All'interno, il moderno appartamento dispone di un luminoso soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo in legno e Smart TV. Il tutto è completato da un angolo cottura ben attrezzato per assicurarsi di avere tutto il necessario per una comoda vacanza self-service. Sono disponibili una macchina per il caffè, un microonde, un frigorifero con congelatore, un tostapane e un forno. Dormire Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto, luminosa e moderna, è dotata di letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e armadio. Bagno Bagno 1: il bagno completo è dotato di doccia e WC. Ulteriori - Wifi gratuito - Animali ammessi su richiesta - Auto non necessaria - Riscaldamento centralizzato - Ferro da stiro Si prega di notare che il parcheggio è gratuito ma dopo il tramonto. C'è anche un parcheggio a pagamento in strada, ma per un massimo di 2 ore e durante la notte, dalle 20:00 alle 8:00, il parcheggio è gratuito. Posizione L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Lugano. In 10 minuti a piedi, gli ospiti possono immergersi nella scena vivace e vibrante del centro storico di Lugano, con le sue splendide rive del Parco Ciani, i musei, la Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, il Lido di Lugano, i ristoranti di cucina multinazionale e le terrazze di Piazza della Riforma insieme al Lido di Lugano. Per gli amanti della natura e della storia, il sentiero escursionistico degli ulivi e il Lido San Domenico sono a soli 10 minuti di auto. Per visitare le altre località della Baia di Lugano, il treno FFS è il mezzo ideale per collegare Paradiso, Agno, Melide e visitare attrazioni come la Swissminiatur, il Museo Hermann Hesse e il villaggio più grazioso della Svizzera, Morcote. Per le escursioni giornaliere, la capitale del Ticino, Bellinzona, è a soli 35 minuti di auto e il bellissimo Ponte dei Salti della Valle Verzasca è a 60 minuti di auto. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è Milano Malpensa, a circa 75 minuti di auto.

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Ein ‚richtiges‘ Bett fehlt, das Schlafsofa hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt und ist ziemlich ausgelegen. Außerdem wäre ein kleiner Wäscheständer zum trocknen von Badezeug schön.

Friendly staff we asked for more pillows and towels as we booked four nights and were given two pillows that cannot really be considered pillows and only one shampoo and one body wash and only two capsules of coffee we were two people and for four nights we expected not the one night treatment. They did offer a bottle of prosecco that was a nice touch but please replace the sofa bed with a proper bed and mattress.

Apartment was in a good location close to the lake & 10 minute walk from town centre. It did have a bit of a drain smell and was a bit tired/could use some updating. Sofa bed was OK, very flat pillows but all in all ok for what it is. Might be useful to note that apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift
