Maison très spacieuse, au calme, et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer avec un espace privé important à l’extérieur : terrasse, cour et jardin ainsi qu’à la plage juste devant la maison ( une route à traverser). Chacun pouvant s’isoler à un endroit où à un autre en fonction de ses envies, et du soleil.

Grazie mille! We had a lovely start of our summer holiday in this lovely house in front of the sea. The house was perfect for our family. So close to a very lovely sandy beach. We especially liked the outdoor shower and all the 3 terraces. The air condition was also a nice bonus because it started to be very hot when we were there. We fell in love with Lecce, that was only about 3 minutes from the house. We hope that we can return one day.

Really good location, seconds away from the beach; and within a few minutes walking there are more beaches which provide great options. Nearby there is also a minimarket with really great local products, and a restaurant, so you don't always have to go to the close towns. The three terraces are fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinners. And Fabrizio, the local rep was nice and helpful. And also very nice neighbours. If you are going with small children I would ask to have the bed cot prepared and not to have such a huge amount of pesticides all around the entrances. However, the place needs love: most of kichen utensils are damaged, missing or need replacement. The bathroom is very small and the toilet seat should be looked at. One of the mattress should be replaced as well. The wifi was slow & irregular; we didn't have any for 4 days and it's PAYG it needs to be topped up by the rental manager. The parking is really tight and only for 2 cars among the 3 flats.

Bonjour, le logement est situé à un endroit superbe avec plage en face à pied. Les 3 terrasses sont parfaites et la vue mer en haut exceptionnelle. Cependant, il manque des choses dans le logement. Pas de cafetière,pas de micro onde , salle de bain trop petite, la douche extérieure est là pour compenser mais il faudrait 1 rideau de douche...les instruments de cuisine sont abîmés. et le matelas de la petite chambre est a changer. on sent tous les ressorts . Le wifi n'a fonctionné pour aucun de nous 5. L'hôte présent sur place est réactif et s'assure du bon fonctionnement.

Lage am Meer mit Strand über die Strasse fanden wir angenehm. Sehr angenehm waren die unterschiedlichen Aussenräume (Terrasse, Hof und Dachtrasse). Nette Nachbarn. Trotz Strasse ziemlich ruhig. Nähe zu San Foca mit guten Restaurants: Auto notwendig. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer 1 geräumig mit Blick aufs Meer. Etwas viel Kitsch-Deko. Einrichtung generell funktional.

The villa is spacious and in a great location right opposite a small beach, such great access to the sea! Having lots of different outdoor spaces to sit was great - especially the top terrace, best place to eat in the evenings. As we were there in October, don't know what it would be like in high summer, i.e. keeping cool. Did need to ask for blankets though. Main things to note are the extremely small bathroom, but we used the shower in the yard mostly. Also, kitchen has lots of stuff but very disorganised - found what we needed eventually! Fabrizio, the local rep, was very helpful and responded to requests and queries very quickly.
