Le Bâtiment C 115 est le pied-à-terre idéal pour les amis ou les familles qui souhaitent profiter pleinement de Chamonix tout au long de l'année. Situé au 1er étage (avec ascenseur) d'une résidence moderne et agréable, ce studio peut accueillir 4 personnes. Partez à la découverte de la vallée du Mont-Blanc et préparez-vous à passer des vacances riches en activités !
L'espace de vie ouvert est baigné de lumière grâce aux portes-fenêtres donnant sur les montagnes et les forêts. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le coin salon comprend un canapé-lit double et une télévision à écran plat. À côté se trouve l’espace cuisine/salle à manger. Les hôtes peuvent y prendre leurs repas à la table à manger située près de la kitchenette. Celle-ci est équipée haut de gamme avec une plaque à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, une rôtissoire, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, une machine à café et un grille-pain.
Espace nuit
L'espace nuit est séparé de la pièce à vivre principale par un paravent. Il comprend un lit double et une lampe de lecture.
Le canapé se transforme en un lit double confortable.
Salle de bains
La salle de bains dispose d'une baignoire avec une douchette et d'un lavabo. Les toilettes sont séparées.

Situation
L'appartement se trouve au cœur du sud de Chamonix et ne pourrait pas être mieux situé. Il est à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la station de téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi. En hiver, le téléphérique emmène les visiteurs vers les pistes de ski et, une fois la neige fondue, vers les alpages.
Les pistes voisines sont très prisées tant par les skieurs que par les snowboardeurs. Le sommet de l’Aiguille du Midi, tout près du Mont Blanc, attire en été les alpinistes, les amateurs d’escalade et de parapente. Toutes les activités proposées dans la région de Chamonix sont à deux pas, notamment le rafting en eaux vives, le golf et l’équitation.
Chamonix dispose de toutes les commodités dont les visiteurs ont besoin tout au long de l’année, notamment de nombreux bars et restaurants adaptés à tous les budgets. Chamonix Sud accueille un marché hebdomadaire tous les mardis matin. Vous pourrez y acheter des produits frais directement auprès des producteurs, à déguster chez vous.
L'aéroport de Genève se trouve à 1 heure et 10 minutes en voiture de l'appartement. La gare de Chamonix-Aiguille du Midi, d'où part le Mont Blanc Express, est accessible en 4 minutes à pied.
En raison de la topographie, de l'emplacement et des conditions météorologiques particulières de la vallée du Mont-Blanc, la connexion Internet peut être instable.
Les places de parking sont attribuées selon le principe du « premier arrivé, premier servi » et leur disponibilité n'est pas garantie.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

The decoration was fancy inside the room. On the other side, it was hard to understand the key sistem, we need to learn lots of things before check in. And also a peice of bath wall is broken (only one) . Then shower holder also broken. (Maybe only screw is loosen). So, I think you had better fix them earlier for next visitors. However, we really enjoyed the stay and lots of good experiences. So, we defeinately choose thei room next time again. Thank you very much for your kind arrangement. See you soon.

The studio was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed right where it should be. We didn’t lack for anything. The location was excellent—practically right in the heart of the city. The staff at the office were very friendly and courteous. An underground parking garage was available. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Nous avons 2 nuits dans cet appartement très bien placé pour circuler à pied dans le centre de Chamonix et accéder facilement à la gare ou au départ du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi. Le parking en sous-sol est un plus car difficile de trouver un stationnement dans les rues. Très bel appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les instructions données sont très claires. Nous recommandons.

Great location, right next to the Aquila du Midi cable car. Very close to downtown. The room is a bit small, but it’s sufficient in the summer. It would be less comfortable in the winter. There’s underground parking, but it’s hard to find your way from there to the right building; however, in Chamonix, it’s a huge convenience. I recommend it.

Très bon séjour ! Quelques équipements manquaient dans le studio, comme une hotte de cuisine pour éviter les odeurs dans tout l’appartement, un peu plus de couverts (il n’y avait que deux couteaux et deux fourchettes), une machine à laver ou encore un aspirateur. Le prix peut paraître un peu élevé pour ce que c’est, mais l’emplacement idéal du logement compense largement. Je recommande malgré tout !

There’s underground parking, but it’s hard to find your way from there to the right building; however, in Chamonix, it’s a huge convenience. I recommend it.

Très bon séjour ! Quelques équipements manquaient dans le studio, comme une hotte de cuisine pour éviter les odeurs dans tout l’appartement, un peu plus de couverts (il n’y avait que deux couteaux et deux fourchettes), une machine à laver ou encore un aspirateur. Le prix peut paraître un peu élevé pour ce que c’est, mais l’emplacement idéal du logement compense largement. Je recommande malgré tout !
