The apartment is very, very wonderful and its location is in the heart of the center. Everything is close to you. The place is quiet and the apartment is very, very clean. There is a paid parking lot close to you. The hostess, Sonja, was wonderful, quick to respond and very cooperative. I recommend living in this apartment and I will return to it and it will be my first choice.

My friend and I traveled to Lugano for work and this apartment could not have been better. We loved the privacy and peacefulness of the unit but also it being in the center of the Old Town. Will definitely book again the next time I visit Lugano.

Clean and modern apartment. Very close and convenient to the train station and town. Be sure to ride the funicular down from the train station instead of dragging your luggage down the hill. There is a combination washer/dryer in the apartment. Bring your own detergent. Note that the instruction manual for the washer/dryer AND the stove are in the kitchen cabinet above the stove. Use is not intuitive.

Exceptional stay in this modern apartment with an unbeatable location in central Lugano! Steps from the funicular, Via Nassa, two grocery stores, the lake, and main piazzas, yet remarkably quiet. The comfortable bedrooms, beautiful bathroom, reliable WiFi, and functional kitchen (with dish soap, one dishwasher tablet, and laundry detergent provided) served our family of four well. The prosecco rosé welcome gift was a lovely touch, and communication with the local hosts was good. The space is cozy for four adults (creative suitcase storage needed), but fine if you're out exploring most of the day. Note that salt, pepper, and cooking oil are NOT provided. It would be helpful if the kitchen had extra dishwasher tablets, paper towels, a pasta strainer, and a couple of pairing knives. Overall, a lovely experience we'd happily repeat!

This commercially owned apartment was on the top floor of a 4-story building, with one apartment per floor. It was modern, clean and in a great location. Easy access to train station, supermarkets and the lake.

Pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous apprécions toujours l’appartement Cependant, la qualité de tous les oreillers de chambres des appartements Ruby et Diamond se sont dégradées en un an ils ont totalement inconfortable et de très mauvaise qualité cela dénote la prestation. La cuvette des toilettes sont instable dans les appartements Ruby et Diamond cela doit être réparé avant chaque arrivée des clients Une couverture et oreiller supplémentaire dans les armoires de chambres sériant le bienvenu pour les personnes frileuse Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine en espérant que ses points seront corrigés Merci MR Derooze

great location, keyless entry so not worrying about keys. Very clean apartment, warm and modern. kitchen is small so basic food prep is easy but would struggle for larger meals. we would come back!

Stayed 2 nights in the lovely apartment by Happy Rental. Cosy apartment with minutes walk away from the Furnicular to the Lugano Main Train station. Would be back again if I'm in Lugano again!

The apartment was perfect for our family visit to Lugano. We had the fourth floor but there was an elevator if you needed for luggage or just tired from exploring. The apartment was spacious, clean, and we loved the self check in. We were also lucky and they notified us that our apartment was available for an earlier check-in. It was close to restaurants and the stairs/funicular to get uptown.

Apparemment très agréable, propre et bien organisé. Très central, proche de toutes les commodités, à deux pas d’un parking public. Hôte réactif et professionnel. Petit bémol (hors du contrôle de l’hôte) sur le bruit de la rue dès 4h30 du matin dû à l’installation du marché du quartier. Nous le recommandons et reviendrons volontiers si nous repassons par Lugano.

We had a lovely time at this Happy Rentals apartment, which is located in a nice building just a few steps from the main plaza and the shops, and walking distance to the train station. The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal, and it is equipped with modern appliances and cabinetry. The apartment is professionally managed, and the management team does an excellent job at keeping the apartment in pristine condition for the guests, every room was sparkling clean. Communication with our host was easy and prompt, he was responsive and attentive to our needs. The nicest feature of this apartment is its location, as you cannot ask for a more centrally located apartment. We were delighted to be able to just go downstairs, and enjoy great shopping, restaurants, and an awesome festive atmosphere. There is even a supermarket 2 minutes walking. The windows are soundproof, so we had peaceful evenings, and slept soundly. Highly recommended!

Firstly, Lugano a safe and clean city. The apartment is so central to shops, funicular, buses and lake front, nothing is more than a one to two minutes walk. The fit out of the apartment is exceptional, very comfortable, impeccably clean, and if you needed something extra the Happy Rentals staff made it happen. Having travelled extensively over many years, the apartment was far superior than other well rated worldwide apartments. Rob, Sydney Australia.

Bonjour Excellente prestation 5 étoiles ! Étant le 4 ème occupant de cette nouvelle adresse au prestations d’un luxe et d un confort inégalé ! Très bonne localisation au cœur de Lugano et de ses commerces et restaurants et du funiculaire ! Nous reviendrons c’est évident ! Great location, helpful team, we were able to do early check in, nice and clean and spacious, AC worked well. Nicely decorated, lots of storage space and kitchen utensils and cleaning items were provided. Cleanliness was amazing. Very safe too. Quiet not loud despite being in centre.

The location was great for walking around town. We arrived at the Train station, took the Funicolare down to the town and walked 4 minutes to the apartment. The apartment is new, clean, spacious and furnished nicely. Comfortable bed, clean linens and towels. It has air conditioning and a washer in the unit. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a small elevator to use and was quiet at night. The biggest opportunity for this apartment was communication. The check in instructions provided were misleading. It stated once you enter the building with the code provided, you can use the same code to get into the apartment, this was incorrect. A 2nd unique code was needed to enter the apartment, which we did not receive. We had to contact multiple people at Happy Rentals before some responded with the code, which took about 1 hour to resolve. We also informed them the toilet seat was broken when we arrived and to have someone fix it. They thanked us for reporting it, but never sent anyone.

See comments we just made for the Ruby apartment. In fact, the shower issue applies to the "Diamond" apartment and not Ruby. And just another comment, there were almost no hangers in the closets.
