Un superbe appartement au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur) qui offre de superbes vues sur les montagnes, tout en étant situé dans le centre d'Argentière. Cet appartement, qui peut accueillir 4 personnes, est une destination de vacances idéale à tout moment de l'année. Le décor est à la fois alpin et chic. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que les hôtes soient aussi à l'aise que possible. L'espace de vie ouvert est baigné de lumière grâce à une grande fenêtre. Le salon comprend deux élégants fauteuils en cuir, un canapé et une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine/salle à manger est séparée par une légère cloison. Une porte vitrée mène au balcon privé, qui offre une vue sur les forêts et les montagnes. Une table et des chaises sont à votre disposition pour prendre un verre en plein air. De retour à l'intérieur, à côté de la table et des chaises en pin, la cuisine ultramoderne est bien équipée avec un four, une plaque de cuisson, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur et une machine à café Nespresso. Couchage Chambre 1 : Une chambre confortable, lambrissée, meublée d'un lit double, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une tringle à linge. Chambre 2 : Cette chambre ouverte en mezzanine, avec 2 lits simples, convient aux enfants. Salle de bains La salle de bains moderne est équipée d'une grande douche, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. Tous les services de la région de Chamonix sont à votre porte. En hiver, les visiteurs peuvent profiter des meilleures pistes de ski et de snowboard des Alpes. L'aéroport de Genève se trouve à 1 heure 20 minutes de route de l'appartement. En raison de la topographie, de l'emplacement et des conditions météorologiques uniques de la vallée du Mont-Blanc, la connectivité Internet peut ne pas être fiable.

This was the cutest place: very well decorated and arranged, cosy inside and breathtaking view outside from the balcony. Nice and quiet apartment complex with parking onsite, elevator and a pool. It felt right at home for a pleasant stay in Argentiere. Walkable to the "centre-ville", train station, bus lines and all accommodations. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

- la beauté de l’appartement - la beauté de la vue et la présence des chaises / table d’extérieur - la présence d’ustensiles et électroménager (Gros plus pour la bouilloire et la théière !) - les kits douche et vaisselle pour être autonomes - la propreté des lieux - la précision de la procédure d’arrivée ainsi que la possibilité d’échanger sur Whatsapp - la possibilité de reculer l’horaire de départ d’une heure. Great location and fantastic views apartment had every thing we needed. Only negative point was a fan or pump (linked to the building services?) that made a noise in the bedroom, however you got used to it - like the hum of an engine in a boat. Would like to come back in an other season.

The appartment and Argentiere. BUT - the information in the appartment was not good. I missed a “welcome-book”. There was no wi-fi-code and the parking-description needed information. The appartment didn´t have a freezer

Ein Appartementhaus aus seiner Zeit und Charakter. Mit Aufzug in das Appartement - perfekt. Ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Mont Blanc und die Talabfahrt von Argentiére. Zwei Anmerkungen: Bei der Ankunft waren 2 Teller nicht sauber, aber egal. Was uns gestört hat waren Lüftergeräusche im Schlafzimmer, was für empfindliche Leute nicht so toll ist. Wir haben dann die Betten getauscht und sind in den oberen Bereich gezogen (Stehhöhe ca. 120 - 150 cm), da war es dann ok. Die Technik hat dann auch nachgesehen, was schnell von der Hausverwaltung erledigt wurde - prima schnelle Reaktion. Es sei wohl ein Heizlüfter, was wir nicht beurteilen können. Alles in allem gut und eine Reise wert.

the value for money is overall good in my opinion. Location is in walking distance from ski lift, bakery and small shops.
