Cette maison de vacances d'une chambre pour deux personnes jouit d'un emplacement fantastique au troisième étage et à proximité de toutes les commodités essentielles et du centre-ville animé et charmant de Lugano. À l'intérieur, l'appartement moderne dispose d'un salon lumineux doté d'une table à manger en bois et d'une télévision intelligente. Il est complété par une kitchenette bien équipée pour vous assurer que vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer des vacances confortables. Une machine à café, un four à micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, un grille-pain et un four sont à votre disposition. Couchage Chambre 1 : Cette chambre lumineuse et moderne dispose d'un lit double, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une armoire. Salle de bain Salle de bains 1 : La salle de bains complète est équipée d'une douche et d'un WC. Autres salles de bains - Wifi gratuit - Animaux admis sur demande - Voiture non nécessaire - Chauffage central - Matériel de repassage Veuillez noter que le stationnement est gratuit mais à la tombée de la nuit. Il y a aussi un parking payant dans la rue, mais pour un maximum de 2 heures et la nuit, de 20 heures à 8 heures. Emplacement L'appartement se trouve dans le centre de Lugano. À 10 minutes de marche, les clients peuvent s'imprégner de la scène animée et vibrante du centre historique de Lugano, avec son magnifique lac Parco Ciani, ses musées, la cathédrale San Lorenzo, le Lido di Lugano, les restaurants de cuisine multinationale et les terrasses de la Piazza della Riforma, ainsi que le Lido di Lugano. Pour les amoureux de la nature et de l'histoire, le sentier de randonnée de l'Olivier et le Lido San Domenico se trouvent à 10 minutes de route. Pour visiter les autres villes de la baie de Lugano, le train CFF FFS est un moyen idéal pour relier Paradiso, Agno, Melide et visiter des attractions comme la Swissminiatur, le musée Hermann Hesse et le plus joli village de Suisse, Morcote. Pour les excursions d'une journée, la capitale du Tessin, Bellinzona, se trouve à 35 minutes de route et le magnifique Ponte dei Salti de la vallée de Verzasca à 60 minutes de route. L'aéroport international le plus proche est Milan Malpensa, à environ 75 minutes de route.

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Ein ‚richtiges‘ Bett fehlt, das Schlafsofa hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt und ist ziemlich ausgelegen. Außerdem wäre ein kleiner Wäscheständer zum trocknen von Badezeug schön.

Friendly staff we asked for more pillows and towels as we booked four nights and were given two pillows that cannot really be considered pillows and only one shampoo and one body wash and only two capsules of coffee we were two people and for four nights we expected not the one night treatment. They did offer a bottle of prosecco that was a nice touch but please replace the sofa bed with a proper bed and mattress.

Apartment was in a good location close to the lake & 10 minute walk from town centre. It did have a bit of a drain smell and was a bit tired/could use some updating. Sofa bed was OK, very flat pillows but all in all ok for what it is. Might be useful to note that apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift
