The Best Holiday Homes across Europe!
A beautiful, 1st floor apartment, overlooking the swimming pool and gorgeous Tuscan countryside. It is one of 7 properties on a 50-hectare agriturismo where the owners grow olives for oil and grapes for wine. It makes a great destination for 4 people all year round. The apartment has its own front door and terracotta staircase leading up to a hallway, at the centre of the flat. The kitchen/dining room has a table and painted chairs, plus a flat-screen TV. The attractive wooden kitchen, with marble work surfaces, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Mokka coffee pot and fridge. The shared gardens and swimming pool are beautifully maintained. The fenced pool has sunloungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. The agriturismo also offers a shared BBQ, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a shared, shaded sitting area, which includes some gym equipment, so guests can work out whilst admiring the view. Sleeping Bedroom 1: This fresh green bedroom has a traditional iron double bed and an antique wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second, colourful bedroom also has a painted iron double bed with an attractive wardrobe. Bathroom The light, tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC. Additional • Free Wifi • Satellite TV • Shared swimming pool • Outside seating & dining areas • BBQ • Gym equipment • Private & shared gardens • Wood-burning stove • Air conditioning • Mosquito net • Electric radiators • Hair dryer • Waste disposal • Washing machine - additional cost • Private parking, car essential • Pets allowed but must be kept on a lead in common areas (not allowed in the swimming pool area) • The agriturismo sells home-produced olive oil and wine on-site • Horse-riding on-site (additional cost). NB: The agriturismo is down 600 metres of dirt road off the main road. For larger groups, there are 6 other flats on the property. Please see ID’s 7982, 7976, 7984, 10001, 10002 and 10003. Location The 50-hectare estate nestles amongst hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the agriturismo is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a Saturday market for the best local produce, as well as clothing and homewares. Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is just 1 hour away and offers some of the finest galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As do the cities of Siena (1 hour) and Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour). Other towns worth visiting are San Gimignano (35 minutes), famous for its many towers, and, for “Twilight” fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a fascinating town with Etruscan roots. There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes nearby which will immerse you in the woods and glorious Tuscan countryside. The closest airports are Florence, 40 minutes drive, or Pisa, which is 1 hour away.

Ce domaine est un vrai havre de paix. Le paysage vous offre d'un côté les vignes et de l'autre côté les oliviers. La bâtisse est typique de la toscane et sa piscine vient enrichir le bien être que procure cet endroit. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, malgré la barrière de la langue l'échange a été de qualité. Je vous conseille d'aller y séjourner quelques jours, vous ne regretterez pas!

Beautiful location and well maintained property. The pool and open air eating area we're great. The only comment to be made is that they only provide 1 toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet and limited dish soap. Which means for a family of four we had to purchase an unneeded amouny of dish soap and toilet paper. It was an inconvenience.

Au prime abord, nous avions un peu eu peur en ayant affaire à une agence de location en croyant réserver directement auprès de l’agritourisme et après avoir lu quelques commentaires négatifs sur d’autres sites. La vérité? C’est tout l’inverse. La communication avec l’agence a été fluide et facile et les propriétaires sont adorables et attentionnés. Le lieu et le décor sont incroyables, l’appartement ultra fonctionnel pour une famille de quatre, il est propre et la piscine impeccablement entretenue. Et les couchers de soleil sur le petit banc face aux vignes… sans mot. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable dans la région. Tous les principaux sites de la Toscane du Nord sont à même distance, idéal pour rayonner. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et c’est pour nous la preuve qu’il faut vraiment se méfier des commentaires négatifs, c’est vraiment incompréhensible de lire des avis négatifs sur cet endroit. Merci, nos vacances ont été parfaites.

Es war alles super. Leonardo war immer erreichbar, wenn man Hilfe gebraucht hat. Auch die Rezeption war nachmittags bis abends, vor Ort. Unser Kühlschrank hatte am Anfang nicht gekühlt und unser Klima ging nicht. Es kam gleich jemand und hat das Problem behoben. Bin sehr zufrieden. Super Service. Alles war toll. Würde wieder kommen. Für Rollstuhlfahrer, mit Parkausweis, gab es noch ein extra Parkplatz in der Anlage und das hat uns den gang nach oben, zu den Parkplätzen, erleichtert. Vielen Dank auch dafür!

Ein sehr schönes Weingut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Unterhalb der Unterkunft ist ein Springreitplatz und ein Pferdestall, was gerade auch für Kinder interessant sein kann. Ich konnte jedenfalls regelmäßig beim Reituntericht zuschauen, was dem Anwesen einen besonderen Charm verliehen hat. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren

Very nice, big property and well kept. It's in the middle of nowhere so it is very peaceful. If you're looking for peace and quiet it is perfect. The apartment was nice and big, kitchen had most of the things you need. The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear but all in all was very charming. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We spet a week there and had no issues. Owner was available on WhatsApp and very polite. Easy instructions for accessing the apartment.

Overall, good stay with friendly staff and the most gorgeous scenery of the Tuscan countryside. Pros & Cons: Cons: - inconvenient having to buy dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, hand soap, sponges, cleaning detergent. For the duration of 6 days, this should really be provided for guests and included in the price. It’s quite a big expense for only 6 days. We have now left behind a full bottle of detergent, toilet rolls, hand soap, dish soap - hopefully this can be used for next guests. - the location and drive isn’t ideal for a young baby Pros: - the most beautiful scenery, Tuscan old cottage vibes. - beautiful Tuscan style Airbnb in general - friendly staff - accommodating providing high chair and cot. The house was cold and they kindly heated the place for us and gave us more blankets. - great communication!
