Casa Minarè is een villacomplex in een van de mooiste landschappen van Apulië: Selva di Fasano. Ideaal op elk moment, dankzij het warme klimaat en de vele evenementen en festivals die het hele jaar door plaatsvinden. Casa Minarè is verdeeld in twee delen: het eerste deel is gereserveerd voor de gasten en het tweede deel voor de eigenaren. Het huis is geschikt voor 5 personen en zou geschikt zijn voor familie of vrienden die deze prachtige regio willen verkennen. De eigenaren hebben net zoveel zorg en aandacht geïnvesteerd in de buitenruimte als in het interieur. Buiten is er een schaduwrijke houten loggia met een eettafel en stoelen, evenals een stenen BBQ. Dit is perfect voor maaltijden in de buitenlucht en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de naburige beboste heuvels. Het grote terras is ingericht met ligstoelen waar gasten kunnen ontspannen en genieten van de goed onderhouden tuin. Het huis is zorgvuldig gerenoveerd en biedt alles wat gasten nodig hebben voor een comfortabele vakantie. De ruime woonkamer combineert de zithoek met een bank tegenover de open haard en een flatscreentelevisie. De eettafel voor 6 personen staat naast de halfopen keuken, die van de hoofdruimte wordt gescheiden door aantrekkelijke bogen. De keuken is goed uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer en zowel een Nespresso- als een Moka-koffiezetapparaat. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De zonnige ouderslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een antieke spiegelkast, laden, een bureau en een Smart TV. Slaapkamer 2: Deze lichte tweede slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed en een uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed met een hangrek en een bureau. Slaapkamer 3: De derde slaapkamer is ingericht met een tweepersoonsslaapbank en een kledingkast. Badkamer De ruime badkamer heeft een douche, stijlvolle wastafel, bidet en toilet. Extra - Gratis Wifi - Buiten eethoek - BBQ - Buiten zitje & terras - Airconditioning - Elektrische radiatoren - Open haard - Zeer kindvriendelijk - Besloten, omheinde tuin - CO detector - Haardroger - Eigen parkeerplaats, auto aanbevolen - Zeer huisdiervriendelijk - Buiten kennel beschikbaar - Check in van 16u tot 22u. Uitchecken voor 10 uur - Verhuur van fietsen en strandplanken Locatie Hoewel deze accommodatie op het platteland ligt, is er genoeg te doen en te zien in de buurt. Het ligt op slechts 20 minuten van de prachtige stranden van Marina di Fasano, Savelletri. Deze kuststrook staat bekend om zijn fijne witte zand en heldere zee. In de stad Monopoli (30 minuten rijden) is van alles te zien en te doen. Monopoli is gesticht rond 500 voor Christus en de lange geschiedenis is te zien in de kronkelige straatjes en de middeleeuwse haven. Dinsdag is marktdag (sluit 13.00 uur), dus ga naar Piazza Falcone e Borsellino om te genieten van de meest verse lokale producten en laat je inspireren om thuis te koken. Landinwaarts ligt het prachtige stadje Alberobello (20 minuten) dat op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO staat. De stad is beroemd om zijn Trulli en het beste eten in Puglia. Alberobello's levendige, wekelijkse markt (donderdagochtend vanaf 7.30 uur) is ook een uitstekende plek om de beste lokale ingrediënten te kopen. Voor kinderen (en volwassenen) op zoek naar spanning is er het Aquapark Egnazia (25 minuten) met een verscheidenheid aan attracties. Voor golfers ligt de San Domenico Golf Club vlakbij (23 minuten). Ook dichtbij zijn de opgravingen van de Romeinse stad Egnazia (25 minuten), een fascinerend dagje uit voor alle leeftijden. Het museum ter plaatse bevat vondsten uit de bronstijd tot het oude Rome. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthavens zijn Bari, op 1 uur rijden, en Aeroporto del Salento, Brindisi, op slechts 50 minuten van het huis.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Aussichtslage mit viel Natur in der Umgebung. Viele sehenswerte Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch das Meer ist nur 15 Autominuten entfernt. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ristorante/Pizzerias im Ort, ansonsten gibt es in Fasano-Stadt alles. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die absolut freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Clementina und Erminio. Vielen Dank nochmals an Euch.

Magnifique séjour chez Erminio et Clementina. La maison est extrêmement agréable, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi, et elle est très bien située et permet de rayonner dans les Pouilles. De plus, Erminio et Clementina sont des hôtes adorables et chaleureux, prévenants et extrêmement réactifs. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Everything was just perfect. The house it is very beautiful decorated and it is equipped with everything needed for a confortable stay. The view from the house it is also great and it is very relaxing to stay on the terrace in the evening. Lots of welcoming presents from the owners which also gave us valuable information about the area. Selva di Fasano it's a perfect place to stay if you intend to visit Zoosafari, Locorotondo, Alberobello but also the sea (Monopoli, Torre canne, Polignano a Mare and the area near). Felt like home, totally recommend Casa Minare!

My family loved our stay here! The house is very comfortable and the surrounding views are stunning. The location is perfect to explore Puglia. Ubicación muy buena para visitar distintos pueblecitos de la zona. Wifi muy bien, ducha muy bien, camas bien. Cocina completa. Terraza estupenda que usamos para desayunar y cenar. Our hosts were absolutely brilliant. We arrived late due to our flight, but they had stayed up to meet and welcome us with snacks and a glass of wine. They showed us around and made us feel very much at home. The accomodation was super, lovely bathroom that had been newly refurbished, and the whole house was spotless. Throughout our stay they went above and beyond, providing us with home made treats and helpful local advice. The house is situated in top of a hill with great views over the valley, with easy access by car to a number of large towns well worth a visit. We could not have asked for a better stay and will definitely be recommending a stay here to anyone who wants to visit the area. Thank you.
