Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans une résidence au centre de Chamonix, avec un accès facile à toutes les commodités, aux transports au pied de la résidence et aux pistes de ski. Le salon lumineux dispose d'un canapé, d'un buffet, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une grande fenêtre avec vue sur les montagnes. Une porte vitrée mène au balcon privé meublé, idéal pour se détendre avec une tasse de café et profiter de l'air de la montagne. De retour à l'intérieur, la table à manger pour 4 personnes se trouve à côté de la cuisine semi-ouverte. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur, d'un appareil à raclette et à fondue, d'une bouilloire et d'une cafetière. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre est équipée d'un lit superposé en pin, d'une commode et d'une fenêtre avec vue sur les montagnes. Lit supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. La salle de bains La salle de bains est équipée d'une douche et d'un WC séparé. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Balcon - Radiateurs électriques - Détecteurs de fumée et de CO - Jardin commun - Carte de parking public gratuite incluse, voiture non requise - Animaux non autorisés - Accès aux fauteuils roulants - Local à skis - Proximité des remontées mécaniques et des navettes de ski - Veuillez noter que la température de chauffage a été réglée à 19°C pour la saison. Situation L'appartement est situé au cœur de Chamonix, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique de l'Aiguille du Midi, qui emmène les visiteurs sur les pentes de haute montagne tout au long de l'année, que vous fassiez du ski ou de la randonnée dans un paysage de montagne à couper le souffle. Chamonix est réputée pour la grande variété d'activités qu'elle propose en hiver et en été. C'est un centre de ski, de snowboard, de ski de fond, de luge et de patinage sur glace. Pendant les mois d'été, les possibilités de randonnées pédestres et cyclistes, d'escalade, d'alpinisme et de rafting en eaux vives ne manquent pas. Le club de golf de Chamonix se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture. Le parc Accro' au Lac des Gaillands (5 minutes en transport) est une excellente excursion. Il y a de nombreux bons restaurants et bars dans la région, pour tous les budgets et tous les âges. Le marché de Chamonix sur la Place du Mont Blanc (à 15 minutes à pied) a lieu tous les samedis et offre la possibilité d'acheter les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. L'aéroport de Genève se trouve à 1 heure et 15 minutes de route de l'appartement. La gare de l'Aiguille du Midi, qui propose des services de train gratuits vers d'autres stations sur le Mont Blanc Express, se trouve à 7 minutes de marche. En raison de la topographie, de l'emplacement et des conditions météorologiques uniques de la vallée du Mont-Blanc, la connexion Internet peut ne pas être fiable. Les places de parking sont attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi, et leur disponibilité n'est pas garantie.

A nice small but very functional space. We appreciated the hooks everywhere and beds were comfortable. Fresh clean sheets. We had an issue with the shower and the happy rentals who maintain it had a guy over and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Great view and quiet end unit. Would go back.

The apartment was compact and equipped with just what we needed for the two days. The location is fantastic ... 20 steps away from the Chamonix Sud bus stand, and within crawling distance of much of the interesting commercial spaces of Chamonix. Also, the coordination with Happy Rentals was possibly the simplest and uncertainty-free; everything was clearly documented and told to us up-front.

Nice place with Mountain View! I love that it has little patio with table. Sofa bed was little squeaky but didn’t have problem with sleeping. If you’re taking a bus, it’s right across from the bus station. 👍

The apartment was perfect for a skiing holiday for a party of three persons. It matched pictures and descriptions at the web site. A big plus to be located near buses to airport and skiing areas as well as to the Main Street in town. Overall a very nice and problem free visit!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was compact, but very comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The location is superb - close to town and the bus interchange with magnificent views of the Bossons Glacier and Mont Blanc. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

the apartment was clean and tidy, it fully responded to our needs, with view on the Glacier du Bosson. even if it's near the station gare routiere, the apartment is very quiet. The location is optimal for whom travelling by car. car park at walkable distance (4min). enjoyable and walkable distance to all stations: Gare montenvers-mer de Glace, teleferique aiguille du midi, sncf, and city center (15min). supermarket 4min. we definitely recommend. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment during our summer holidays with our daughter. It has excellent proximity to the city center, bus stops, supermarket; bar and rental shop downstairs, laundry is around the corner. The flat is very clean and has everything you need including kitchen utensils, books and board games.

The Location very near to the bus sub station, cleanliness of the house and friendly staff that we met on the day we collected our key. As from his suggestion for us some hiking route which we really like it. very near to Chamonix town (walking distance)

L'appartement est situé juste en face de la gare routière. Très propre. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Bonus: belle vue sur le glacier des Bossons depuis le balcon, d'où j'ai pu profiter d'un café au soleil en cette fin octobre.

Perfect location, a short walk to the centre of Chamonix and right next to a main bus stop. The apartment was exactly what we'd hoped - compact but clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette.

The accommodation was very nice. There were cigarettes buts in the balcony area & had to request the Wi-Fi password. Otherwise the accommodation was very good. There was a WhatsApp set up & I sent a request that we were arriving at 9:30am & if there was somewhere we could store our luggage. We went into the office & was talking to Emma who showed us where to go to store it at a fee & that we would be contacted if the accommodation was ready any earlier than 4pm. We had waited around & in the meantime we got a response from WhatsApp saying something similar that we would be contacting if the accommodation was ready earlier. We were never contacted & I don’t think we would have been anyway. After a tiring wait at 3:40pm we decided to try getting the keys which was left at the key box. I was looking through the email directions to see what to do next when a bold head man came out & was rude and abrupt. Asked first how we got the key & I told him by following the directions of the email I received. I said I was looking for directions on where to go. He responded’ well if you actually read the email you will see where to go’. After he realised what he said & an awkward silence from us he turned around & then gave us directions. Leaving this staff member we were very put off.

Location is excellent for the ski bus, lots of ski rental options nearby. Very comfortable, well appointed apartment. The staff were great, very helpful.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was compact, but very comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The location is superb - close to town and the bus interchange with magnificent views of the Bossons Glacier and Mont Blanc. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

the apartment was clean and tidy, it fully responded to our needs, with view on the Glacier du Bosson. even if it's near the station gare routiere, the apartment is very quiet. The location is optimal for whom travelling by car. car park at walkable distance (4min). enjoyable and walkable distance to all stations: Gare montenvers-mer de Glace, teleferique aiguille du midi, sncf, and city center (15min). supermarket 4min. we definitely recommend. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment during our summer holidays with our daughter. It has excellent proximity to the city center, bus stops, supermarket; bar and rental shop downstairs, laundry is around the corner. The flat is very clean and has everything you need including kitchen utensils, books and board games.

Really nice and functional apartment. Small but cosy and in a good location away from the noise of the main town. Opposite where all the couches leave from.

The Location very near to the bus sub station, cleanliness of the house and friendly staff that we met on the day we collected our key. As from his suggestion for us some hiking route which we really like it. very near to Chamonix town (walking distance)

L'appartement est situé juste en face de la gare routière. Très propre. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Bonus: belle vue sur le glacier des Bossons depuis le balcon, d'où j'ai pu profiter d'un café au soleil en cette fin octobre.

Perfect location, a short walk to the centre of Chamonix and right next to a main bus stop. The apartment was exactly what we'd hoped - compact but clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette.

The accommodation was very nice. There were cigarettes buts in the balcony area & had to request the Wi-Fi password. Otherwise the accommodation was very good. There was a WhatsApp set up & I sent a request that we were arriving at 9:30am & if there was somewhere we could store our luggage. We went into the office & was talking to Emma who showed us where to go to store it at a fee & that we would be contacted if the accommodation was ready any earlier than 4pm. We had waited around & in the meantime we got a response from WhatsApp saying something similar that we would be contacting if the accommodation was ready earlier. We were never contacted & I don’t think we would have been anyway. After a tiring wait at 3:40pm we decided to try getting the keys which was left at the key box. I was looking through the email directions to see what to do next when a bold head man came out & was rude and abrupt. Asked first how we got the key & I told him by following the directions of the email I received. I said I was looking for directions on where to go. He responded’ well if you actually read the email you will see where to go’. After he realised what he said & an awkward silence from us he turned around & then gave us directions. Leaving this staff member we were very put off.

Location is excellent for the ski bus, lots of ski rental options nearby. Very comfortable, well appointed apartment. The staff were great, very helpful.
