Uno splendido appartamento al quarto piano (con ascensore) che offre una magnifica vista sulle montagne, pur trovandosi nel centro di Argentière. Questo appartamento, che può ospitare 4 persone, è una deliziosa meta di vacanza in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. L'arredamento è allo stesso tempo alpino e chic. È stato fatto tutto il possibile per garantire agli ospiti il massimo comfort. La zona giorno open space è inondata di luce grazie a un'ampia finestra. Nel salotto ci sono due eleganti poltrone in pelle, un divano e una TV a schermo piatto. La zona cucina/pranzo è separata da una leggera parete divisoria. Una porta a vetri conduce al balcone privato, che si affaccia sulle foreste e sulle montagne. C'è un tavolo e delle sedie per bere all'aperto. Tornando all'interno, accanto al tavolo da pranzo in pino e alle sedie, la cucina ultramoderna è ben attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e macchina per il caffè. Camere da letto Camera 1: Una camera accogliente, rivestita in legno, arredata con un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e un appendiabiti. Camera da letto 2: questa camera da letto a soppalco aperta, con 2 letti singoli, è adatta ai bambini. Bagno: il bagno moderno dispone di una grande doccia, lavabo e WC. Tutte le attrazioni della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano. Durante i mesi estivi, ci sono meravigliosi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, arrampicata su roccia, parapendio ed equitazione. Nella stagione invernale, i visitatori possono godersi alcune delle migliori piste da sci e snowboard delle Alpi. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 20 minuti in auto dall'appartamento. A causa della topografia, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche uniche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione a Internet potrebbe non essere affidabile.

Well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment with great views from the balcony. I did notice a low humming sound in the main bedroom which comes from water pipes. This sound can be heard 24/7. If you are a light sleeper this may keep you awake. However, there are two single beds at the top of the stairs, but mind your head as the wooden beams are low. Also, the sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed so there are a few options for sleeping. The TV in the bedroom does not work .... I believe you would have to disconnect the TV in the lounge and reconnect the ariel in the bedroom. There is a ski locker in the entrance hall at the rear of the building. Ideally located for the Grand Montets lift which is across the road so around a 8-10 min walk. There is also a bus station here for getting to other ski areas and the railway station is a short walk away. A good selection of cafes, a few bars and restaurants as well. Argentiere is a very pleasant village.

This was the cutest place: very well decorated and arranged, cosy inside and breathtaking view outside from the balcony. Nice and quiet apartment complex with parking onsite, elevator and a pool. It felt right at home for a pleasant stay in Argentiere. Walkable to the "centre-ville", train station, bus lines and all accommodations. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great location and fantastic views apartment had every thing we needed. Only negative point was a fan or pump (linked to the building services?) that made a noise in the bedroom, however you got used to it - like the hum of an engine in a boat. Would like to come back in an other season.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment with great views from the balcony. There is a bedroom with a double bed, plus two single beds at the top of the stairs (mind your head as the wooden beams are quite low) and also the sofa coverts into a double bed as well.

Ein Appartementhaus aus seiner Zeit und Charakter. Mit Aufzug in das Appartement - perfekt. Ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Mont Blanc und die Talabfahrt von Argentiére. Zwei Anmerkungen: Bei der Ankunft waren 2 Teller nicht sauber, aber egal. Was uns gestört hat waren Lüftergeräusche im Schlafzimmer, was für empfindliche Leute nicht so toll ist. Wir haben dann die Betten getauscht und sind in den oberen Bereich gezogen (Stehhöhe ca. 120 - 150 cm), da war es dann ok. Die Technik hat dann auch nachgesehen, was schnell von der Hausverwaltung erledigt wurde - prima schnelle Reaktion. Es sei wohl ein Heizlüfter, was wir nicht beurteilen können. Alles in allem gut und eine Reise wert.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Der Pool war immer zugänglich und sauber gehalten. Der Aufzug war sehr hilfreich.

The appartment and Argentiere. BUT - the information in the appartment was not good. I missed a “welcome-book”. There was no wi-fi-code and the parking-description needed information. The appartment didn´t have a freezer

Ein Appartementhaus aus seiner Zeit und Charakter. Mit Aufzug in das Appartement - perfekt. Ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Mont Blanc und die Talabfahrt von Argentiére. Zwei Anmerkungen: Bei der Ankunft waren 2 Teller nicht sauber, aber egal. Was uns gestört hat waren Lüftergeräusche im Schlafzimmer, was für empfindliche Leute nicht so toll ist. Wir haben dann die Betten getauscht und sind in den oberen Bereich gezogen (Stehhöhe ca. 120 - 150 cm), da war es dann ok. Die Technik hat dann auch nachgesehen, was schnell von der Hausverwaltung erledigt wurde - prima schnelle Reaktion. Es sei wohl ein Heizlüfter, was wir nicht beurteilen können. Alles in allem gut und eine Reise wert.

the value for money is overall good in my opinion. Location is in walking distance from ski lift, bakery and small shops.
