La Torre Apponale médiévale, la pittoresque Chiesa dell’Inviolata (considérée comme la plus belle église du Trentin) et le Bastione di Riva, avec ses vues panoramiques, se trouvent à seulement 2 minutes à pied de cet appartement. La Rocca de Riva, qui abrite le Museo Civico, est à 10 minutes à pied. Les amateurs de plein air ne manqueront pas d’aventures, avec des activités telles que la planche à voile, la voile, le VTT et l’escalade facilement accessibles. Pour ceux qui recherchent des moments plus calmes, le sentier de randonnée menant au Belvedere della Grole offre une vue imprenable sur le lac de Garde et se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied. La plage familiale de Spiaggia Sobbioni et le musée des reptiles Reptiland, situé à proximité, sont à 10 minutes en voiture.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, mitten in den tollen Gassen der Altstadt und 2 Minuten vom See entfernt. Es war alles da was man für ein paar Tage so braucht. Unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit Team von Happy Rentals. Das gegenüberliegende Restaurant Leon d Oro ist übrigens sehr zu empfehlen.

I recommend this apartment Its clean , fresh , and also new . And all of this is right in the heart of a historic tenement house in Riva del Garda Polecam Czyste mieszkanie świeżutkie . Pralka odkurzacz mikrofalówka płyta indukcyjna wszystko w samym sercu Riva del Garda.

The rental is managed by Happy Rentals (HR) so whilst the property was very clean it was sparsely furnished and equipped. We booked understanding there was parking very nearby but this wasn't the case when we arrived - although a very good safe and secure car park, it was 7 minutes away which was awkward carrying luggage to and from. HR didn't offer to help with this! There was no welcoming folder with instructions or recommendations for things to do and restaurants in Riva. Whilst the location of the property is excellent for town, it is opposite a couple of restaurants and shops, so it was very noisy until closing and after, and then in the mornings for rubbish collection and street cleaning. The details also mention a cooker - but there is only a hob and no oven, which is restricting if you want to cook in - and part of the reason we booked an airbnb to have this flexibility. We were asked to split all the rubbish and recycling but were only in fact given two rubbish bags.

Located right in the heart of the historic old town, on the third floor. No aircon meant it got pretty hot, also because one of the many rules stated that windows could not be left open for ventilation during the day. When we arrived, we found the shower tray overflowing and not draining due to excess hair in the drain from previous guests. Also many surfaces were dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The main issue, however, was the fact that the WIFI only worked in the evenings, and was turned off in the mornings. Considering the poor 5G signal in the Old Town this lack of connectivity created a major issue, both for us needing to jump on work-related calls, as well as for making plans for the day. Basically, we had to get out of the flat, sit in the car or wander down to the main square to get online. On our final day the staircase lighting failed and we had to use our mobile torches to make our way down three floors - with luggage. Overall, a very mixed accommodation experience.
