This flat is ideally located in a residence in the centre of Chamonix, with easy access to all amenities, transport at the foot of the residence and the ski slopes. The flat is decorated in a contemporary style with Alpine touches of natural wood. The bright living room has a sofa, sideboard, flat-screen TV and a large window with mountain views. A glass door leads to the private furnished balcony, ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee and enjoying the mountain air. Back inside, the dining table for 4 is next to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, raclette, fondue set, kettle and coffee machine. Sleeping accommodation Bedroom: The bedroom has a pine bunk bed, chest of drawers and a window with mountain views. Additional bed: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. The bathroom The bathroom has a shower, and a separate WC. Location The flat is located in the heart of Chamonix, just 5 minutes' walk from the Aiguille du Midi ski lift, which takes visitors up the high mountain slopes all year round, whether you're skiing or hiking through the breathtaking mountain scenery. Chamonix is renowned for the wide variety of activities it offers in winter and summer. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and ice skating. During the summer months, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling, climbing, mountaineering and white-water rafting. Chamonix Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away. The Accro' park at Lac des Gaillands (5 minutes by transport) is an excellent day out. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, to suit all budgets and ages. The Chamonix market in the Place du Mont Blanc (15 minutes' walk away) takes place every Saturday and offers the chance to buy the best local ingredients. Geneva Airport is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Aiguille du Midi railway station, which offers free train services to other resorts on the Mont Blanc Express, is just a 7-minute walk away. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

A nice small but very functional space. We appreciated the hooks everywhere and beds were comfortable. Fresh clean sheets. We had an issue with the shower and the happy rentals who maintain it had a guy over and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Great view and quiet end unit. Would go back.

The location is fantastic ... 20 steps away from the Chamonix Sud bus stand, and within crawling distance of much of the interesting commercial spaces of Chamonix. Also, the coordination with Happy Rentals was possibly the simplest and uncertainty-free; everything was clearly documented and told to us up-front.

Nice place with Mountain View! I love that it has little patio with table. Sofa bed was little squeaky but didn’t have problem with sleeping. If you’re taking a bus, it’s right across from the bus station. 👍

the apartment was clean and tidy, it fully responded to our needs, with view on the Glacier du Bosson. even if it's near the station gare routiere, the apartment is very quiet. The location is optimal for whom travelling by car. car park at walkable distance (4min). enjoyable and walkable distance to all stations: Gare montenvers-mer de Glace, teleferique aiguille du midi, sncf, and city center (15min). supermarket 4min. we definitely recommend. It has excellent proximity to the city center, bus stops, supermarket; bar and rental shop downstairs, laundry is around the corner. The accommodation was very nice. There were cigarettes buts in the balcony area & had to request the Wi-Fi password. Otherwise the accommodation was very good. There was a WhatsApp set up & I sent a request that we were arriving at 9:30am & if there was somewhere we could store our luggage. We went into the office & was talking to Emma who showed us where to go to store it at a fee & that we would be contacted if the accommodation was ready any earlier than 4pm. We had waited around & in the meantime we got a response from WhatsApp saying something similar that we would be contacting if the accommodation was ready earlier. We were never contacted & I don’t think we would have been anyway. After a tiring wait at 3:40pm we decided to try getting the keys which was left at the key box. I was looking through the email directions to see what to do next when a bold head man came out & was rude and abrupt. Asked first how we got the key & I told him by following the directions of the email I received. I said I was looking for directions on where to go. He responded’ well if you actually read the email you will see where to go’. After he realised what he said & an awkward silence from us he turned around & then gave us directions. Leaving this staff member we were very put off.

Really nice and functional apartment. Small but cosy and in a good location away from the noise of the main town. Opposite where all the couches leave from.

Really well located - a block from Aiguille du midi. kitchen well equipped to prepare a meal. We stayed there for two nights.

The Location very near to the bus sub station, cleanliness of the house and friendly staff that we met on the day we collected our key. As from his suggestion for us some hiking route which we really like it. very near to Chamonix town (walking distance)

L'appartement est situé juste en face de la gare routière. Très propre. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Bonus: belle vue sur le glacier des Bossons depuis le balcon, d'où j'ai pu profiter d'un café au soleil en cette fin octobre.

Perfect location, a short walk to the centre of Chamonix and right next to a main bus stop. The apartment was exactly what we'd hoped - compact but clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette.

The accommodation was very nice. There were cigarettes buts in the balcony area & had to request the Wi-Fi password. Otherwise the accommodation was very good. There was a WhatsApp set up & I sent a request that we were arriving at 9:30am & if there was somewhere we could store our luggage. We went into the office & was talking to Emma who showed us where to go to store it at a fee & that we would be contacted if the accommodation was ready any earlier than 4pm. We had waited around & in the meantime we got a response from WhatsApp saying something similar that we would be contacting if the accommodation was ready earlier. We were never contacted & I don’t think we would have been anyway. After a tiring wait at 3:40pm we decided to try getting the keys which was left at the key box. I was looking through the email directions to see what to do next when a bold head man came out & was rude and abrupt. Asked first how we got the key & I told him by following the directions of the email I received. I said I was looking for directions on where to go. He responded’ well if you actually read the email you will see where to go’. After he realised what he said & an awkward silence from us he turned around & then gave us directions. Leaving this staff member we were very put off.

Location is excellent for the ski bus, lots of ski rental options nearby. Very comfortable, well appointed apartment. The staff were great, very helpful.
