directamente a una terraza panorámica con zona de comedor al aire libre. Esta estancia también cuenta con un Smart TV, una zona de comedor y un gran sofá para relajarse tras un día de turismo o una noche de fiesta. La cocina, por su parte, garantiza una estancia muy práctica gracias al lavavajillas, el microondas y la cafetera Nespresso, mientras que el dormitorio, con aire acondicionado, es perfecto para descansar del cansancio del viaje.

Ubicación
El alojamiento vacacional se encuentra en una ubicación óptima desde la que podrá disfrutar de algunas de las mejores playas, discotecas y rutas de senderismo de los alrededores de Marbella. El famoso Nikki Beach Club y la Playa de las Cañas se encuentran a poca distancia a pie; varios campos de golf de categoría mundial están a menos de 10 minutos en coche; las famosas Dunas de Artola y la playa de Cabopino están a solo 10 minutos en coche de aquí. La zona también cuenta con una amplia oferta de restaurantes de cocina variada, chiringuitos y, para los amantes de la cocina casera, supermercados internacionales.
En 15 minutos en coche, los huéspedes pueden llegar al centro de Marbella, donde podrán explorar monumentos y lugares emblemáticos como la Plaza de la Constitución, la Plaza de los Naranjos, el Parque de la Alameda, con su exuberante vegetación mediterránea y sus fuentes, las esculturas de Dalí y mucho más. Además, también se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos como el surf y el kayak en los alrededores, ya que el mar está a solo unos pasos. El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el de Málaga-Costa del Sol, situado a unos 35 minutos en coche de esta casa de vacaciones en Marbella.

We stayed at the property for 28 days & found the location to be ideal. We enjoyed getting up early each morning & walking the neighborhood. There were lots of trees that provided a very shaded walk. We even found a cafe that was off the beaten path that served delicious homemade breads & pastries. The apartment was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balconies was wonderful; we enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony in the evening. For me, the kitchen was well stocked with glassware, plates, silverware, etc. The property managers were very responsive. One example, we discovered that the iron was not in working order & that afternoon a new iron was delivered. Wifi connections never failed. The pool was refreshing with many lounge chairs, so we were always able to have a place to sit. The poolside restaurant was incredible; the food being outstanding & the staff very friendly & helpful. Lastly, we were always able to find parking for our rental car on the property. We very much enjoyed our time in Elviria.

This is a good apartment though better for four people than six There was noisy works going on but these no doubt have to be done so that was just our bad luck More than one key would have been useful and some instructions for the TV. Which we found difficult to operate All in all we would book again

Really lovely apartment in a well kept building with beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. I wish I had a car though as we had to use a taxi to take us around to the shops. But the beach was an easy walk and was a lovely sandy beach with great beach bars and a lovely restaurant. A beautiful holiday and I cannot wait to go back again! Anna is a fantastic host and she made everything easy for us - Highly recommended !!

Beautiful views of the sea, mountains, pool, and garden from the two balconies; two air conditioners kept things cool on hot days; the kitchen was equipped with an oven and all necessary appliances; having two bathrooms was convenient; the clean pool was a real plus; it was close to the beach and a supermarket (300 meters away), and a stunning beach with a beautiful sunset was just 800 meters away.

Anna’s place was great perfect location, nice outdoors amenities, swimming pool was outstanding, however, I will recommended her to have more kitchen products such small, blender or duvets for the covers, we got only 1 small dish soap, 1 dishwasher soap, ans no extras trash bags.. I know those things can be add it to the apartment to make it easier on the guest specially if we are staying 6 days. House manual was not found and I need it to text her few times to ask her for, check in instructions. Over all place is great and if they can add a few more touch on the apartment will be amazing
