La casa está situada cerca de una de las bahías más hermosas en el lado sur de la isla de Lošinj. Zabodarski bahía es famosa por sus playas de guijarros de piedra y aguas cristalinas. La casa fue en 2016 completamente renovado en el trabajo de piedra tradicional. La estructura fue construida para minimizar el impacto sobre el medio ambiente por diferentes características de la siguiente manera: - completamente alimentado por energía solar para producir electricidad - el agua se calienta con energía solar - uso parcial de agua de lluvia (agua corriente también está disponible) - la ropa sólo se lava con detergente ecológico - la casa se limpia sólo con productos ecológicos certificados - todos los residuos reciclables se reciclan - Uso mínimo de aparatos electrónicos para reducir la contaminación. - uso de materiales de construcción tradicionales, como la piedra, y rodeado de árboles para garantizar una estancia agradable en verano, incluso sin aire acondicionado. En el salón hay un sofá cama doble para 1 persona. Hay 1 dormitorio con cama doble y sofá cama individual.

Nikola's place was a gem - beautiful little house with a private walk down to a crystal clear beach. Our young kids enjoyed playing in the garden and the hammock. The house is an eco-house, renovated in the original local style - water and energy were plentiful though, powered by solar and rainwater. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

The remote beach is nearby, and the house is far from civilization. This is a quiet area as long as small airplanes do not operate from the nearby airport—anyway, not very often. Changing awareness about eco-friendly life. Quality time to relax without modern media.
