Casa Minarè est un complexe de villas situé dans l'un des plus beaux paysages des Pouilles : Selva di Fasano. Idéal en toute saison, grâce à son climat doux et à la multitude d'événements et de festivals qui s'y déroulent tout au long de l'année. Casa Minarè se divise en deux parties : la première est réservée aux hôtes et la seconde aux propriétaires. La maison peut accueillir 5 personnes et convient parfaitement à une famille ou à un groupe d'amis souhaitant découvrir cette magnifique région. Les propriétaires ont apporté autant de soin et d'attention à l'espace extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. À l'extérieur, on trouve une loggia en bois ombragée avec une table et des chaises, ainsi qu'un barbecue en pierre. Cet espace est parfait pour les repas en plein air et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines boisées voisines. La grande terrasse est équipée de chaises longues où les hôtes peuvent se détendre et profiter du jardin bien entretenu. La maison a été soigneusement rénovée et dispose de tout ce dont les hôtes pourraient avoir besoin pour passer des vacances confortables. Le spacieux salon combine un coin salon avec un canapé face à la cheminée à foyer ouvert et une télévision à écran plat. La table à manger pour 6 personnes se trouve à côté de la cuisine semi-ouverte, séparée de l'espace principal par de jolies arcades. La cuisine est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et des machines à café Nespresso et Moka. Chambres Chambre 1 : La chambre principale ensoleillée dispose d'un lit double, d'une armoire ancienne à miroirs, de tiroirs, d'un bureau et d'une Smart TV. Chambre 2 : Cette deuxième chambre lumineuse est équipée d'un lit simple et d'un lit gigogne simple, ainsi que d'une tringle à vêtements et d'un bureau. Chambre 3 : La troisième chambre est meublée d'un canapé-lit double et d'une armoire. Salle de bains La salle de bains spacieuse est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo élégant, d'un bidet et de toilettes. Départ avant 10 h • Location de vélos et de planches de plage disponible Situation Bien que cette propriété soit située dans une campagne tranquille, il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir à proximité. Elle se trouve à seulement 20 minutes des magnifiques plages de Marina di Fasano et Savelletri. Ce tronçon de côte est réputé pour son sable blanc et fin et ses eaux cristallines. La ville de Monopoli (à 30 minutes en voiture) regorge de choses à voir et à faire. Fondée vers 500 avant J.-C., la longue histoire de Monopoli se reflète dans ses rues sinueuses et son port médiéval. Le mardi est jour de marché (fermeture à 13 h), alors rendez-vous sur la Piazza Falcone e Borsellino pour profiter des produits locaux les plus frais et trouver l'inspiration pour cuisiner chez vous. À l'intérieur des terres se trouve la superbe ville d'Alberobello (à 20 minutes), classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. La ville est célèbre pour ses trulli ainsi que pour sa cuisine, parmi les meilleures des Pouilles. Le marché hebdomadaire animé d'Alberobello (le jeudi matin à partir de 7 h 30) est un autre excellent endroit pour dénicher les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Pour les enfants (et les adultes) en quête de sensations fortes, l’Aquapark Egnazia (à 25 minutes) propose une grande variété d’attractions. Pour les golfeurs, le San Domenico Golf Club se trouve juste à côté (à 23 minutes). À proximité également, les fouilles de la ville romaine d’Egnazia (à 25 minutes) constituent une sortie fascinante pour tous les âges. Le musée sur place présente des découvertes datant de l’âge du bronze jusqu’à la Rome antique. Les aéroports les plus proches sont celui de Bari, à 1 heure de route, et l'Aeroporto del Salento, à Brindisi, qui se trouve à seulement 50 minutes de la maison.

To say that this villa is unique would be an understatement. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings of the villa is delightful. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing any meal a pure pleasure. Air conditioning in every room and gas heating ensure thermal comfort at any time of the year. In addition, the villa is equipped with a fireplace. Three bedrooms provide enough space for six people, and spacious wardrobes can accommodate clothes for a very long stay. The entire property is fenced. The driveway, parking lot on the property, and terrace are paved with polished stone, which gives a high sense of aesthetics. The terrace furnishings are also delightful and provide many ways to enjoy your time. The whole experience is complemented by the fact that the extremely friendly and helpful owner lives next door and is always ready to solve even the smallest problems and inconveniences. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Aussichtslage mit viel Natur in der Umgebung. Viele sehenswerte Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch das Meer ist nur 15 Autominuten entfernt. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ristorante/Pizzerias im Ort, ansonsten gibt es in Fasano-Stadt alles. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die absolut freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Clementina und Erminio. Vielen Dank nochmals an Euch.

Magnifique séjour chez Erminio et Clementina. La maison est extrêmement agréable, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi, et elle est très bien située et permet de rayonner dans les Pouilles. De plus, Erminio et Clementina sont des hôtes adorables et chaleureux, prévenants et extrêmement réactifs. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Everything was just perfect. The house it is very beautiful decorated and it is equipped with everything needed for a confortable stay. The view from the house it is also great and it is very relaxing to stay on the terrace in the evening. Lots of welcoming presents from the owners which also gave us valuable information about the area. Selva di Fasano it's a perfect place to stay if you intend to visit Zoosafari, Locorotondo, Alberobello but also the sea (Monopoli, Torre canne, Polignano a Mare and the area near). Felt like home, totally recommend Casa Minare!

My family loved our stay here! The house is very comfortable and the surrounding views are stunning. The location is perfect to explore Puglia. We were greeted by the hosts who walked us through everything andade themselves available in case we had any questions. They gave our stay a very personal touch. Highly recommended!

Ubicación muy buena para visitar distintos pueblecitos de la zona. Wifi muy bien, ducha muy bien, camas bien. Cocina completa. Terraza estupenda que usamos para desayunar y cenar. Los anfitriones son excepcionales. Muy atentos a nuestras necesidades sin ser intrusivos. Además nos dejaron unos detalles super buenos! Totalmente recomendable!!

Our hosts were absolutely brilliant. We arrived late due to our flight, but they had stayed up to meet and welcome us with snacks and a glass of wine. They showed us around and made us feel very much at home. The accomodation was super, lovely bathroom that had been newly refurbished, and the whole house was spotless. Throughout our stay they went above and beyond, providing us with home made treats and helpful local advice. The house is situated in top of a hill with great views over the valley, with easy access by car to a number of large towns well worth a visit. We could not have asked for a better stay and will definitely be recommending a stay here to anyone who wants to visit the area. Thank you.

Our hosts were absolutely brilliant. We arrived late due to our flight, but they had stayed up to meet and welcome us with snacks and a glass of wine. They showed us around and made us feel very much at home. The accomodation was super, lovely bathroom that had been newly refurbished, and the whole house was spotless. Throughout our stay they went above and beyond, providing us with home made treats and helpful local advice. The house is situated in top of a hill with great views over the valley, with easy access by car to a number of large towns well worth a visit. We could not have asked for a better stay and will definitely be recommending a stay here to anyone who wants to visit the area. Thank you.
