Este apartamento, recién reformado y situado a pocos metros del mar, constituye un idílico refugio vacacional. Tanto si desea relajarse en la playa como disfrutar de muchas de las actividades disponibles en Losinj, los huéspedes se encuentran en el lugar perfecto para experimentar todo lo que la isla tiene que ofrecer. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente y consta de una amplia zona de estar de planta abierta con un sofá, una cómoda con TV de pantalla plana y una cocina inteligente, separada por una barra de desayuno. La cocina está equipada con placa de inducción, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera/congelador y cafetera. El balcón, con vistas al mar, tiene una mesa de comedor y sillas para comer al aire libre, y una tumbona para que los huéspedes se relajen. Para dormir Dormitorio: El dormitorio del entresuelo está sobre la zona de estar y parcialmente cerrado de la habitación. Tiene una cama doble, un armario y un bonito balcón con vistas al mar. Extra: El sofá cama del salón se puede convertir en una cómoda cama doble. Cuarto de baño El luminoso cuarto de baño dispone de ducha, lavabo, WC y lavadora. Adicional - WiFi gratuito - Aire acondicionado - Se admiten mascotas previo acuerdo (pueden aplicarse suplementos) - Secador de pelo - Caja fuerte de seguridad - Comedor al aire libre - Barbacoa - Jardín privado - Aparcamiento privado, no es necesario coche. Ubicación Losinj es la isla más grande del Adriático, y aunque sigue siendo virgen por el desarrollo, hay un montón de aventuras que se pueden tener. Si puede alejarse de algunas de las playas más bellas del Mediterráneo, la ciudad de Mali Losinj (20 minutos a pie) es un destino encantador. Famosa por su gran puerto, data del siglo XII y cuenta con hermosos edificios renacentistas, iglesias y monasterios. El Museo de Apoxyomenos está dedicado a una antigua estatua griega casi completamente intacta. El Jardín Aromático no sólo es un refugio aromático, sino que también sirve deliciosa comida local. Para el autoservicio, además de supermercados hay un pequeño mercado diario en Mali Losinj y una excelente pescadería donde comprar el pescado más fresco para cocinar en casa. Hay varias escuelas de deportes acuáticos en la isla, donde los visitantes pueden aprender a navegar, hacer windsurf o surf, y el mar prístino ofrece una excelente visibilidad para practicar snorkel y submarinismo. Fuera del agua, se puede practicar paracaidismo, escalada y cicloturismo por parajes vírgenes. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Rijeka, al que se llega en ferry (2 horas 30 minutos), o el de Pula (3 horas 15 minutos), también en ferry.

Nikola ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war für uns - ein Erwachsener und drei Kinder - groß genug. Isst man zu viert in der Wohnung wird es eng. Die Schlafplätze oben und unten sind (wie auf dem Foto zu sehen war) nicht durch eine Wand getrennt. Uns hat die eine Liege auf der Sonnenseite des Hauses ausgereicht. Die Kapazitäten des Kleiderschrankes und der Kommode haben uns gerade noch gereicht.

Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet und die Lage ist ideal. Veli Losijn und Mali Losijn können gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Ein kleiner Weg zwischen den Häusern führt vom Apartment direkt ans Meer, wo es verschiedene kleine Badestellen gibt (Zugang über Leitern ins Meer, kleine betonierte Liegeflächen). Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer ist überdacht, so dass man fast den ganzen Tag angenehmen Schatten hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Très beau logement , correspond à l’annonce , vue magnifique , emplacement voiture réservé mais parfois avec un accès compliqué suivant le voisinage , appartement avec de beaux volumes et deux très belles terrasses. Vacances paisibles et douces. Cette île vaut le détour.

The location of the apartment, as well as the apartment itself, are ideal for relaxing and "recharging your batteries". I was alone in the apartment with the aim of relaxing after a turbulent period in my life and this is the ideal place for that. The view of the sea from the bed, peace, quiet, the sound of the waves, seagulls and the smell of pine trees... That's all you need and I recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. The location of the apartment is ideal, whether for long walks along the promenade which is a few steps from the apartment, or by car, where Čikat, Mali Lošin, Veli Lošinj are a 5-10 minute drive away. The apartment is tidy and fully equipped.

Položaj apartmana, kao i sam apartman idealni su za opuštanje i "punjenje baterija". U apartmanu sam bila sama s ciljem da se opustim nakon burnog perioda u životu i ovo je idealno mjesto za to. Pogled na more iz kreveta, mir, tišina, šum valova, galebovi i miris borova... To je sve što vam treba i od srca preporučujem ovaj apartman. Pozicija apartmana je idealna, bilo za duge šetnje šetnicom koja je par koraka od apartmana, bilo automobilom, gdje su Čikat, Mali Lošin, Veli Lošinj udaljeni 5-10 minuta vožnje. Apartman je uredan i potpuno opremljen.

Ivana a její manžel jsou úžastní hostitelé a dělají vše pro to, aby byl váš pobyt NEJLEPŠÍ. Ivana byla vždy po ruce přes Whatsapp se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Je velmi profesionální, ale také velmi laskavá a přátelská. Snadné parkování, jasné pokyny, jak se tam dostat a předání klíčů. Apartmán je velmi pekně zařízený - vůbec nic nám nechybělo. Pohodlná postel, z které se Vám nebude chtít vstávat protože z postele koukáte přímo na moře. Místo je velmi okouzlující a čisté a jako bonus pěkně upravená zahrada. Toto místo rozhodně doporučuji. Naše odpočinková dovolená byla prostě SUPER. Určitě se sem vrátíme.
