L'appartamento C 115 è la base ideale per gruppi di amici o famiglie che desiderano godersi appieno Chamonix in ogni periodo dell'anno. Situato al primo piano (con ascensore) di un residence moderno e accogliente, questo monolocale può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Esplorate la valle del Monte Bianco e preparatevi a una vacanza ricca di emozioni!
La zona giorno a pianta aperta è inondata di luce, grazie alle portefinestre che si affacciano sulle montagne e sui boschi. L’appartamento è arredato con stile e dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La zona salotto è dotata di un divano letto matrimoniale e di una TV a schermo piatto. Accanto si trova la zona cucina/pranzo. Qui gli ospiti possono consumare i pasti al tavolo da pranzo vicino all’angolo cottura. Quest’ultimo è attrezzato con standard di alto livello e comprende piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, girarrosto, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, macchina da caffè e tostapane.

La zona notte è separata dalla zona giorno principale da un paravento. Comprende un letto matrimoniale e una lampada da lettura.
Il divano si trasforma in un comodo letto matrimoniale.

Il bagno è dotato di vasca con doccetta e lavabo. C’è un WC separato.

Posizione
L’appartamento si trova nel cuore della zona sud di Chamonix e non potrebbe essere in una posizione migliore. Dista appena 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della funivia dell’Aiguille du Midi. La funivia porta i visitatori sulle piste da sci in inverno e sui prati di alta montagna quando la neve si è sciolta.
Le vicine piste sono molto apprezzate sia dagli sciatori che dagli snowboarder. La vetta dell’Aiguille du Midi, vicina al Monte Bianco, attira alpinisti, appassionati di arrampicata su roccia e parapendio nei mesi estivi. Tutte le attrazioni della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano, tra cui il rafting, il golf e l’equitazione.
Chamonix offre tutti i servizi di cui i visitatori hanno bisogno durante tutto l’anno, compresi numerosi bar e ristoranti per tutte le tasche. A Chamonix Sud si tiene un mercato settimanale ogni martedì mattina. Qui potrete acquistare gli ingredienti più freschi direttamente dai produttori, da gustare a casa.
L’aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 10 minuti in auto dall’appartamento. La stazione ferroviaria di Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, da cui parte il Mont Blanc Express, si trova a 4 minuti a piedi.
A causa della topografia, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche uniche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione a Internet potrebbe non essere affidabile.

The decoration was fancy inside the room. On the other side, it was hard to understand the key sistem, we need to learn lots of things before check in. And also a peice of bath wall is broken (only one) . Then shower holder also broken. (Maybe only screw is loosen). So, I think you had better fix them earlier for next visitors. However, we really enjoyed the stay and lots of good experiences. So, we defeinately choose thei room next time again. Thank you very much for your kind arrangement. See you soon.

The studio was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed right where it should be. We didn’t lack for anything. The location was excellent—practically right in the heart of the city. The staff at the office were very friendly and courteous. An underground parking garage was available. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Nous avons 2 nuits dans cet appartement très bien placé pour circuler à pied dans le centre de Chamonix et accéder facilement à la gare ou au départ du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi. Le parking en sous-sol est un plus car difficile de trouver un stationnement dans les rues. Très bel appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les instructions données sont très claires. Nous recommandons.

Great location, right next to the Aquila du Midi cable car. Very close to downtown. The room is a bit small, but it’s sufficient in the summer. It would be less comfortable in the winter. There’s underground parking, but it’s hard to find your way from there to the right building; however, in Chamonix, it’s a huge convenience. I recommend it.

Très bon séjour ! Quelques équipements manquaient dans le studio, comme une hotte de cuisine pour éviter les odeurs dans tout l’appartement, un peu plus de couverts (il n’y avait que deux couteaux et deux fourchettes), une machine à laver ou encore un aspirateur. Le prix peut paraître un peu élevé pour ce que c’est, mais l’emplacement idéal du logement compense largement. Je recommande malgré tout !

There’s underground parking, but it’s hard to find your way from there to the right building; however, in Chamonix, it’s a huge convenience. I recommend it.

Très bon séjour ! Quelques équipements manquaient dans le studio, comme une hotte de cuisine pour éviter les odeurs dans tout l’appartement, un peu plus de couverts (il n’y avait que deux couteaux et deux fourchettes), une machine à laver ou encore un aspirateur. Le prix peut paraître un peu élevé pour ce que c’est, mais l’emplacement idéal du logement compense largement. Je recommande malgré tout !
