Un spacieux salon double exposition, avec un coin repas attenant, offre un accès direct au jardin, pour une transition en toute simplicité pendant les mois les plus chauds. Le salon carrelé, de conception ouverte, offre un charmant coin salon où les hôtes peuvent se retrouver et passer un moment convivial.
Le coin repas attenant est également l’occasion idéale de savourer des repas en famille dans une ambiance détendue tout au long de la journée. Le rez-de-chaussée de la maison de vacances comprend également une cuisine-salle à manger intemporelle, équipée d’un four, d’une plaque de cuisson, d’un micro-ondes, d’une cafetière moka, d’un réfrigérateur-congélateur et d’un lave-vaisselle, ainsi qu’une jolie table pour le petit-déjeuner et un accès facile au jardin ensoleillé. Le rez-de-chaussée, accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, dispose d’un WC de service très pratique.
Au 1er étage, on trouve une spacieuse chambre parentale idéale pour les familles, dotée d’un balcon, d’un lit king-size et d’un lit simple. Les hôtes y trouveront également une deuxième chambre adaptée aux couples, avec un lit double king-size, ainsi qu’une troisième chambre adaptée aux enfants, équipée d’un lit superposé et d’un balcon Juliette. Au rez-de-chaussée, un canapé-lit double pouvant accueillir deux personnes est également disponible dans le salon.
Une salle de bains familiale entièrement équipée et une salle d’eau supplémentaire complètent cet espace de couchage modulable.

Situé le long de la « Via Umberto Maddalena », l’établissement se trouve à 6 minutes à pied du littoral, avec sa multitude de plages de station balnéaire et de lidos branchés. En chemin, vous découvrirez d’authentiques restaurants de fruits de mer, des cafés et des pizzerias.
Pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de la nature et de la sérénité, le « Parco La Versiliana » offre une charmante oasis, à seulement 6 minutes en voiture.
Les villes de Lucques et de Pise (à 30-38 minutes en voiture) constituent une excellente distraction de jour comme de nuit, tandis que Florence, la capitale de la Toscane (à 1 h 30 de route), offre tout au long de l’année une multitude de sites touristiques et de monuments classés de renommée mondiale.
Pour ceux qui souhaitent arriver en avion, l’aéroport international de Pise n’est qu’à 33 minutes en voiture.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll war der kurze Weg zum Sandstrand. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, in dem man sich entspannt aufhalten kann. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Casa molto spaziosa e ben tenuta. L’host è sempre stato a nostra disposizione per domande o necessità. Le varie stanze erano pulite e con tutti i servizi menzionati nell’annuncio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!!

Das Ferienhaus bot genügend Platz und hat einen schönen Garten um vorne und hinten gut sitzen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimalistisch und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und es gibt in der Umgebung zahlreiche Geschäfte und ein paar Restaurants. Insgesamt kann man diese Unterkunft empfehlen

Our agent Gianluca was responsive, kind and helpful throughout and before our stay. We had lots of information for check-in and local recommendations. The house is spacious and close to the beach. It's important that the photos in the Airbnb listing did not match the house, as some rooms (kitchen, two small bathrooms) have been redecorated and some furniture was moved or different so it didn't look as we expected. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Safe and secure. The kitchen didn't have everything that we needed, so if you want to cook / eat a lot of meals at home this may be a problem. The house had a nice garden for the children to play in, and it's an easy 10 minute drive into Pietrasanta town centre.

L'agenzia a cui è stata affidata la casa, ha mandato fin dalla prenotazione, mail e messaggi giornalieri a tutte le ore (anche al mattino presto), dando istruzioni ed indicazioni infinite, pedanti e invadenti. Fin da prima che entrassimo in casa, aveva un atteggiamento diffidente ed invadente. Al check out ha prepotentemente concluso che avessimo creato danni, accusandoci di aver rotto pezzi di cucina, mai toccati o già in pessime condizioni e chiedendo rimborsi di cose già non funzionanti. La sensazione è che l'agenzia ancora prima del nostro ingresso in casa, avesse già deciso di chiedere danni e rimborsi. Peccato perchè la casa è piacevole, ma ce l'hanno fatta andare di traverso!

Large semi detached house with own entrance and lots of indoor and outdoor space . Enough for large family as house has 3 bedrooms, spare camp beds etc . Basic furniture inside but clean and traditional Italian style interiors from 1980s/90s with retro tiling and lovely light fittings . In a quiet area off main roads and close to beach , local shops and bus stops that take you to main train station in pietrasanta or viareggio.

Big Appartement with 4 separate sleeping locations and 3 separate bathrooms (however with rather small area for showering). Large refrigerator. Two terraces and a balcony. Quiet surrounding and adequate location within the city. Just a couple of minutes walking to the beach (however, it's a private beach and it is necessary to pay and rent an umbrella or tent), a bakery and gelateria. Approximately 10 minutes walk to the city center or a great pizzeria (da Gennaro). Bed linen and towels were included, as well as a bottle of sparkling wine and soap for washing and pads for the dishwasher. Additionally, there were plenty of adapters available for connecting larger electronic devices. The internet was provided via a mobile 4G device with the possibility to connect via WiFi and with 5GB volume per day. Even a washing machine is included, but we did not use it during our stay
