Es ist mitten in der Albstadt mit tollen Blick auf den Berg (hatten Appartement oben) . Das Appartement war modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Service zuvor war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Kommunikation über WhatsApp war schnell und praktisch. Der Aufzug erleichtert den Gepäcktransport und den Aufenthalt von Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nice location, near the management office for easy check-in. In the heart of the town and Close to good restaurants, cafes, bakeries… free parking near by and a quick walk to the ferry. One of the nicest towns on the lake.

Apartment was as in the pictures. Instructions for check-in, checkout and trash handling was very good. There was a little noise from the street and the stairwell. Location was perfect and the view from balcony was great. The apartment could have some basic food items, such as salt, pepper, and oil.

Die Lage ist absolut top, wir konnten seit vielen Jahren nach Riva und waren zum ersten Mal in einem der Appartements. Direkt unterhalb befindet sich zudem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

appartamento ben posizionato in pieno centro storico. decisamente piccolo per tre persone ( per aprire dvano letto è necessario spostare il tavolo).Box doccia vecchio con anta rotta. posate cucina ridotte al minimo (avevamo solo 2 cucchiaini da caffè). La nota dolente è sulla pulizia decisamente carente in tutta casa e soprattutto nel bagno.

An absolutely "okay" place to stay! we were disappointed with the lack of basic bits and pieces in the kitchen - there wasn't even a sponge, let alone salt/pepper/oil/washing powder etc. everything else feels very bare and undecorated, like a hostel or a student flat Other than that, the flat was fine! If you want a no-frills clean place to sleep while you explore the lake by day, this flat will do fine, but at this price point I would expect a little more.

Es ist mitten in der Albstadt mit tollen Blick auf den Berg (hatten Appartement oben) . Das Appartement war modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Service zuvor war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Kommunikation über WhatsApp war schnell und praktisch. Der Aufzug erleichtert den Gepäcktransport und den Aufenthalt von Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nice location, near the management office for easy check-in. In the heart of the town and Close to good restaurants, cafes, bakeries… free parking near by and a quick walk to the ferry. One of the nicest towns on the lake.

Apartment was as in the pictures. Instructions for check-in, checkout and trash handling was very good. There was a little noise from the street and the stairwell. Location was perfect and the view from balcony was great. The apartment could have some basic food items, such as salt, pepper, and oil.

Die Lage ist absolut top, wir konnten seit vielen Jahren nach Riva und waren zum ersten Mal in einem der Appartements. Direkt unterhalb befindet sich zudem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

L' appuntamento si trova nel centro di Riva, vicino al Lago e con tanti negozi, ristoranti vicino L' alloggio è attrezzato abbastanza bene i tutto quello che serve.

appartamento ben posizionato in pieno centro storico. decisamente piccolo per tre persone ( per aprire dvano letto è necessario spostare il tavolo).Box doccia vecchio con anta rotta. posate cucina ridotte al minimo (avevamo solo 2 cucchiaini da caffè). La nota dolente è sulla pulizia decisamente carente in tutta casa e soprattutto nel bagno.

An absolutely "okay" place to stay! we were disappointed with the lack of basic bits and pieces in the kitchen - there wasn't even a sponge, let alone salt/pepper/oil/washing powder etc. everything else feels very bare and undecorated, like a hostel or a student flat Other than that, the flat was fine! If you want a no-frills clean place to sleep while you explore the lake by day, this flat will do fine, but at this price point I would expect a little more.
