Precioso apartamento en la primera planta, con vistas a la piscina y a la hermosa campiña toscana. Es una de las 7 propiedades en un agroturismo de 50 hectáreas donde los propietarios cultivan aceitunas para aceite y uvas para vino. Es un gran destino para 4 personas durante todo el año. El apartamento tiene su propia puerta de entrada y una escalera de terracota que conduce a un vestíbulo, en el centro de la vivienda. La cocina/comedor tiene una mesa y sillas pintadas, además de un televisor de pantalla plana. La atractiva cocina de madera, con encimeras de mármol, está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, cafetera Mokka y frigorífico. Los jardines y la piscina compartidos están muy bien cuidados. La piscina vallada cuenta con tumbonas para que los huéspedes puedan tomar el sol después de un refrescante baño. El agroturismo también ofrece una barbacoa compartida, horno de leña, cocina al aire libre y zona de comedor. Hay una zona de estar compartida a la sombra, que incluye algunos aparatos de gimnasia, para que los huéspedes puedan hacer ejercicio mientras admiran las vistas. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Este dormitorio verde y fresco tiene una cama doble tradicional de hierro y un armario antiguo. Dormitorio 2: El segundo, colorido dormitorio también tiene una cama doble de hierro pintado con un atractivo armario. A pesar de su tranquilo entorno rural, el agroturismo está a menos de 10 minutos del centro de Castelfiorentino, donde los huéspedes pueden encontrar tiendas, un supermercado y un mercado los sábados para los mejores productos locales, así como ropa y artículos para el hogar. Florencia, cuna del Renacimiento, está a sólo 1 hora y ofrece algunas de las mejores galerías, museos y arquitectura del mundo. Al igual que las ciudades de Siena (1 hora) y Pisa, con su Torre Inclinada (1 hora). Otras ciudades que merece la pena visitar son San Gimignano (35 minutos), famosa por sus numerosas torres, y, para los fans de "Crepúsculo", Volterra (45 minutos), una fascinante ciudad de raíces etruscas. En los alrededores hay maravillosas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo que le sumergirán en los bosques y la gloriosa campiña toscana. Ce domaine est un vrai havre de paix. Le paysage vous offre d'un côté les vignes et de l'autre côté les oliviers. La bâtisse est typique de la toscane et sa piscine vient enrichir le bien être que procure cet endroit. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, malgré la barrière de la langue l'échange a été de qualité. Je vous conseille d'aller y séjourner quelques jours, vous ne regretterez pas!

Beautiful location and well maintained property. The pool and open air eating area we're great. The only comment to be made is that they only provide 1 toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet and limited dish soap. Which means for a family of four we had to purchase an unneeded amouny of dish soap and toilet paper. It was an inconvenience.

Au prime abord, nous avions un peu eu peur en ayant affaire à une agence de location en croyant réserver directement auprès de l’agritourisme et après avoir lu quelques commentaires négatifs sur d’autres sites. La vérité? C’est tout l’inverse. La communication avec l’agence a été fluide et facile et les propriétaires sont adorables et attentionnés. Le lieu et le décor sont incroyables, l’appartement ultra fonctionnel pour une famille de quatre, il est propre et la piscine impeccablement entretenue. Et les couchers de soleil sur le petit banc face aux vignes… sans mot. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable dans la région. Tous les principaux sites de la Toscane du Nord sont à même distance, idéal pour rayonner. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et c’est pour nous la preuve qu’il faut vraiment se méfier des commentaires négatifs, c’est vraiment incompréhensible de lire des avis négatifs sur cet endroit. Merci, nos vacances ont été parfaites.

Es war alles super. Leonardo war immer erreichbar, wenn man Hilfe gebraucht hat. Auch die Rezeption war nachmittags bis abends, vor Ort. Unser Kühlschrank hatte am Anfang nicht gekühlt und unser Klima ging nicht. Es kam gleich jemand und hat das Problem behoben. Bin sehr zufrieden. Super Service. Alles war toll. Würde wieder kommen. Für Rollstuhlfahrer, mit Parkausweis, gab es noch ein extra Parkplatz in der Anlage und das hat uns den gang nach oben, zu den Parkplätzen, erleichtert. Vielen Dank auch dafür!

Ein sehr schönes Weingut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Unterhalb der Unterkunft ist ein Springreitplatz und ein Pferdestall, was gerade auch für Kinder interessant sein kann. Ich konnte jedenfalls regelmäßig beim Reituntericht zuschauen, was dem Anwesen einen besonderen Charm verliehen hat. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren

Wir haben die Ostertage in der Unterkunft verbracht und würden sofort wieder kommen! der Gastgeber/Inhaber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Alle Wünsche/Bedürfnisse wurden uns direkt erfüllt. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und das Haus hat seinen Charme. Der Aussenbereich war sehr gross und schön gestaltet.

Very nice, big property and well kept. It's in the middle of nowhere so it is very peaceful. If you're looking for peace and quiet it is perfect. The apartment was nice and big, kitchen had most of the things you need. The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear but all in all was very charming. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We spet a week there and had no issues. Owner was available on WhatsApp and very polite. Easy instructions for accessing the apartment.

Overall, good stay with friendly staff and the most gorgeous scenery of the Tuscan countryside. Pros & Cons: Cons: - inconvenient having to buy dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, hand soap, sponges, cleaning detergent. For the duration of 6 days, this should really be provided for guests and included in the price. It’s quite a big expense for only 6 days. We have now left behind a full bottle of detergent, toilet rolls, hand soap, dish soap - hopefully this can be used for next guests. - the location and drive isn’t ideal for a young baby Pros: - the most beautiful scenery, Tuscan old cottage vibes. - beautiful Tuscan style Airbnb in general - friendly staff - accommodating providing high chair and cot. The house was cold and they kindly heated the place for us and gave us more blankets. - great communication!

Comfortable self-catering accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Good size bedrooms and useful information about self check in and the accommodation. The outdoor covered dining area was lovely and well equipped with tables and sofas. The swimming pool would have been lovely, if the weather had been warmer.

Beautiful location, ideal base to explore Tuscany. Ample parking, very quiet and peaceful. 10 minutes from two local supermarkets (Coop and Lidl, Coop is bigger)

Comfortable self-catering accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Good size bedrooms and useful information about self check in and the accommodation. The outdoor covered dining area was lovely and well equipped with tables and sofas. The swimming pool would have been lovely, if the weather had been warmer.
