Wir waren zu sechst 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist grösser als sie auf den Bildern wirkt und hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See. Die Terrasse lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein! Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist die Ausstattung von den Basics - wie z.B. im Badezimmer hat es keine Ablage für Seife oder für die Zahnbürste. Wir hatten in jedem Bad nur eine WC-Rolle. Die Küche hat keine Gewürze oder Öle plus konnten wir die Kaffeetabs für die Maschine im lokalen Supermarkt nicht finden. Wäre top, wenn die Tabs zumindest für einen Morgen in der Wohnung vorhanden wären. Es hat auch einen Kaffeezubereiter, der mit gemahlenem Kaffee funktioniert. Im Beschrieb sind mehrere Liegestühle zu sehen, nun gibt es nur noch einen. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt unterhalb einer recht befahrenen Strasse. In der Nacht ist es jedoch ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Lake Como war perfekt. Diego hat in Kürze geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich! Herzlichen Dank.

Views are spectacular. Tastefully decorated. I absolutely enjoyed cycling in the area - breathtaking.

We had a great time staying here. We were a group of seven people and the house was just the right size. The team was quick to respond to open questions. Even being close to the main road it wasn't too loud and we could enjoy the privacy of the garden even with it being next to the road. Having the parking spot in front of the house was super convenient as well.

It was a good stay at home with a great view on the lake. You can park easily your car and you have the bus station too close.I recommend it.

Lo recomiendo! La casa es muy linda antigua pero remodelada y con lindas vistas. Lo unico malo es que le faltan cortinas a las habitaciones por lo que no pude dormir muy bien. Las almohadas son algo incomodas. La comunicación con el equipo fue muy buena.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is newly renovated and well-equipped with kitchen, washer, and private parking. Appliances and fixtures were in excellent working condition. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house could comfortably accommodate six people. It offers stunning views of Lake Como and surrounding mountains, a nice setting for the outdoor jacuzzi. Downtown Menaggio and the ferry port are a short drive away, and there is a hiking trail nearby. Communication with the host was good. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience.

My group had an amazing time at the house. My partner and I stayed for a month and had our friends visit with gorgeous views of the lake. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying a meal at home. The house is modern yet rustic and charming, and very comfortable. We were working remotely which was excellent with the two desks in the upstairs bedrooms. There are some beautiful trails within walking distance of the house with views of the lake and Menaggio. The house has a parking space at the house and other parking nearby as well for when our friends joined, and Menaggio is just a short drive or walk away.

We stayed as a group of 7 was abit cramp and there were only 2 toilets, but overall the place was quaint and decent.

Lovely place to stay and views are great. Easy to get in - just need the code for the safety box and can access the key straight away. The only downside is both the bathroom door handles are broken, especially the one upstairs! So there was no privacy and had to keep it slightly open otherwise we would get locked in.

The property had a gorgeous view and aesthetic and the place was well kept and clean. However, despite the listing having 2 bathrooms, we found that it was not possible to use both showers at the same time if we wanted hot water in both showers. Besides that, the location was not the most convenient as there was limited bussing and car options. The management office was also not the most responsive during our stay. Overall, it was a lovely property, but due to some inconveniences experienced during our trip, I would not recommend staying here again.

Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town.
