Otroligt bra boende. Bättre läge i Chamonix är svårt att hitta och lägenheten var superfin. Väldigt smidig kommunikation med värden, tog max 5 minuter tills jag fick svar varje gång jag skrev. Kan starkt rekommendera!!!

Appartamento appena ristrutturato , compleato di tutto , lavastoviglie , microonde, lavastoviglie , TV grande (solo francese) , forno ed ecc. non mancava niente . Posizione comodissima al centro paese ed appena fuori dal casino della stessa .

Great location, at the center of the town. Very clean and well equipped. The company that rent the place are very helpful. A litter bit hard to find but read the instruction carefully.

the location is perfect,and very very quiet,the window stores make you feel safe..the apartment is very comfortable,the wifi works great,the hot water and the heating is very good..Will definitely come again if they fix the 'key' issue ..Also,there is a ski closet which is very needed ,but the office forgot to give us the key therefore we couldn't use it,but it is a good detail..Also,kitchen has all the equipments you need..

All the amenities that you would need for a short trip. Really good kitchen, so much so that we stayed in for 3 of our 4 evenings in Chamonix. Good electric black out shutters on the windows meant for peaceful nights.

we loved the location - it's quiet and right at the end of the pedestrian walk. THe Appartmente d'Genepi was right around the corner from the Mummery SKi stop to Brevent and Flagere. and Place de Mont Blanc Ski Stop to Le Tour, Grand Montets. Loved the new kitchen! Super U grocery is right down the street. WiFi was great and good ski locker. The heat in the place was a challenge. It was too hot so we were turning down the heat but because the heat was on a schedule, it kept turning on. Please remove the schedule so people can lower the heat. Thank you! Also, since people will be cooking in the Appartmente it would be wonderful to have small amounts of olive oil, salt and pepper, maybe some spices. thank you! ALso the key situation was very hard. We were coming from the US and had no car so we were walking everywhere. To get the key to the Appartment was had to hire the driver from Geneva Airport and pay an extra $30US to have him pick up the key before we got to the Appartment. Then when we left, we didn't want to pay that extra or walk 20 minutes to drop off the key so we left it in the ski locker. Happy Rentals was not happy, but we had no choice. Happy Rentals needs to be more accommodating to travels - especially those who travel 14 hours to get to Chamonix. Happy Rentals also did not accomodate our early flight into Geneva from the US. We had to stay at the Geneva Airport for an extra 7 hours in order to wait for our apartment to be available. We won't be using Happy Rentals again :(

Dear Monica, Thank you for your detailed review. We are very pleased to hear that you loved the location, the proximity to the ski lifts, the new kitchen, the WiFi, and the ski locker. It’s always rewarding to know that our guests fully enjoy the apartment and its position in Chamonix. Regarding the heating, thank you for your suggestion. The system follows a central schedule, especially during winter, to guarantee comfort and prevent pipes from freezing. We understand that temperature preferences can vary, and we will review the settings to see whether adjustments can be made without compromising the system’s safety. As for the kitchen supplies, we appreciate the idea. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not provide opened food items such as oil or spices. Concerning the key collection, it is standard procedure to collect and return the keys at the agency office. This information is clearly communicated before arrival. At departure, the keys should also have been returned to the office; leaving them in the ski locker required one of our staff members to retrieve them on your behalf. With regard to early check-in, unfortunately this was not possible as the apartment was occupied by previous guests the night before. We cannot ask departing guests to leave earlier than the agreed check-out time. Access can only be granted once cleaning and preparation have been completed. We are sorry that some of our procedures did not meet your expectations, but they are standard practice in order to ensure fairness and organization for all guests. Best regards. Happy.Rentals Team

As for all the supplies you expected: no food item is ever left in our properties, 2 towels per person are provided and toilet paper is available as well as our welcome kit just to get you started. Siamo felici che la posizione nella città ti sia piaciuta, ma ci dispiace molto per l'odore persistente di scarico nel bagno e per i problemi con la TV che non sono stati risolti. Prendiamo anche nota della mancanza di posto auto e della posizione dell'appartamento. Siamo contenti che tu abbia trovato utile il Wi-Fi gratuito e provvederemo ad aggiornare la descrizione. The location was great. Apt was suitable for our week. Had pretty good kitchen setup, though lacking in several areas.

Dear Monica, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad you enjoyed the location and found the apartment suitable for your holiday week. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced regarding temperature control. Our very responsive local team would have helped if you had contacted them. As for all the supplies you expected: no food item is ever left in our properties, 2 towels per person are provided and toilet paper is available as well as our welcome kit just to get you started.
