Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll war der kurze Weg zum Sandstrand. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, in dem man sich entspannt aufhalten kann. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Our agent Gianluca was responsive, kind and helpful throughout and before our stay. We had lots of information for check-in and local recommendations. The house is spacious and close to the beach. It's important that the photos in the Airbnb listing did not match the house, as some rooms (kitchen, two small bathrooms) have been redecorated and some furniture was moved or different so it didn't look as we expected. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Safe and secure. The kitchen didn't have everything that we needed, so if you want to cook / eat a lot of meals at home this may be a problem. The house had a nice garden for the children to play in, and it's an easy 10 minute drive into Pietrasanta town centre.

L'agenzia a cui è stata affidata la casa, ha mandato fin dalla prenotazione, mail e messaggi giornalieri a tutte le ore (anche al mattino presto), dando istruzioni ed indicazioni infinite, pedanti e invadenti. Fin da prima che entrassimo in casa, aveva un atteggiamento diffidente ed invadente. Al check out ha prepotentemente concluso che avessimo creato danni, accusandoci di aver rotto pezzi di cucina, mai toccati o già in pessime condizioni e chiedendo rimborsi di cose già non funzionanti. La sensazione è che l'agenzia ancora prima del nostro ingresso in casa, avesse già deciso di chiedere danni e rimborsi. Peccato perchè la casa è piacevole, ma ce l'hanno fatta andare di traverso!

Large semi detached house with own entrance and lots of indoor and outdoor space . Enough for large family as house has 3 bedrooms, spare camp beds etc . Basic furniture inside but clean and traditional Italian style interiors from 1980s/90s with retro tiling and lovely light fittings . In a quiet area off main roads and close to beach , local shops and bus stops that take you to main train station in pietrasanta or viareggio.

Big Appartement with 4 separate sleeping locations and 3 separate bathrooms (however with rather small area for showering). Large refrigerator. Two terraces and a balcony. Quiet surrounding and adequate location within the city. Just a couple of minutes walking to the beach (however, it's a private beach and it is necessary to pay and rent an umbrella or tent), a bakery and gelateria. Approximately 10 minutes walk to the city center or a great pizzeria (da Gennaro). Bed linen and towels were included, as well as a bottle of sparkling wine and soap for washing and pads for the dishwasher. Additionally, there were plenty of adapters available for connecting larger electronic devices. The internet was provided via a mobile 4G device with the possibility to connect via WiFi and with 5GB volume per day. Even a washing machine is included, but we did not use it during our stay
