Wir waren für zwei Nächte in Lugano und würden uns jederzeit wieder für Happy Rentals entscheiden! Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt war freundlich und sehr schnell. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr zentral!

Wohnung liegt optimal, sehr ruhig, Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, Dusche müsste repariert werden und Bett ist leiglich ausziebahres Sofe und sehr unbequem.

Sonja was a great communicator! Nothing to add to the existing reviews. Sofa bed can be better/ a bit of drainy smell. You might need to reset router but otherwise works. Great value for price and great location. From my screen I am seeing reviews for the different properties maybe in the future specify where you are describing to help readers. I was at "Dream of Lugano"

Nice apartment, smaller than expected but with everything that was necessary and more! Helpful instructions, easy check in and very convenient area

Area amazing, in the town . Close to all amenities. Property clean. Sofa bed not comfortable to sleep on. Building work outside from 7am till around 2pm but was no stress for us because we ware always out. Parking , you have to buy permit 10£ a day. Overall good experience. Location amazing.

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Ein ‚richtiges‘ Bett fehlt, das Schlafsofa hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt und ist ziemlich ausgelegen. Außerdem wäre ein kleiner Wäscheständer zum trocknen von Badezeug schön.

Posizione assolutamente centrale, confermo non serve la macchina per muoversi, appartamento piccolo, pulito ma confortevole.. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi vuole vivere Lugano in centro.

Konum çok iyiydi, giriş işlemleri kolaydı, daire temizdi. Check in saati çok geç(öğleden sonra 16:00) check out saati ise erkendi ( sabah 10:00) Çıkış için bulaşıkları yıkamamız ve çöplerimizi atmamız istendi, aksi taktirde temiz ücreti alınacağı söylendi. Çok seyahat ettiğim halde bu pek karşılaşmadığım bir durum o yüzden garip geldi bana, sonuçta verdiğimiz ücretin içinde bu hizmetlerin de yer alıyor olması gerekiyor bence. İnternet yoktu ve çekyat olarak açılan çift kişilik yatak şimdiye kadar yattığım en kötü yataktı ve malesef 2 gün boyunca çok kötü bir uyku ile her tarafım tutulmuş bir şekilde uyandım. Şilte içeri doğru çöküyordu çünkü. Oda giriş kattaydı, camlarda perde yoktu, ya panjuru kapatıp kapkaranlık bir odada oturmak zorunda kalacaktık ya da bizi dışardan görebiliceklerdi. Genel anlamda idare eder bir konaklamaydı.

Die Location war schön sauber. Die Lage sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum weg.

Friendly staff we asked for more pillows and towels as we booked four nights and were given two pillows that cannot really be considered pillows and only one shampoo and one body wash and only two capsules of coffee we were two people and for four nights we expected not the one night treatment. They did offer a bottle of prosecco that was a nice touch but please replace the sofa bed with a proper bed and mattress.

Apartment was in a good location close to the lake & 10 minute walk from town centre. It did have a bit of a drain smell and was a bit tired/could use some updating. Sofa bed was OK, very flat pillows but all in all ok for what it is. Might be useful to note that apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift
