Cette villa élégante et moderne, pouvant accueillir 5 personnes, se trouve juste au bord d’une magnifique plage de sable fin bordée par une mer cristalline. C’est la maison de vacances idéale pour tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour relaxant au soleil. Idéalement située à proximité de nombreux sites parmi les plus célèbres du Salento, elle permet à ses hôtes de profiter du meilleur des deux mondes : de superbes plages et une histoire fascinante.
La villa dispose de 2 entrées indépendantes et de 3 terrasses. L'une à l'avant donne sur le jardin privé et la mer au-delà. Cette terrasse, qui donne sur le salon, est équipée de fauteuils et d'une table basse et constitue l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café ou déguster un verre de vin en toute détente. La terrasse à l'arrière, qui donne sur la cuisine, est semi-ombragée et meublée d'une table et de chaises pour les repas en plein air. On y trouve également une douche extérieure et une buanderie. Un large escalier partant de la terrasse arrière mène à la superbe terrasse sur le toit. Celle-ci est semi-ombragée et offre une vue panoramique sur la mer. Elle est équipée d’une petite table et de chaises longues où les hôtes peuvent se détendre en toute intimité.
À l'intérieur de la villa, on trouve un salon spacieux doté de larges baies vitrées et offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il est meublé d'un canapé, d'une table à manger et de chaises. La cuisine/salle à manger séparée se trouve à côté du couloir principal. Elle dispose d'un mobilier encastré moderne et est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur, d'une machine à café, ainsi que d'une table à manger et de chaises. Une porte vitrée donne sur la terrasse arrière.
Chambres
Chambre 1 : La chambre principale, baignée de lumière et offrant une vue sur la mer, dispose d’un lit double, d’un lit simple et d’une grande armoire.
Chambre 2 : Cette deuxième chambre dispose d’un lit double confortable.
Salle de bains
La salle de bains est équipée d’une douche, d’un lavabo, d’un bidet et de toilettes.
En plus : une douche extérieure est disponible sur la terrasse arrière.

Situation
La villa se trouve dans la petite ville de Torre Specchia Ruggieri, à seulement 7 minutes en remontant la côte depuis la station balnéaire de San Foca. Elle est située à seulement 50 mètres de la charmante plage d’Orso, avec son sable fin et doré et sa mer cristalline. Les commodités locales, les magasins, les restaurants et les bars sont tous à moins de 5 minutes en voiture de la villa.
La paisible ville de Melendugno (à 13 minutes) est idéale pour une belle journée d’excursion. On y trouve des églises intéressantes, ainsi qu'une abbaye du XIIe siècle, un petit château et plusieurs excellents restaurants. Le marché hebdomadaire (le mercredi) est l'occasion de se procurer les meilleurs produits locaux pour cuisiner chez soi.
Un peu plus loin se trouve Lecce (25 minutes), la « Florence du Sud ». Elle possède une magnifique architecture baroque ainsi que des ruines romaines. C'est un véritable joyau qui mérite le détour. Non seulement pour sa longue histoire, mais aussi pour son excellente cuisine et ses boutiques.
Pour vous plonger dans la nature, la réserve naturelle du WWF de Le Cesine se trouve à seulement 8 minutes de la villa. Et pour les golfeurs, il y a deux clubs de golf près de la ville d’Acaya (10 minutes).
L’aéroport le plus proche est celui de Brindisi, à seulement une heure de route.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Die Unterkunft war größer als erwartet. Die Lage war super, man war gleich am Strand. Bei unseren Aufenthalt ist der Duschkopf und eine außen Beleuchtung kaputt geworden. Wir haben der Ansprechperson am Abend Bescheid gegeben. Am nächsten Tag in der Früh wurde sofort alles ausgetauscht.

We had a wonderful stay in Torre Specchia Ruggeri. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the beautiful beach is right on the doorstep – it couldn’t be any closer. The location is perfect for exploring the region, with Lecce, Otranto, and many other charming towns within easy reach. The apartment is practical, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. It has everything needed for a relaxing holiday, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Maison très spacieuse, au calme, et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer avec un espace privé important à l’extérieur : terrasse, cour et jardin ainsi qu’à la plage juste devant la maison ( une route à traverser). Chacun pouvant s’isoler à un endroit où à un autre en fonction de ses envies, et du soleil.

Grazie mille! We had a lovely start of our summer holiday in this lovely house in front of the sea. The house was perfect for our family. So close to a very lovely sandy beach. We especially liked the outdoor shower and all the 3 terraces. The air condition was also a nice bonus because it started to be very hot when we were there. We fell in love with Lecce, that was only about 3 minutes from the house. We hope that we can return one day.

The beach is just across the street; there are nice terraces for relaxing, lounge chairs on the upper terrace, a spacious apartment, two refrigerators in the kitchen, and an additional outdoor shower,

Really good location, seconds away from the beach; and within a few minutes walking there are more beaches which provide great options. Nearby there is also a minimarket with really great local products, and a restaurant, so you don't always have to go to the close towns. The three terraces are fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinners. And Fabrizio, the local rep was nice and helpful. And also very nice neighbours. If you are going with small children I would ask to have the bed cot prepared and not to have such a huge amount of pesticides all around the entrances. However, the place needs love: most of kichen utensils are damaged, missing or need replacement. The bathroom is very small and the toilet seat should be looked at. One of the mattress should be replaced as well. The wifi was slow & irregular; we didn't have any for 4 days and it's PAYG it needs to be topped up by the rental manager. The parking is really tight and only for 2 cars among the 3 flats.

Bonjour, le logement est situé à un endroit superbe avec plage en face à pied. Les 3 terrasses sont parfaites et la vue mer en haut exceptionnelle. Cependant, il manque des choses dans le logement. Pas de cafetière,pas de micro onde , salle de bain trop petite, la douche extérieure est là pour compenser mais il faudrait 1 rideau de douche...les instruments de cuisine sont abîmés. et le matelas de la petite chambre est a changer. on sent tous les ressorts . Le wifi n'a fonctionné pour aucun de nous 5. L'hôte présent sur place est réactif et s'assure du bon fonctionnement.

Lage am Meer mit Strand über die Strasse fanden wir angenehm. Sehr angenehm waren die unterschiedlichen Aussenräume (Terrasse, Hof und Dachtrasse). Nette Nachbarn. Trotz Strasse ziemlich ruhig. Nähe zu San Foca mit guten Restaurants: Auto notwendig. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer 1 geräumig mit Blick aufs Meer. Etwas viel Kitsch-Deko. Einrichtung generell funktional.

The villa is spacious and in a great location right opposite a small beach, such great access to the sea! Having lots of different outdoor spaces to sit was great - especially the top terrace, best place to eat in the evenings. As we were there in October, don't know what it would be like in high summer, i.e. keeping cool. Did need to ask for blankets though. Main things to note are the extremely small bathroom, but we used the shower in the yard mostly. Also, kitchen has lots of stuff but very disorganised - found what we needed eventually! Fabrizio, the local rep, was very helpful and responded to requests and queries very quickly.

Ci sono piaciuti gli spazi dell\'appartamento (a parte il bagno piccolissimo e con tenda per la doccia) la vista mare dalla sala e dal terrazzo e la comodità per la spiaggia anche se purtroppo è una zona dove spesso il mare e\' agitato quindi se si ha la sfortuna di capitare nella settimana sbagliata come successo a noi la spiaggia diventa impraticabile piena di poseidonia al punto da dover prendere l\'auto e spostarci ma non è colpa di nessuno, valutare bene prima la costa se non si ama il mare mosso.

Location fantastica di fronte alle spiagge bellissime del Salento ma l'alloggio è parecchio trascurato con mobilio tutto spaiato e finiture molto economiche e rovinate. La cucina è del tutto disorganizzata e non attrezzata per ospitare con pentole vecchie e poco utilizzabili. Era anche presente una forte infestazione di formiche nella sala da pranzo che costantemente entravano dal giardino passando da sotto la porta finestra da cui passava di tutto visto che c'è una fessura di mezzo centimetro. Il giardino che si vede nelle foto non è ad uso esclusivo ma condiviso con altre unità immobiliari, solo il giardinetto sul retro. Nel complesso visto il prezzo non rifarei la scelta

Il giardino che si vede nelle foto non è ad uso esclusivo ma condiviso con altre unità immobiliari, solo il giardinetto sul retro. Nel complesso visto il prezzo non rifarei la scelta
