L'appartamento, ristrutturato di recente a pochi metri dal mare, è un rifugio idilliaco per le vacanze. Sia che vogliate rilassarvi sulla spiaggia o praticare molte delle attività disponibili a Lussino, gli ospiti si trovano nel punto perfetto per sperimentare tutto ciò che l'isola ha da offrire. L'appartamento può ospitare comodamente 4 persone ed è composto da un'ariosa zona giorno a pianta aperta con divano, cassettiera con TV a schermo piatto e una cucina intelligente, separata da un bar per la colazione. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/congelatore e macchina da caffè. Il balcone, che si affaccia sul mare, è dotato di tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto e di una sdraio per rilassarsi. Posti letto Camera da letto: La camera da letto soppalcata si trova sopra la zona giorno ed è parzialmente chiusa dalla stanza. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e un grazioso balcone con vista sul mare. Extra: Il divano letto nel soggiorno può essere trasformato in un comodo letto matrimoniale. Il bagno Il luminoso bagno è dotato di doccia, lavabo, WC e lavatrice. Se riuscite a staccarvi da alcune delle più belle spiagge del Mediterraneo, la città di Lussinpiccolo (20 minuti a piedi) è una meta incantevole. Risalente al XII secolo e famosa per il suo grande porto, la città è ricca di splendidi edifici rinascimentali, chiese e monasteri. Il Museo di Apoxyomenos è dedicato a un'antica statua greca quasi completamente intatta. Il Giardino aromatico non è solo un rifugio profumato, ma serve anche deliziosi piatti locali. Oltre ai supermercati, a Lussinpiccolo c'è un piccolo mercato giornaliero e un eccellente mercato del pesce dove si può acquistare il pesce più fresco da cucinare a casa. Sull'isola ci sono diverse scuole di sport acquatici dove i visitatori possono imparare a navigare, a fare windsurf o surf, mentre il mare incontaminato offre un'ottima visibilità per lo snorkeling e le immersioni subacquee. Lontano dall'acqua si può praticare il paracadutismo, l'arrampicata su roccia e un tour in bicicletta attraverso la campagna incontaminata. L'aeroporto di Rijeka è il più vicino, raggiungibile con un traghetto (2 ore e 30 minuti) o l'aeroporto di Pola (3 ore e 15 minuti), anch'esso raggiungibile con un traghetto.

Nikola ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war für uns - ein Erwachsener und drei Kinder - groß genug. Isst man zu viert in der Wohnung wird es eng. Die Schlafplätze oben und unten sind (wie auf dem Foto zu sehen war) nicht durch eine Wand getrennt. Uns hat die eine Liege auf der Sonnenseite des Hauses ausgereicht. Die Kapazitäten des Kleiderschrankes und der Kommode haben uns gerade noch gereicht.

Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet und die Lage ist ideal. Veli Losijn und Mali Losijn können gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Ein kleiner Weg zwischen den Häusern führt vom Apartment direkt ans Meer, wo es verschiedene kleine Badestellen gibt (Zugang über Leitern ins Meer, kleine betonierte Liegeflächen). Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer ist überdacht, so dass man fast den ganzen Tag angenehmen Schatten hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Très beau logement , correspond à l’annonce , vue magnifique , emplacement voiture réservé mais parfois avec un accès compliqué suivant le voisinage , appartement avec de beaux volumes et deux très belles terrasses. Vacances paisibles et douces. Cette île vaut le détour.

The location of the apartment, as well as the apartment itself, are ideal for relaxing and "recharging your batteries". I was alone in the apartment with the aim of relaxing after a turbulent period in my life and this is the ideal place for that. The view of the sea from the bed, peace, quiet, the sound of the waves, seagulls and the smell of pine trees... That's all you need and I recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. The location of the apartment is ideal, whether for long walks along the promenade which is a few steps from the apartment, or by car, where Čikat, Mali Lošin, Veli Lošinj are a 5-10 minute drive away. The apartment is tidy and fully equipped.

Položaj apartmana, kao i sam apartman idealni su za opuštanje i "punjenje baterija". U apartmanu sam bila sama s ciljem da se opustim nakon burnog perioda u životu i ovo je idealno mjesto za to. Pogled na more iz kreveta, mir, tišina, šum valova, galebovi i miris borova... To je sve što vam treba i od srca preporučujem ovaj apartman. Pozicija apartmana je idealna, bilo za duge šetnje šetnicom koja je par koraka od apartmana, bilo automobilom, gdje su Čikat, Mali Lošin, Veli Lošinj udaljeni 5-10 minuta vožnje. Apartman je uredan i potpuno opremljen.

Ivana and her husband are wonderful hosts and do everything to make your stay the BEST. Ivana was always available on WhatsApp with everything we needed. She is very professional, but also very kind and friendly. Easy parking, clear directions on how to get there, and key handover. The apartment is very nicely furnished—we didn\'t miss a thing. A comfortable bed that you won\'t want to get out of because you can see the sea right from it. The place is very charming and clean, and as a bonus, there is a nicely landscaped garden. I definitely recommend this place. Our relaxing vacation was simply SUPER. We will definitely be back. (Translated by deepl)
